Hello! I just found you and have been going over your site. I believe I have finally found someone who really gets it for olders. I really need to get myself back and your site moves slow enough to start out and able to pick it up as strength and flexibility is gained. You have a new subscriber. Oh, and if no weights at home for farmers walk, keep two 1 gallon plastic jugs with handle ( milk jug, white vinegar jug, etc.) and add water to about 1/4 the way to start, as you get stronger add more water. I learned that trick from a chiropractor when I had a frozen shoulder many years ago. Thank you for doing these videos for us olders. Keep safe & well.
Thanks for the feedback Ann. Also great suggestion for the farmers walk
Thank you. It is so nice to see someone trying to help the seniors. Deeply appreciated

Thanks Jeanne. Much appreciated and thanks for watching
Absolutely what I need to think about. I ran for many years and did not focus any on flexibility. You are great-thank you. Because squatting is a goal for myself .
This video is an excellent "blueprint", thanks so much Eric!

You're welcome Teresa
Great video Eric and very informative. I am always carrying heavy bags of shopping back from the supermarket. Getting a free work out. Thanks from the UK! 👍😇
You're welcome Paul
This is a great plan but would like to point out the Dr McGill, the last word in back pain, came out with the recommendation that walking should be focused on toe to heel because heel to toe is a big culprit in back pain (if I recall correctly, posterior tilt increases due to the amount of sitting we do, causing back pain, and walking toe to heel works muscles that strengthens the natural curve of the spine)
Excellent definition given of pull and push exercise. I wll do now both at same time. Thnx for such nice clips senior citizens.
Pls keep it and give more lectures your clips are very useful informative and encouraging..bravo🙏

Great question. It might be something you might have to wait to do until you can get back to the gym
Thank you Eric for the valuable lesson & you deliver it so well. I have learned something today. Just a friendly word if I may ... I feel it would be even better without the background music.

Suggestions on how to achieve a lat pull down without equipment?
Without equipment or no lat pull down bar? If no equipment, I would do pull ups but you still need a pull up bar
