I can answer the "Didn't sense Ned, doesnt he have Spider Sense?" part....Spider Sense is specifically for physical danger. Ned wasn't dangerous, he was quietly sitting there.

Sounds like a good New York accent to me. The reason why I love Tom Holland and Benedict Cumberbach is they don't have Lisps in their American accents. The only Brit with a Lisp I like is Hugh Laurie. Other actors with great American accents: Hugh Jackman, Henry Cavil, James Mackavoy... Huh, all super hero's too.
I mean they did have to dub over part of the scene because of the accent slipping out, also it comes out a little bit during the vlog bit. XD

I agree that giving Spiderman a Jarvis seems weird. However, the reason why they did so is simple; they needed to give Spiderman someone to talk to; in the comics he's incredibly chatty (talks aloud to himself) and the writers often tell us his inner monologue. And the only way to capture that is to have him conversing with something/someone.

That's just lazy writing IMO, they didn't need to put an A.I so Peter could talk about his feelings.
Take for example Raimi's Spider-man, how they actually use characters for Peter to open about how he feels about something.

What's clever about using an in-suit AI is that doings so allows the writers to get, in film, Spiderman in monologue as he often is with himself when in costume in the comics. That's why they did it. Spiderman is always talking, always sub-vocalizing and the added AI was a way to have Spiderman do that without needing another actual character to hear what's going on in Spiderman's head.

Let's put an in-suit AI to every hero we see so we know what they're thinking without having to build an entire story with Peter's friends! even better, let's not use at all most of peter's friends for it! cause karen DAH!, that's Iron-man, he has an in-suit AI to talk to and help him NOT Spider-man.

The difference between Peter being dropped in the lake and Peter possibly falling off of the Washington Monument is that during the fall into the lake scene Peter had a parachute which ironically was the reason he nearly drowned since he got tangled in the parachute and couldn’t get loose so if the suit hadn’t shown up to pull him out he would have died then and there, when the Washington Monument scene happened Karen informed him that since he had not reinstalled his parachute the fall would most likely kill him. So again ironically if he had, had the parachute that almost caused his death in Washington it actually would have saved his life if he had fallen but that didn’t happen so it wasn’t an issue.
I think that what he was referring to by the lake comment is that when you hit water from a certain height and upwards, it is like hitting concrete. Since he was falling from a higher distance than the monument, the fall should have been deadly.

Even though the stark suit can do everything for him this suit is my favourite MCU spiderman suit that we’ve seen for a whole movie. Because even though it’s super high tech it’s the most comic book accurate out of all the stark suits

I'm surprised they didn't sin the fact that Liz has literally NO deductive reasoning skills. Peter disappears literally any time they have more than a few minutes with each other. And a few of those times, Spiderman shows up randomly. I mean why the fuck would Spiderman even be in Washington in the first place? He's literally only ever been spotted in New York. Not to mention, Peter has a mysterious internship that he isn't supposed to talk about with Tony Stark - the guy everyone knows is Ironman and the leader of the Avengers - and he even "knows Spiderman." I mean, the Vulture figured it out in literally seconds and he heard about all of it second hand ffs.

Zyxyx Yeah because I'm totally gonna suspect that someone who I rarely even talk to in person is off being a super villain when I'm not around, in a world where super villains don't exist. Anyone in her position with any level of deductive reasoning skills would at least be a little suspicious. There are numerous reasons why which I listed in my comment, but also in a world like the MCU where people with superpowers or some other incredible ability or talent are fairly regular at this point, you'd think you might start to theorize a little more. That's why your "grandma" metaphor doesn't work. Like seriously, by the time the Washington Monument scene happens you'd think she might have even just a creeping suspicion. But by the end of the movie, she still acts as though she doesn't even have a clue. You can try to justify it with half-assed metaphors all you want, but this is arguably this movie's biggest plot hole.

7:41 was literally one of the best scenes in the movie when it came to the storytelling, using the lights was genius! The fact that they used the traffic lights to show the Vulture putting together the evidence and then using the green light to show that he understood while still giving him that evil aesthetic was fantastic

I caught it too but it's more of a comic reference. Red and blue are Spidey's colors and shows like the Spectacular Spider-Man have used them to signify good things in his life. Peter wears a blue tie in the sequence. Vulture and many of Spider-Man's villains are green in color so the change in color also reflects that things are about to get bad for Spidey.

I like how Vulture's origin is straight to the point whereas other superhero movies will explain the villain's origin halfway through. Not that that's a bad thing but like I said I just like that the vulture's origin is to the point.
The Vulture personally is my favorite DC villain. Super realistic on his goals and attitudes.

He's not just evil so he can be there for Spidey to fight. They do a good job of showing why he's evil and they make it pretty realistic as well.

About the 42nd sin... Tony didn't really expect teenagers to try and hack into the tech... I mean, why would Peter need the instant kill in New York unless there's another alien invasion?

So instead of fighting them off he activated instant kill and his 8 robotic spiderlegs started killing them.. Like no joke, he killed atleast 2 dozen of the soldiers.

I think that instead of him just going AFTER the Vulture, he would’ve tried to call Happy, but Happy would’ve just hung up or not picked up so he decided to do something alone instead.
Also, Cap didn’t just not beat Peter for that long period of time for plot convenience. He probably realized that he was a kid and didn’t want to hurt him too much. Probably underestimated him, too, so he didn’t really try TOO hard.
