Theory for the last story:
The grandmother threatened to disinherit the parents if they didn’t get the son back because she wanted to have her family together before she died. The parents didn’t actually want the son back.
That's what I think too. Mainly because nothing else makes sense o_o
Could be... I just kinda figured the parents knew that the OP wasn't interested in talking to grandma because of her vitriol, so like the dishonest people they've established themselves to be, they decided instead of being honest and saying "your grandmother is sick, shes asking for you" (which is how my mother handled it during a period of a couple years we didn't speak, and yes, I did go see my grandmother, and I made that decision without being guilt tripped), they created this elaborate tale of how the sister died.
But why did she want him back if she was so convinced he was lying about being gay and was really an R****t?
@Trukknotmunky in her own twisted way, the grandma claimed she she loved OP. She was probably holding inheritance over the parents head that they had to get their son in line, and probably get him "fixed" from being a r-word-ist. She probably thinks if her grandson isn't sent to one of those camps before she dies she won't go to heaven or whatever garbage she believes in.
@@HistoryUnwoundwell she did send info about places that fix r words, so grandma probably either cared somewhat for him or perhaps she wants a picture perfect family before she dies.
Uncle: **Hires sex workers**
His Wife: **Divorces his butt**
Congratulations, you played yourself.
deserved
It is all the hooker's fault!
Why was she married to his butt?
@@thechickenlord4000 It was the cleanest part of him.
Uncle: you took everything from me
OP's mom: I don't even know who you are
Rslash totally missed what was happening in the last story. The parents were planning on abducting and killing OP when he met them. That's why his mom said "the way you felt for your sister I will be feeling soon." She blatantly told him she would be sad and up set he was dead.
Yeah, that was the vibe I got, too. OP should move, change his last name again and get a new phone number. His parents are insane.
The vibe I got was they see him as spare organs for their daughter who probably needs one of them now (which is why mother dearest will be feeling grief soon too)
I think that line is in reference to the grandma having some kind of medical problem.
Wouldn’t have put this stunt past these excuse for parents either. OP was right to have not gone to the meeting alone, and with his lawyer, and have it recorded. They were being nice to him to then make an effort for OP to leave with them as they do the deed. But didn’t work because why would you trust them??
Either this or the grandma wanted the whole family together before she died. I kinda wanna believe what one of the top comments said about the grandma disinheriting the parents if the parents don't get him back more, because I don't wanna think they would be so inhuman to consider killing their son or stealing his organs for his sister, but its still possible. It also makes sense why they wouldn't have been happy hearing his new last name because then that would mean they truly have no control over him, it would be like trying to take a strangers organs, there's no way anyone would approve of that. Meanwhile even if OP is over 18, if he "conveniently" becomes disabled enough his parents could get power of attorney and other stuff like that to save his sister. Which is beyond fucked up but with these parents? Definitely possible. And then afterwards asking if he's ok because they want good organs. Or, hopefully, just asking that the same way they pretended nothing happened before, as a way to appear normal.
For anyone hoping we'll get more info about story 2, don't get your hopes up as OP has deleted their Reddit account. However in the final story there was one unread comment where OP says they called the police and after doing some sort of wellness check on the sister, she's been removed from the parent's house and placed with relatives temporarily. That's the final update.
"Shes a gold digger who broke up my marriage" BRO. Sex workers dont hire THEMSELVES! They dont work for FREE. Sounds like a you problem, buddy.
Nice pfp
It takes a lot of pride to be an adult worker, and Javi’s uncle is the one who hired her, shouldn’t they get mad over him cheating with his wife with an adult worker?
S2: I’ve heard of this and it still sickens me how both the ex lied just to save his own ass while throwing OP under the truck making his life a little more hell than it already was, and the parents just piles of trash that didn’t really care whatsoever once they got the real story. Even lied that his sister died just so they can have that “talk”. Everyone, except for those that actually helped OP who was the real victim in this whole shit, are major, major assholes that deserve more karma hopefully in the future. I hope that gramma dies a cruel, and lonely death.
Exactly
And it's not really that confusing about why the parents wouldn't just apologize.. they don't regret it, they just want to place the burden on op to make him feel like it's his fault his family doesn't have him anymore. The mom even started with the "it feels like I've lost my child" speech before she got cut off. They wanted either to "fix" op or place the guilt on him so they can sleep better at night. They feel guilty but not remorseful, and they want him to bear that guilt for them for the rest of his life.
The second story is the brothel
@@commiedog425 is it?
@@commiedog425 I thought it was a sub story from the comments
Those parents are fuxking monsters. What they said and did is fuxking disgusting. If there is a hell I hope they get put in the deepest, darkest, most torturous pit there is.
Last story: Damn! I was thinking, “come on, Rslash. No one would be so evil and cruel as to lie about their child’s death to manipulate their other child.” Well, don’t mind me while I eat my own words.
Mmmm yummy
Sadly, I was unsurprised. I have this cousin, you see, and his horrible parents....
I mean honestly, they probably still think he's a rapist regardless, probably a pedo. Why wouldn't you lie to someone like that, there worse than anything you did. At least that's my thinking on why they did it. Honestly wasn't surprised, what actually surprised me is they didn't say anything else additionally monstrous in that conversation.
