I only like the chefs that are honest and show consistent professionalism, most of them don't have in this video obviously. Same with customers.
A quote that came from a book written by Robert McKee, I can relate to is this: "True character is revealed in the choices a human being makes under pressure - the greater the pressure, the deeper the revalation, the truer the choices to the character's essential nature."
This show, even though it's purposed for our entertainment, made me believe that Hell's Kitchen reveal their true character, under significant pressure. Not to mention the camera and microphones remains on for the duration of the season.

@@alliii835 I think the key is that the customer should be complaining to the matre d, not the chef. The chef has to run the kitchen and can’t be dealing with every ounce of petty bullshit. If the customer complains to the matre d, then he will go to the chef who will relay the message to the rest of the kitchen
