    to be honest, i chose this workout thinking it will be a chill one but i forget how much arm workouts actually burn. also, i am loving the warm up and cool downs to add to the workout, thank you lidia

    Lidia I have been doing these workouts since July 2023 and now it’s been 7 month of doing your workouts almost everyday I see so much difference in my body now my waist has never been this small. I finally have the legs and arms that I always wanted to have. Im obsessed with your workouts and thanks a lot for being there and for making the best workout content so far. I love you so much❤❤

    I’ve been doing this workout for about a year now and let me tell you my experience.
    This workout at first will seem soooo hard and impossible like it did for me but guysss don’t give up. Just do it for about a week and then It becomes easier. Whenever I eat too much and gain(Christmas😭) my arms are never the targeted fat after I started doing this consistently. Pls trust me omg I love this video so much that I even memorized all the exercises and timings that I don’t need to watch this vid to do the workout anymore lol

    Hey Lidia🤍! I’ve been watching your videos for quite a long time now, and I’ve been wondering if you could make a 10 minute Pilates workout for weight loss. It could really help me and other people out there to achieve their goal. Thank you!🤍

      weight loss is about calorie deficyt, you may do any of her workouts (for example 1 per day) and if you will be eating the right amount of calories for your body (you can calculate it in online calculators) you will be in a calorie deficit. i think that the best way is to find your basal metabolic rate and eat that amount of calories and if you will be exercising regularly (remember to not exercise too much and 7 days in a week) you will be able to loose weigh. good luck

    hey I just realised that there are only around 4 proper arm workouts. It will be great if you do more of these and also only lower belly fat pilate workouts please. Im so in love with your workouts lidia❤

    I find it hard to workout because of my ED: I always eventually start thinking that I want to lose weight during any sport activities really. But this one is really nice - just some movement to maybe at least not hate all workouts, no pressure, calm and relaxing
    And Christmas music!!

      hey! i personally prefer not to speak during my workouts so if you’re doing my videos you will have to look a the screen to keep up with me! there are many other amazing pilates instructors on youtube that do voiceovers so maybe that’s more what you’re looking for 🤍