God, that second story HURTS. There's an alarmingly large amount of stories I've heard of people who aren't straight throwing their partners under the bus like that to save their own skin. It happened to my cousin once because her girlfriend couldn't stand being bullied for being bi anymore.
It's like these people don't understand or don't care about just how badly a rape accusation can screw up someones life, especially when the LGBT+ community is already seen as a bunch of sex-pests and degenerates by people who don't know any better.
Doubly when the rap accusation is made towards a man
It's not just a same-sex relationship problem. How many times have women blamed rape when they've been caught cheating or having sex with a boyfriend in their teens? It's a tale as old as time!
Am I the only one who picked up on the fact OP's parents in the second story want to see him dead? The whole "I hope to feel that way soon" comment from the mom in response to OP asking if his soster was really dead just SCREAMS that they want to murder him. These people are total psychopaths and OP needs to get as far away from them as fast as possible. I feel like his life is definitely endanger and no "restraining order" is going to stop them now that they know how to find him.
I thought the same to at first but Im pretty sure that line is most likely in reference to the grandma probably dying soon.
And now they know his new last name so they could hire someone to find where he’s living now. People like them deserve hell. Even with knowing the truth they still decided to disown him. Why do I feel like OP might come into some money and they are trying to get on his good side.
First Story, NTA: How is it OP's mom's fault that Javi's uncle's marriage failed? He was the one who was hiring sex workers while being married. Also, if I was OP I would drop this man without a second thought. Why be with someone who is so judgemental and disgusted about the past of ur mother who did what she needed to do to provide for her kids. Javi is a horrible man and is showing his true colors. This man don’t care about OP's feelings, he only cares about his image and his family's image. This has to be in a different country because this mindset is gross to me
Comment: Wow this man is horrible. This bozo was so focused on sex workers than his own children, had the nerve to get mad at them for his decisions and then abandoned his kids. OP's grandpa is a joke
Second Story: Wow, the insane amount of homophobia in this post is mindblowing. Instead of being true to himself, OP's ex decided to lie and say OP raped him. Wow, I don’t have any sympathy for this man at all; everyone besides Angle and her dad are the only ones who aren't scum. Wow, OP's family are monsters. They lie about a death that never happened, not once apologize for all the pain they put OP through for half a decade, and they all expected OP to just move on and pretend what they did didn’t happen? I feel so sorry for OP to have horrible people as family members
First story- this is another reason why I despise religious people.
Yeah...like, OP's mom was kinda incidental to Javi's uncle's divorce. If she had never existed, thebuncle would still have sought out an escort, inevitably gotten caught, and ended up divorced. It isn't like the uncle only hired OP's mom because he happened upon her, fell in love, and could only be with her if he paid her...
Like op said, many ‘religious’ or ‘pillars of the community’ are usually the first ones to cheat/hires sex workers. Op’s mother did what she needed to feed her children because her deadbeat ex cheated on her.
@@davidharshman7645facts, so even if it wasn’t OP's mom he would’ve eventually got caught
Also - I just don't get why in this day and age sex work itself is so frowned upon. It's litterally a morally neutral line of work, as long as all parties involved are consenting adults and its done safely - then there litterally should be no problems at all with such stuff...
It honestly blows my mind that people just cannot "just let life" and still have to be so goddamn judgemental just because someone does anything that is "outside of societal norms"... especially if such is being done for such humble reasons to support ones family.... idiotic and highly ignorant people out there, lol...
Second story: Wow, that was really F***ed up too! I wish OP the best 😢
Honestly that last story, as a gay person ended at least on a good note. Dude realized he was being lied to by his family and basically cut all of them out. Hopefully his sister will do alright. While i hope grandma passes knowing she'll never get what she wanted

Last story: it's not just your family, everything you talked about are just completely f up. Your BF lies about being R worded for money, your parents faked your sister's death to talk to you, your grandma kept trying to force you to convert this something you didn't do despite the evidence, and the two people you thought were on your side betrayed you. Move anywhere else, somewhere where you don't have to deal with whatever the hell this is.
Yeah, it's giving me real small town vibes. OP needs to move across whatever country he's in and find someplace a bit more populated and diverse.
Move and tell no one and find new friends who aren't lying, back-stabbing piles of dogshit.
I wanted to respond back to this to note something that was included in the update post that rSlash didn’t read:
When OP says U and A in his update, he’s *not* referring to his friend Angel and her dad, but his biological aunt and uncle. If he writes out uncle, he’s referring to Angel’s dad. If he writes U and A, he’s referring to his relatives
One, OP's mom had to do things she didn't wanna do TO PROVIDE FOR HER CHILDREN. OP's mom is a damn good mom considering she doesn't seem to have abused the children nor burdened them with addictions and other things such as relying on a bad partner. The kids seem to really love her and that's a big judgement of how well a parent treated their kids.
Two, OP's mom no longer has to work as a SW thanks to the amazing children she raised who got jobs just to see their mom in a better position. Why are we judging her past and no commending her present?
Three, Javi's Uncle decided to hire SW when he was married and NOT disclose that he was married.
These boys believe men are free to do whatever they want when in fact a man takes responsibility and owns up to their mistakes. And about those religious groups that shame women for that. If any of them are Christians no matter the sect, they are forgetting Jesus took in a prostitute and helped her. Mary Magdalene was a former sex worker who was shamed and Jesus took her in and helped her. We the christians needs to stop cherry picking what we want and need to go by what we need to do
The woman is a hero. Anybody unable to appreciate the sacrifices she made is not worthy of her daughter.
