Red Light Therapy: What Is It, Benefits, and My Experience
Hi everyone, in this video I explain what red light therapy is, its benefits, and my experience so far! Red light therapy has been around for awhile and there is decades of research on it but over the past year, it has made it into the mainstream wellness world and even the beauty space. With all of the news surrounding it’s benefits, it can sometimes be a lot to grasp what it actually is and how it actually works so I decided to break it all down to explain how it’s not just a “woo woo” gimmick. (I also tried to do so in a simple way so you can now refer to me as the Andrew Huberman for dummies.) Red light therapy is something I think will become even more well known and used (I said it’s a 2023 Wellness “In” in a video a few months ago) and it’s because of all of the benefits it provides. I share what those benefits are as well as my own experience using a red light therapy device on some surgical scars over the last six weeks! Hello ! I was searching about lasik surgery which is probably not new for me cause i have been doing it since last time that i saw my Doctor which is about 8 mounths so i have done alot of research about the surgery after all ... But i always wanted to ask some questions from those who have actually had LASIK ... First of all imma be 18 in october 10 days after my birthday is the usual date which i meet my doctor.
so in case he says i should take LASIK here are some questions which makes me very very happy if you answer..
1- DID YOU ENCOUNTERED ANY PROBLEM AFTER THE TIME PERIOD WHICH IS 3-6 MOUNTHS MOST CASES PEOPLE HAVE DRY EYES EVEN AFTER THIS PERIOD .
2- DO YOU HAVE ANY NEGATIVE VISION CHANGES WHICH SOME PEOPLE ENCOUNTER HAVING LESS VISION AT NIGHT .
3-DO YOU THINK YOUR VISION IS GETTING BAD AFTER THIS (8-9) MOUNTHS FROM SURGERY OR IT JUST STAYED AT 20/20.
4-DO YOU THINK THIS IS THE BEST DECISION TO MAKE THEN USEING GLASSES FOR A LONG LONG TIME AND SPENDING YOUTH YEARS WITH THEM WHICH HAS BEEN SUPER ANNOYING FOR ME I AM USEING GLASSES FOR 5 YEARS BY NOW .
5-DO YOU THINK IT WORTH IT AND DO YOU RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH THE SURGERY.
(I KNOW IT IS DIFFRENT EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE BUT ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAVE ASKED TAKE THEM AS PERSONAL LIKE ANSWER THEM PERSONALLY)
