  • In this video my friend we take a look at a tuned, modified and well spec’d Porsche 911 991.2 in Graphite Blue Metallic, quite a rare color that was only available for a couple of years during the 991.2’s reign. This might be the closest thing to a perfect 911 I’ve ever seen with my own eyes.
As ever, thanks so much for watching my videos and supporting my channel. Keep the comments and chat coming! More videos coming soon. Cheers!

Looks like Ben got a pretty sweet base 991.2. I love the color. The fact that it was nicely spec'd and came tuned makes the deal even sweeter.

Good video! Base 991.2 Carreras are so underestimated. My stock 991.2T is just as fast as the 991.1GTS on track, and more precise and manouverable.
Btw did this Carrera have RWS? It makes a world of difference in handling.
Seeing this I have an urge to go Lichfield on my T. That would blast off the scale

Definitely fast on the track but still not a drag racer. Even stock this 991.2 C2 will smoke it in acceleration. Tuned it is no comparison. But the GT4/cayman is not about straight line speed and that is ok because it absolutely shines in the handling and driving fun department.

They have a short teaser youtube video.

It's very exciting though!

James with his soul perf exhaust on his .1 sounds amazing and really really brings out that flat six sound. This .2 with the cat delete and tune sounds entirely different but very very aggressive. Tons of snorty turbo noises and it just howls on full throttle.

I really liked the ‘sleeper’ quality of that car. I feel quite compelled to undertake the same basic mods and tuning to unlock significantly more performance, but have not quite reconciled losing the factory warranty and the ability to keep extending it. It is a risk, there are a bunch of tuned 911.2's out there and there aren't that many negative stories. I think it has to do with the fact that the engine is basically shared all the way up to the GTS model so the engine is already designed to take more boost/power.