I was a single mum and sorry I have never felt the need to go into work like this. I worked yes...however, there is never a need to go into work like this
@@ruthhadfield9726 That doesn't make you better. I work two jobs currently for my ids and while I have never had to turn to SW, it is a reality for a lot of parents especially in other countries where women are valued a lot less.
@JHyde-tv3if did I say it was made better....but don't you think it's sad that single mothers would rather strip then go onto to welfare for a while especially when working too.
now because of this...its always going to be there....OP may have to move away from her job and home because of it....surely welfare or another job woukd be so much better
Blackmailing their disowned gay son is a whole new level of awful, Jesus.
EDIT: Heard the update.
Holy shitballs that family is INSANE.
OP should run.
Last story : it doesn't surprise me these types of parents would rather there son be a rapist then gay, I've seen another post where a grandma wouldn't let the gay granddaughter see younger family members but let her convicted child molester son be around the kids, luckily the rest of that family cut contact with her.
"[He said] my family is beneath them because we are not from a respectable background and come from homes of sex workers."
Frankly, I'd rather come from the home of a sex worker than the home of an adulterer. OP's mom dragged herself through hell to feed herself and her children, and she has more strength, dignity and honor in one fingernail than Javi and all his family members combined. OP does as well for sticking up for her mom, and I hope one day she'll find a partner who respects them both.
Imo its not someone's fault they are related to an adulterer. Its however a problem if you make excuses for cheating - I can understand why being with a sex worker may make someone uncomfortable, but being with someone who defends cheating (as Javi was doing) is arguably a lot more of a red flag
Second story, along with OP's ex-parents being *complete* *psychopaths* for what they did, the ex-BF's parents are honestly just as monstrous for straight up beating their own son then trying to attack OP, then turning around and destroying OP's life by pulling those sorts of lies. At least OP's sister is out of there too. She doesn't deserve to have to deal with monsters like that for parents either.
Unfortunately the sister is still probably there, considering that she was 10 when the original story happened, and so she'd be 15 at the conclusion :(
@@errantwinds-up8uu There was actually more to the post Rslash didn't go over for some reason. I sometimes go to check some of the harder/spicier stories to see if there's been an update, especially since Rslash records them a month or so ahead of uploading on CZcams. OP had deleted their account so nothing there, but the last bit of the post on bestof had OP calling the police on his parents and now his sister is living with other relatives.
I wonder if money was behind the attempted reconciliation ie his got a really good paying job or inherited some from a relative who was less homophobic
@@jameshead9119 My moneys on image, like certain "family friends" and/or others outside the family are starting to ask questions, or are about to. That or grandma wants absolution and/or one last chance to twist the knife.
@@jameshead9119 So this was another part Rslash might've ignored? Apparently the grandmother is dying from an illness and her last wish is to see the family together again, which lead to them lying it was his sister because otherwise he'd (rightfully) tell them all to go to hell with grandma.
That last story actually left me feeling sick. I can't believe his ex would do that and the level of evil displayed by OP's parents is just sicking. I hope OP never has to see his parents again.
Don't take your family to brotheIs, people. That's just not right.
You’re first

That would’ve gone right past me 😂
@@ryancamara5689 There goes the weekend plans 😂
That should go without saying yet this sperm donor proved otherwise.
Super controversial take there my friend
It sounds like the first story happened in India, where SW is fully legal for adults.
So her mom literally did nothing wrong. She did a job that was legal, just like everyone else, which basically makes Javi a classist pig.
That, unfortunately, seems rather common in India from what I can tell.
Story 1 : simple RSlash : because he has the money and she is the sex worker. Therefore, he has more social points than her and deserves more respect.
(this is satyre guys before anyone jumps at my throat. The fact that OP's mom is bashed for basically finding a way to feed her kids is horrible)
No, no you're absolutely right.
It’s because being a sex working is not a respectable profession. Some people do it but they shouldn’t be surprised when other people judge them. Especially because there are plenty of other jobs that you can get. Now I don’t know what country they are in so maybe the context is different. But in the U.S. you do not need to be a sex worker to take care of two kids by yourself.
@@darkcircle899
No, but you need like two to three jobs just to afford rent anymore. Since the government isn't going to be raising the minimum wage to help the US citizens to afford basic housing.
The funny thing is that if there weren't people who wanted to hire prostitutes, then they would have to find other work, so the clients are just as responsible for prostitution. Besides, it seems most prostitutes don't plan on doing that and only do so because they have no other choice, and McDonald's only pays so much. This means there need to be better social programs for mothers whose exes flee the country.
@@darkcircle899whenever someone says “In the US you do not need to” I already know u live a sheltered life,
Dude the US has such major economic strife the fact u honestly believe no one gets forced into that work or gets sucked into less respectful lines of work like that is the most tone deaf take I’ve ever heard on the matter.
