Its a reminder that its not easy for anyone but the point is to do it anyway. My day was instantly improved with this video I honestly wish it was longer. I know you probably leave things out of the videos that you think are boring but we want to see it all!

I ran 8 miles straight the other day and I could have gone longer. I’ve never been so proud of myself!! Seeing how happy running makes you made me get back into it. I used to run to relieve stress. My foot has been killing me for a week bc it was on flat pavement, but healing up and can’t wait to do it again!! I have my first half marathon in April :)
