I think your 7 mile problem might be a simple fix. That distance for you is around 1 hour every time - have you tried slowing down and shooting for 2 hours, pace doesn't matter and not really worrying about the mileage? Definitely helped me push past the 5 mile mark that I was stuck at mentally last year. Choo Choo.

The motivation I get from watching him train and the things I learn from his experience training, but also the behind the scenes; seeing a little bit of what his life is like. I feel like we've really been getting to know him so much more with this channel than ever before. Even watching every podcast and his main channel and second channel; this channel really goes a lot deeper. It feels like he's been getting much closer to his audience with this channel, also because he's been opening up about his emotions and mental health. It's truly amazing to have someone like him, in his position, talking so openly about these things and I've noticed myself getting much more involved with his content than ever before. I usually don't really comment on video's, but I guess I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for putting in so much effort in your content and opening up about difficult subjects. It doesn't go unnoticed.

Shin splint advice- I found that walking around on my heels (with my toes off the ground) for a minute or two before running helped avoid shin pain as it warms up the surrounding muscles - it looks ridiculous tho haha
Just hit the 40 lbs lost mark, still probably have about 30 to go but these are the two guys that gave me the motivation to start. Awesome to see them both
i feel like it would be so cool to see cody and will swap their training/diet with each other for a day, honestly love both of these guys sm it would be so dope to see more of them collabing with each other