Dude I live in Canada where we have publicly funded education medicine and more social programs and assistance and people still need to do shit like that up here to survive and make money,
You realize that entire communities in the US were forged from prostitution, brothels in the old west were such profitable businesses that entire communities became dependent on them, these women invested in schools churches and other local businesses. Hell some brothels had some of the highest paid women in the country
Important acts are one brothel being turned into an emergency hospital in the 1906 San Francisco earthquake
Another brothel owner offering up her home as omahas first emergency hospital
Another former slave turned brothel owner fought constantly to desegregate San Francisco street cars,
Hell the state of Wyoming granted women the right to vote in 1869 because of these kinds of contributions and refused to join the Union unless they could keep that right to vote, in 1890
Not only that look at how profitable sex work is and the work they do to prey on and keep people in that line of work, u don’t think someone living paycheque to pay cheque as a single parent or an uneducated woman looks at the profits involved w something like onlyfans and thinks “okay maybe I’ll just do a little bit of that and make some cash” and constantly get roped in further,
Hell Ik someone personally who couldn’t work because they had a disability and honestly just saw it as an easier way to make more money than the few jobs they could work and this is in a country with a more socially minded attitude
The fact u think there are no impoverished people in the US that rely on crappy jobs or the poorly seen jobs is the biggest ignorance to the current cost of people tryna feed themselves and the biggest F U to the poor people in this country,
And on top of that, not only is it historically wrong, but everyone loves to shame and berate sex workers but for some reason they make hand over fist every day, seems like they’re very respected when we acc want something,
What’s next poor people just needa work hard to be successful, dude wake up and smell the economic barriers and the double standards here
I'd be willing to wager that Grandma is telling OP's parents that they have to fix things with OP and gain his forgiveness for themselves and the family or Mommy and Daddy Dearest lose out on some of Granny's inheritance. Either that, or someone needs an organ.
S2: My husband saw this happen in his small Texan town (minus the accusation). The grandmother was dying and wanted to see "progress" in the un-gaying of her grandson. The parents pulled a very similar stunt to get their son to show up so they could ask him to pretend to be straight and reborn for "grandmother's sake". It was for her will's sake. The grandmother blamed the father for beating and ejecting his son instead "getting him the help he needed to fall back under the Lord." and wrote everyone out of the will. Happy ending!
May that grandmother burn in eternal hell
Javier should've kept his damn mouth shut. And any apology from him is worth nothing. Its what he's willing to do to earn your forgiveness is what you should pay attention to.
That guy is like "yeah I lied but I took it back. Oh well nothing else I can do about it, shucks!"
My guy, you ruined the other guy's life, rot somewhere
@@paulineismeAre you talking about the gay guy story with the rape lie? Cuz it sounds like that’s what you’re talking about. The comment you replied to is about the mom who was a sex worker and Javier being a shitty fiancé and acting like he can put everything behind them despite still thinking less of the first OP’s mom.
in the first story, OP's mother is a dedicated and good mother. she did things that seem like she didn't want to, but put her kids first. it's not her fault that people hire sex workers. and honestly the fact that the kids tried to support their family as much as they could just shows that family cares for one another deeply. their mother made sure they would have a better life, and when the kids got that better life they repaid their mother for her sacrifice.
The last story reminds me of the time my grandma thought I was a homosexual pedophile. I had just graduated high school but was still friends with a peer a few years younger than me. He looked female presenting at the time and I used to let them lay their head in my lap and I'd play with his hair while he vented. Nothing sexual ever happened and to us, the interaction was more like a motherly thing. But my grandma saw it once and told me to "be careful". I was confused but found out she told my whole family that I was dating a minor. That's why I don't talk to my grandma.
Why the hell were the parents so ready to believe their son was a rapist, but so hesitant to believe their son just had a boyfriend with homophobic parents? He even had proof of a relationship in the form of texts. What is wrong with them?
They sound liks muslims.
The story about the homophobic family makes me physically sick. Those people are scum and OP should really cut them out of his life.
I'm not sure it is homophobic, some of the comments made in the story makes me think that they truly believes their son got away with rape 5 years ago.
@@BorninVirginia I'm referring to the title of the story in the video. And homophobes or no, the family is still scum for choosing not to believe their own kid/grandkid over some stranger.
@@cael1978 Especially when their kid had proof and a valid motive for why the other kid lied.
story2: imo the reason the parents lied to talk to OP was that grandma “wanting the family together” was related to her will/money, or she needed a organ or something, that’s why the parents were depraved enough to lie about their DAUGHTER DYING. i think that’s pretty common for dying grandparents of fractured families to use their death money (inheritance) as blackmail to make requests like that. still absolutely disgusting and everyone of them should leave OP alone jfc, i feel awful for OP :c
For the last story, iirc the grandmother made the parent’s inclusion in the will contingent on bringing their son back into the family
I was coming to comment "I'd bet dollars to donuts the grandma said inheritance was involved."
I hope she loses the money before she dies
Yeah she doesn't get to burn that bridge and blight the land where it was built then demand other people rebuild it when she realizes what she did. The parents too, they crossed a line that cannot be forgiven and revealed they were just as horrid.

@@InvasionAnimation it really was
I'm guessing the parents lied about OP's sister dying because his grandma wanted to see the whole family together, so the parents decided to 1) lie about his sister dying in order to get him to talk to them and then 2) acted _real_ nice in the hopes he would be willing to show up when the grandma wanted the entire family together.
That's why the mum started steering the conversation towards "you feel sad cause your sister's dead, that's how I'm going to be feeling soon", she was going to try to guilt OP into showing up because her mum and his grandmother was ill.
