Thanks! It took many years to get my site to where it is now. The first year I live streamed on CZcams every week as I built my site. It's my passion project and I don't think it will ever be finished.

0 th web site is an emulation 😂 do u know remote desktop protocol it just emulates a desktop in a browser

@@suryaiyyappan4244 It is actually not using RDP and is in fact HTML/JS/CSS built to look like a desktop environment. Some emulation libraries exist for things like x86, dos, wine, etc.

Indeed I ended up working at Microsoft which has always been my dream company to work for. I had started the project nearly a year before the interview and it barely came up, so it's mostly a coincidence but I have always been a Windows fan.

If you are referring to my site which emulate an OS, it is not running a VM and everything is client side running in the browser using the DOM/JS/HTML/CSS/WASM.

In the case of my site, it actually does indeed have it's own Browser app which can open another instance of the page, and can also search via Google. 🙂

I do have a terminal on my website which you can type `linux` into and it will open Linux in another window. But it is quite limited at this point.

Some of these guys are too over creative lol. The websites are delivering something beyond what is required and while it looks cool but it seems too much with gamification aspect. Like they say recruiters scan through your resume like camera flash so making it pretty is useless, if someone wanted to hire these some of these guys especially the windows dude, they'll probably abandon the site due to lack of information available immediately. They are not gonna sit there and look through every folder unless jobless.
These portfolios are not built to be a resume, they are built as a showcase piece to demonstrate your capabilities as an engineer
@@developerfilip yeah that's great if they are working in a marketing or design agency who need to create distracting show pieces to retain clients but the majority of web dev jobs don't involve and allow this much creativity so the passion just exists in these portfolios.
