i used to have the same problem about the numb feet (maybe you have a totally different issue idk)- but my feet used to get numb all the time when I ran only after I got a new pair of running shoes. It was the same kind of shoe I had in the past, but the updated version (sauconys) were more narrow sooo then my feet got numb

If I run in a shoe that has a stiffer tread it makes my feet go numb after about 12kms ( could be your shoes! ) there are literal feet Doctors that could help you with your shoe selection lol