I don’t know about everyone else….but does anyone else have the urge to “talk” to OP’s bio family in Story 2? To like…just “talk” about what they did to OP. *You know?*

Tests knife. We just want to talk.
*ExLax Cookies* Just a bit of a talk. (Locks them in room for a full day). Enjoy. (I'm disgusting, not violent).
I got a sock full of quarters with their names on it
Frankly, I think the reason the parents in the second story wanted to see OP is made clear by what his mother said: “remember how you felt when you heard your sister died? I’ll be feeling that way soon.” Implying the mother will be grieving the death of a family member. They summoned OP with an ultimatum with the intent for the father to kill him as threatened. They only didn’t go through with it because OP was smart and brought along witnesses, including his lawyer who would have their heads on a platter if they tried it.
Story 1: the only AHs are op’s deadbeat father, her ex fiancé and his uncle. Op’s father for obviously reasons, cheating on his wife and probably not paying for child support. Op’s ex fiancé for blaming op’s mother for his uncle cheating. The uncle actively cheated on his wife even before he met op’s mother.
She needs to tell him to go to hell.
@@Grouchbox she did when she called off the wedding. It boils my blood when society coddles the cheater and throws the victim under the bus.
OP's deadbeat father gets 5/5 buttholes
If I was op and he said he wouldn't marry a "whore's daughter" then I would replied "good I wouldn't want to marry the nephew of a cheater". But as for the story your nta and dodged a huge bullet if you'd marry him then it would have been so toxic and abusive.
On the last story, if OP hadn't arranged for so many people to go with him to the meeting, I bet he would have ended up dead. It may have taken 5 years but I feel they finally decided it was time to erase the family shame. And for the grandmother wanting to see him again, if there was any truth to this, they would have lead with that. This was a followup attempt to finish what the parents were not able to do. OP needs a new last name and to move again.
Those parents definitely planned to trap OP. My guess is that they would lure him to the house or wherever the grandmother was staying, and then the rest of the family would be there to stage an "intervention." The grandmother would probably go on so tirade about OP being an R-word and claim she was "saving him" by sending him to a place where "people like him" can be fixed. It is such a good thing they caught the parents in their lie. I hope the grandmother dies knowing she will never have anything to do with her grandson again. As for the parents, they might as well give up on any chance of getting the son back because God forbid, if something does actually happen to the sister, he might not be inclined to go anywhere near them.
That last story ... Why did the parents lie? They might have wanted a free caregiver in their older years, who knows? But whatever the case, OP was right to cut contact. Trying to figure out some toxic person's motivation for being weird is a fool's errand.
It turned out grammy was a hypocrite and demanded that they also reunite with the son or lose the inheritance. That family, except the son and perhaps the young daughter, was full of complete winners.
Comment: R/ the worst part is the grandpa actually being upset with his daughters and abandoning them over something that 100% his fault.

@@dudeorduuude5211 Insufficient data. My cousin accused me of molesting him. My cousin was also a bipolar mess with a personality disorder who never took his medications, drank like a fish, lied, stole from everybody who didn't nail stuff in place, was generally hated by the rest of the family, and was trying to get out of his fourth drunk driving charge by throwing an entire barrage of excuses and accusations at everybody and everything hoping one would stick. None did and he went to jail. (He later destabilized on drugs enough to jump off a bridge, so...)
After reading the third and fourth sentences, does it modify the accusation in the second sufficiently that that you wouldn't disown me? Good, because at least you're less accusatory than my own mother, for whom said cousin was the golden child and I was the eternal scapegoat. For my husband, the reaction was, "I'm going to kill him." It was not figurative as I work in a job where the most ridiculously high ethics are required and I won't even accept a pen as a gift.
@@dudeorduuude5211while it does make sense to disown someone for doing that, op stated that they served him disownment papers AFTER the ex confessed. So at that point, they were disowning op purely because he was gay
Story 1: Javi accused OP of being a gold digger...it looks like she proved him wrong in a serious way
I see gold digger get thrown around a lot nowadays and rarely ever in the sense of "a woman manipulating an older man for money". Now it's mostly used as a manipulation tactic against financially dependent house wives and financially struggling girlfriends as a "Stay in line, do as I say or everyone will know you're a gold digger and shun you!". It's also often used by Nice Guys™ who vehemently insisted on paying for dates, gifts, etc with the expectation of sex or another date being owed to them, crying gold digger when it doesn't work out. I've even seen a post of a guy trying to call a gold digger despite her refusing to let him pay for everything and paid for her own half instead, really highlighting that that's just his go to insult when he doesn't get his way.
Tldr I'm pretty sure he called her that as more of a threat than an actual judge of her character. That he would public shame her as a gold digger if she didn't comply with his demands.
Yeah, I wonder what exactly was going on through his head when he accused her of being a gold digger, especially when he later tried to get her back. Like seriously dude, if you genuinely think OP's a gold digger, then why the fuck do you want her??? Why get mad at her, even???
I'm sure if gramps paid one of the ladies at the brothel to babysit those kids, they absolutely would have.

I honestly don’t understand why people look down on sex work. It only exists because there is a demand. Yet, we ostracize the ones meeting the demand, not the ones creating it. What two (or more, I guess) consenting adults do or not do, should be nobody’s business.
