    Looks delicious!! On pizza crusts one thing I would like to see is a side view so we can see how crisp it really is. Plus I like to see if the bread looks doughy or, again, crispy/cooked throughout.

    My pizza crust went purple! But it was good enough 😊. I put on some mushrooms, olives and roasted sweet pepper. I'm not vegan, just keto, but I wanted to try a vegan pizza crust. Greetings from Patagonia Argentina!

      Heavenly Fan Thank you 👍🏻. Yes ..my plan was to go to 6 pm . So only 30 mins ago . I’ve started with a small amount of really watery green soup and feel like I’m full up lol. But lovely . I did 21 days and lost 27 and half pounds. 😀 and now have the courage to go keto vegan with absolute thanks to you because I don’t think I would of have the courage to of gone keto with out your videos . I’ve been buying all the different ingredients that I’ve not brought before plus a four in one hand blender set ready to make the mash cauliflower for the pie you made . I loved salad wraps but always the wheat caused problems so I’m thrilled to of found your recipe ,I brought all the stuff and also ..arrived today a electric roti / tortilla / wrap press maker...lol. ...I’m totally serious about making them wraps .😉 thank you for thinking of me it’s truly appreciated .     Thank you for the wonderful vlog! I have been really successful with your recipes but I have tried 3 different brands of psyllium husk (the first one turned everything black) but it was joyful to experiment. Hugs to you Fan!

      I have been using Psyllium Husk for approx 4years and never had any discoloration at all ever! Maybe it is off or old?, take it back and try another brand. I like to grind the more breadcrumb type in my Coffee grinder into a fine powder but then you do not need as much. @@idyllicacrylicsjulieb4328

    Onions are number one for me but I will add caponata with olives and sundries tomatoes , and for me with anchovies . It is a maltese tradition but very delicious .

    regarding the onions chopping: if you chop on the same side as the lines, you won''t get teary (as quickly) i noticed you chop them horizontally which breaks what's essentially tearing you

    The purple bread is psyllium husk - I got mine from coles had same startling result 😏 but I just tried a diff brand

    Aren't all the tomatoes getting a bit carby for keto? Looks great though and I'm about to make this! But will be using a tablespoon or two of tomato puree instead ~4grams carbs.

    I was interested to see that you eat onion's, I had read that onions and carrot's were a no. I am glad to see they are not.

    I’ve enjoyed your keto fries twice, your cauliflower fritters, your chocolate truffles so today I tried the keto pizza with the crust dough recipe adding yeast.... I let it sit to rise... an hour later ... purple dough 😂 I didn’t enjoy the texture and it didn’t get crispy enough ... tomorrow I’ll try frying it and see what happens...

      Some viewers get purple dough for some reason. I suspect it's psyllium husk powder. I haven't come acros it myself. Maybe switching brand would help x

I was 568#, now at 229 and still keto at 3 years in. Pardon me but you cannot be in it for weight loss? You look svelte and well. Thank you for your channel. Your recipes are amazing!

    as far as i understood "dough", the knedding is done to make the gluten bind. Since there is none in most Keto doughs (which i never understood due to gluten being a protein), i never saw the point of excessive knedding and judging on my own approach to it (mix of coconut flour and almond flour and with added tartar and backing soda for more fluff) i'd say it really doesnt make a difference. Also experimented with Xantham gum and pure gluten and if you dont have a problem with that - it works very well (particullary the extracted gluten, which makes sense, since you will get a much more "doughy" dough^^)
    But in the end it is everybodies choice and this one looks just as good as they get - so thumbs up.

    I am one of the people who had the flat bread puff up and be soggy in the middle. You mentioned this may be a kneading or water problem. If it is a water problem is it too much water or too littler?

    I’m more of a traditional pizza lover with pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, green pepper and some pepperonchini ‘s sometime anchovies.n cheese. I’m not vegan but this looks great

    Purple breads happen when you use baking soda instead of baking powder. ;) It tastes dreadful too.

      I believe it depends on the type of psyllium husk you use. There’s one type that gives a purple color to your pastry

    here in Austria there are three types of ground almonds: not de-oiled, partially de-oiled and de-oiled! Depending on the oil content, the consistency of the dishes made with them varies. Please, what kind of almond flour do you use?

      The extra fine almond flour I used was defatted (de-oil). It provides much better binding.

      They are very nutritious and very low carb, who cares how many. What hell to have to count every carb. Just eat low carb and healthy for what your body needs for nutrition and feeling good.

    I am confused, I think you say 120 g almond meal, but your scale shows 250 g and you also use 250 g in your crusty bun recipe. Thanks for your comment. Just starting on keto and looking for recipes.

      Sandra WestleyI noticed that, and to chop it into 3 pieces it has to be 250 g of the almonds I have listened to it 3 times and she does say 120 g but I have written 250g in my recipe, there is no way you could end up with 3 lots of 185 g

    If you are tearing up from slicing up the onion, it usually means it’s old. That’s why you tear up.
