It’s good to donate but Jimmy is talking about the workers who run the charities and the charities themselves. These “charities” collect money to pay for their workers so technically the people in need get pennies on the dollar of what the original amount was donated. It’s safer to give to WWF or the UN charities like UNICEF etc.

Jimmy has clips on CZcams of his shows here in the states, but he has to dumb his act down so much so he doesn't offend anyone, but it's almost not funny. The audiences here seem to be embarrassed to laugh as though they think someone might see them and call them out.
It is quite edgy as you may see from the audience's reactions but trust me, we have our fair share of snowflakes and cancelled comedians here in the UK!
