My Nana loved him. So glad I got on the Jimmy train decades ago. He is a very astute comic. His hosting gigs are usually filled with on point jabs. Apparently he studies guests he doesn't know to have ready made burns.

I live in Maine, USA, and during lockdown I discovered the wonderful world of British comedians. And I must say that Jimmy Carr is in my top three, along with Bill Bailey and the late Sean Lock, who I am sure is enjoying a drink with the other great comics who left us too early.

It’s considered quite offensive these days. Mongolia has spoken out against it because they don’t want their name used to refer to people with Down’s Syndrome, and people with Down’s and their families don’t like the word because… well, I’m not sure actually. Maybe they’re all racists and hate Asian people.