Exactly, they're the ones who get demonetized and labeled as nothing but dirty low-lives with drug issues, but where's the disgust for all those men who are married with pregnant wives and children at home who seek out these services?

@@DanielGonzalez-qk6sdstill pretty terrible to not want to date someone because their mother did a certain job years ago to help fund the family, all because YOUR uncle committed adultery.
Love that first story's mom. She is AS DEVOTED AS IT GETS and if your fiancé can't see that, they can't see you.
I am assuming the Grandmother in story 2 is OPs Mother's Mother. That makes what the mom said about her soon feeling the same way OP did when he heard his sister had died make sense.
Grandma is dying. She wants the whole family together. (which means she either has come to realize she was wrong about OP and hasn't bothered to applogize, or that she is fine being around someone who did what she thinks OP did. Either way, yuck.) Momma knows that OP doesn't want anything to do with Grandma, and so lies to get a face-to-face so she can lay on the guilt trip. Gotta be face-to-face to get the full effect of the mom crying and the dad looking at OP disapprovingly for 'making his mother cry at a time like this.'
The last story made me physically cringe. I'll never understand how parents can betray and hurt their child so utterly and completely. Also, the grandma is just plain evil. So much hurt, just because of the parent's bigotry. Good on OP for cutting them off. Hopefully he can reconnect with his sister if she ticks differently than the rest of the family. or at least find people who really care about him.
NGL I was really expecting in the last story that the parents were lying just so op could donate some organ to the sister.
The Last story sounds like a dozen "Gay son" stories I've seen and read about on CZcams for the past ten years or so. It even has all of the highlights of parents disowning OP, Grandma wants to pray the gay away, Ex can't be gay so therefore it was non-consentual, and after years apart the parents want to reconnect but don't want to admit they're in the wrong! I hate every single one of those bullet points and I hate it when the super religious have their self-righteous "I'm not the problem, I'm the solution to my son being the problem!" and it's one of the reasons why I'm agnostic!
A: don't ever take family members, especially the children, to a brothel. Doesn't matter if they are adults/18, you still don't do that.
B: the people who go to those places WHO ARE MARRIED are to blame, not the sex workers. Besides, they have to make a living. Long story short: hope that poor woman leaves the country she was born in and makes a fresh start somewhere else, maybe US
The update of the first story made my heart break!
OP obviously is very loyal to her family and now, she’s getting bashed and ostracized because of it!
And as for her mother, she did what she had to do to feed her family! That’s a real mother!
As for those disgusting religious fanatics, how quickly they forget the story of Jesus caring for a prostitute, saying all her sins were washed away. 🙄😡
I hope OP and her mother nothing but the best!!
Jesus spent his time and company with prostitutes, the poor and sinners. There is the whole passage about it being easier for a rich man to pass through an eye of the needle, because in order to get "rich" or achieve "status" people often do shitty things or are rewarded for shitty behaviors. Jesus if he were to come back today would not be spending time with conservative ultra rich people in any society
I’m honestly curious how the sister feel about all this. Op hardly mention his sister and I’m wondering if she knew about ‘her death’.
Bet Grandma is full of regret because she's sick and is putting financial pressure on the parents
I don't know what country it is but I think I know whats going on in that last story. The father realized he "needed an heir" and the only way to ensure it for himself was to "fix" OP. They were gonna put him in a conversion camp and try to make him a "proper man of the family" again.
For the second story I think there might be money involved. Like the Grandma is dying and feels guilty (or wants to try and "save the OP from his sinful lifestyle" one more time before she passes) or she'll cut OP's parents and Sister out of her will. His parents knew he wouldn't come back to see her so they said it was his sister dying. There's no way they'd interact with him again if they couldn't benefit from it
That last story sound like there's a juicy inheritance involving money and OP needs to sign something so the entire family gets paid.
Story 2: hate is a poison, and it's really sad OP's family has had their souls soaked in it
So I heard the last story before, and this is missing a portion of the story. When the parents reach out it's because the Grandmother is dying and wants the family back together one last time. Parents tell OP his sister died, and make a deal to meet with OP for "x amount of time" in exchange for telling him the location of the funeral.
Final story: Ops parents and other family members should be shamed of themselves, for literally disowning Op for being Gay.
And it’s funny how at the end the other relatives and cousins immediately called Op just so save themselves from the guilt, of letting Op get disowned, paints a big picture that Ops family only cares about themselves rather then supporting the guy who literally got disowned because of false accusations.
Day 1 of asking Rslash to do Feelgood content because he deserves it.
God yes
Only people in the last story I feel bad other than OP for is the uncle and maybe the sister .
Because it sounds like the uncle just wanted to fulfill his mothers dying wish in the end and didn’t realize OP’s parents suck also really not surprised by OP’s ex claiming rape . It’s so common I’m not even phased and it’s part of the reason why I as a black man hesitate to date white women.
Last story: Last time I looked through the comments it was a pretty common consensus that they were trying to get him alone to perform an "honor killing" which is common in multiple countries. Some places even have it in law that these honor killings are the right thing to do.
Absolutely disgusting.
Yeah that family in story 2 cannot ever be salvaged. There are some things you just can't come back from and your own parents and grandma making such accusations is one of them.
