To be fair, LA is pretty temperate in comparison to say Texas or Arizona. Over down here we're slow roasting with excessive heat warnings before summer even officially starts. It sucks!

Your comment sections are full of people, like myself, who have been inspired to start working out again because of your videos, and an online community could really grow that energy. It could just be something as small as a Strava group, or could grow into something bigger that has city meet-ups partnered with local running stores and challenge-based charity drives -- I think it could be a real impactful thing for your followers!!

Hey I live in London and the pollen is so bad here because the counsel thought it would a good idea to chop down all the female trees (because they created issues with their fruit). So now we have lots of male trees giving off pollen and no way to uptake it. My hay fever is also only bad here.

Anyways I wanted to say that my brother and I watch your videos of you training and you have inspired Braden and I to train and him to accomplish his ambitions such as biking across Canada, and I am currently running to train for a tough mudder event. Anyway thank you for the inspiration from both my brother and I. This channel has meant a lot to both of us so thank you.

I can confirm the pollen here has been crazy for like 3 weeks now. I get it bad every summer, but this has been so bad I’ve not been able to breath, and have a dry cough that makes my throat bleed 🤘🏼👍

just did a trip around europe for the last couple weeks, really wanted to boost my strava with a run in every city i went to, didn't realize how little i walk and 15-20 miles a day fucked my feet up so bad i could only do a run first day in amsterdam, getting back to it now that I'm home though

Cody!!!!!! Ice baths are death but if you wait out the pain once you go numb it feels amazing and that’s when it’s really therapeutic for your muscles. I did ice baths all the time when playing soccer and it fucking sucks at first but if you wait out the hard part it feels awesome and helps with soreness so much. Good luck! 😂