When I was young I used to be very close to my grandma (fathers mom) but never got along with my shitty father and eventually cut him off. What I didn't expect was for her to cut me off "until you apologize to your dad because he's so sad".
She knew what he was like and how he had treated me and my sister so it was just a major slap in the face.
A brothel with a day care would work well IMO lol Not IN the brothel but next door with a non-sex worker just to keep things from being murky.
I'm just picturing a strip joint with a Chuck E Cheese next door - tagline "Where a kid can be a kid - and adults can be adults ;)"
No joke, my friends and I always talked about how if we ever opened a brothel, we would put a day-care place next door.
@juno1752 This is a very underrated comment, I swear 🤣
Practically Criminal
At one point of her childhood my mom lived in the house on top of a "whore house" and she says she had to sleep with her father's gun (he was a trucker and always away) under her pillow at age five because the men would try to, and some did, break in
For the worker's kid.
No one should be bringing their kids to meet up with a SW regardless.
Just watch your damn kids and cheat on your wife during your free time
The parents on the last story needs his kidney or financial support or something else...?
*Story 2 is the text book example of the saying: "You can't pick your parents, but you can pick your family." Angel and her fam are literal heros man, they were the only ones who believed OP after his ex lied and were the only ones who supported him after his family disowned him. Seriously it's absolutely disgusting what OP's family did after his ex lied to save his own neck and than lying about his sister dying. NAW FUCK THAT ENTIRE FAMILY, CUT ALL CONTACT WITH THEM OP AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE. It's clear they don't want you and they never will.*
I think the parents lied about the sister because they knew that op wouldn't respond to the news of dear old Gramma being ill since she also went against him. They knew he loved his sister and would want to see her off. They wanted to see him not for themselves but because Gramma said so.
I really hate it when people look down on Sex Workers. I have nothing but respect for them.
@Trukknotmunky literally this.
The intro of the video caused a chorus of "Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!" to start playing in my head lol RIP Jerry Springer
2nd story: I feel like the reason for getting the sister involved is self-explanitory: They knew that there was no hope in Hell that OP would just come back if they asked nicely, especially with everything that went down five years ago. Bad people will lie about anything if it means they get what they want, so I can assume that they lied about the sister dying because it would be something that would be hard for OP to say 'no' too, especially since after stating the sister's death, the parents said they'd want to 'talk' during the funeral.
Also, very important lesson to people: DON'T ACCUSE SOMEONE OF RAPE WHEN IT NEVER HAPPENED. I've seen this happen before with an old group of friends and a girl accused this guy of raping her. A lot of people ganged up and jumped him, beating him and breaking his nose. Turned out to be a huge lie and the girl was just really unhinged. At least from what I hear, the dude is doing okay but man, don't spread that shit like it's a joke or not that serious of a claim. People will be willing to kill if they're under the impression that it's true.
Last story - It's quite simple, rSlash. OP's parents, grandma, and the Ex's parents, aren't people. They're monsters. They are the kinds of people who are ALL too willing to throw an innocent person into the meatgrinder at the slightest accusation, no matter how insane or unfounded, and will act surprised when the innocent person then don't want them near them. Who don't understand that the inhuman way they treated THEIR SON leaves life-long mental scars that will never properly fade.
They aren't people, because people wouldn't jump straight to threatening murder. People wouldn't beat their child because they dared be different from the parents. People wouldn't assume guilt and refuse to accept innocence despite the accusation being retracted and shown to be a lie.
That's what people would do. OP's family, and the Ex's parents, aren't that. They're just... monsters.
rslash, you're very confused about the last story because you're trying to attribute complex motives to simple, terrible people.
They wanted to fulfill the Grandmother's wish, but didn't want to discuss the matter because to them, OP's guilty and evil until he repents and admits he did something he won't admit to. Cause he didn't do it. He didn't want to deal with his GM because she's as much a homophobe ss the rest of the family, so they lied. That simple.
Tired of people shaming sex workers. Sex work is real work.
EDIT: Damn, that second story... I hope OP is in a better place now (ie, away from his insane family)
It's a very physically demanding job with an erratic schedule, constant demand and requires a lot of self-control, physical and mental flexibility, plus you are not always dealing with good company, and come with a very serious baggage. Oh, and you don't get any kind of work insurance or OSHA regulations, and you have to purchase your own supply of lube, protection, sex toys and whips. If that ain't a job, I don't know what is.
Another naive poster. Ffs, no one is saying it isn't work. But it sure as hell comes with stuff and dangerous things. You are promoting brothels full of children and trafficked women as "real work". Come on. Don't dismiss the negative side of the industry.
@@thedevilsadvocate788no insurance, no osha regulations... That's a problem. Legalise and legislate.
@@dylanharding5720 This actually came up when I was in college and we were discussing the legality of prostitution.
While prostitution is decriminalized where I am, it's still not considered as a "job", meaning there is no federal gains or losses in that regard. You can't enter "Prostitution" as your main income source for tax purposes.
I assisted some prostitutes with their taxes and among the few cases I got, a few of them were declaring their taxes self-employed plumbers to make receipts for their customers AND use interact machines. (I mean, they do take care of pipes and leaking issues... so I guess they kinda are?)
So on the last story Rslash was confused about the parents wanting to see their gay son, to hurt him I guess. When I first saw this post on Reddit, there was a comment saying she thinks he’s in X country, and that the dad was trying to get the son to come to this unspecified place to have him attacked and unalived. As they still believe he’s a gay r-ist.
This thought was reinforced by OP’s mom saying she’ll know what it feels like soon to have one of her children die
In the last story the mother says a key thing that I'm surprised no one picked up on.
She said those feelings (grieving his sister) she will have them soon too.
Basically it looks like sis is dying, needs some kind of transplant, and ops shitty parents suddenly remembered the kid they exiled and is likely a close match to his sister.

In reference to the beginning of the first story, being a stripper or a sex worker is not "immoral" unless you are a pearl-clutching Karen. They are both legitimate forms of work.
careful about saying that on youtube considering while the people on reddit will most definitely agree with you, youtube users like a sizeable amount of people who subscribe to rslash are very much pearl-clutching karens who despise strippers and sex workers with a passion and even side with op's who do whatever they can to punish strippers and sex workers
Absolutely. Both should be legal. Both should be protected like any other job is under labor laws. It's time the government gets uninvolved with two consenting adults behaving like consenting adults.
You really need to walk back your comment, as it is very naive. You can't sunshine and roses trafficking, and child exploitation, and the hard life that sex workers live that changes them for the worse inside. Morality isn't just in a religious or conservative sense. It is turning a blind eye to some real internal things for the workers and the users. It is fine to promote not judging, but you are taking the weight and reality out of that work by being a naive, likely American activist about it.
@@dudeorduuude5211 We can also separate well-legislated, well-controlled work from that which is...not.

The last story... the fact that OP had said that his dad was going to kill him and his mom said, 'You know how you felt when you heard your sister died? I'm going to feel that way soon." I honestly think these people were trying to make nice with OP to lure him home so they could straight up kill him because to them, him being dead would be less shameful than him being gay. That story is just... disgusting from top to bottom. Except OP. I'm so glad he found a safe place to be and I hope that he can get fully away from his toxic family.
Edit: Then again, maybe it was just because the grandma was sick. I dunno. But DAMN.
Story 2: Yeah these parents (well really the entire family minus the uncle) are absolute TRASH. Op if i were you i’d go complete NC with everyone, and tbh, my petty self would blast “ding dong the witch is dead” when grandma eventually passed on
1st story: even though I am a Christian I understand what ops mom had to do in order to put food on the table. Sometimes people have to things they don’t want to do in order to survive.
What is most confusing about this story is the mothers words "do you know those feelings that you felt when you heard the news of your sisters death?, I will feel them soon" Did she mean because of the dying grandma, or were they planning to kill OP? I am so confused either way the parents are mental good on you for the restraining order.
100% OP's parents disowned him because they were emparessed after they threatened him when they thought he was a rapist
OP #1--you said your mom had to do "immoral" things to feed your family. Since when is feeding your family immoral?
You don't really speak english I guess, because that's not how the language works at all...
In the the relation "something to something" the phrase "something" stands for 2 different things, not the same thing! And thus their is no inherint relation between descriptors of either thing. Even in idioms like "Ashes to ashes, dust to dust" .
OR.. is it a moral misunderstanding...
Do you want to argue that only the result counts, and the way doesn't matter?

Well, unless it's there in another language, but didn't survive the translation.

Most likely I believe he implied that nothing is immoral if it's done to feed your family.
Who in their right mind breaks up just from what their partners mom does? Heck if I had a girlfriend and her mom had to do that kind of work. I would first and foremost explain that I don't condemn or think less of her. Actually explain that I highly value her effort to bring up a stunning daughter. And I would tell the uncle to get the flip out the door if he is being rude. It's his dumb ass that got him into trouble. So deal with it. And yes I'm probably way more open minded the most people. So I really dont think less of a exotic worker at all. I rather value them higher because they have a extremely rough job.
Story 1: something to remember is that when it comes to something like this its never rational, most people operate on a "vibes" based morality, it is wrong if it "feels" wrong, the uncle is a part of the family he didnt "feel" wrong but someone they know as "the sex worker mom" will "feel" wrong to them so shes not allowed
Final story: Op had disgusting family members, they disowned him for being bisexual for YEARS! And 5 years later they act like nothing happened.
They’re truly disgusting and the other family members/cousins are also disgusting for letting Ops parents do this to him and not helping him!?! Like the old saying goes, “the worst option is nothing at all” they could’ve done something about it instead cutting out Op because of his sexuality.
The answer you’re looking for after that first story is a mix of of the stigma against sex workers and good old fashioned sexism. It’s always the woman’s fault in some people’s eyes. Also it might be a little “He’s family”
S1: The fact that her being a sex worker is such a big deal is confusing to me.
I had a friend who was gorgeous, educated and came from a wealthy family. She did some pretty vanilla adult dancing in the 80's, but she could never bring up her past in a relationship.
She shared some pretty awful horror stories about what would happen to her as soon as her partner learned she did some of those things.
It's one thing to consider your own self-worth and values when you enter an adult entertaining profession, but no one ever talks about how they get treated by people. She always would say it was not glamourous at all...
First story: NTA. I don't blame OP for calling off the wedding. Yes, the ex fiancee's uncle is a cheating dougebag and the mother is wrong. The right person will not care of their past.
With the update: Doubling down on the dougebag behavior.
