    CHIA PUDDING MIX (4-5 puddings)
    ---------------------------
    5 - 6 tablespoon Chia Seeds
    2 tablespoon flaxseed meal
    3 cups vegan milk or a mix of vegan milk and coconut cream/milk. (I use half and half of almond milk and coconut cream)
    Sweetener of your choice (I use erythritol)
    Vanilla extract
    HOMEMADE NUTELLA (makes 350ml Nutella)
    -------------------------------
    300g (2 cups) unroasted/unsalted hazelnuts
    90g unsweetened dark chocolate (or 2-3 tbsp of raw cacao powder, add som oil of your choice while you blend till it reaches the desired consistency)
    Sweetener of your choice ( I use icing erythritol)
    Vanilla extract
    A pinch of salt (roughly ¼ tsp)
    ASSEMBLY
    ---------------
    (these you can tweak based on your preferences) :
    Vegan yoghurt or coconut cream
    Berries of your choice
    Homemade nutella (recipe see above)
    Chopped nuts (toasted coconut flakes work really well too!)

    I have been doing keto for 2 months now and love your channel even though I am not a vegan. I was just thrilled to see this pop up in my feed. My son loves Nutella and I refuse to buy it because it contains so much sugar. I can't wait to try this!!

    Never thought it was that easy and quick to make nutella! Since I watched this video, I've been waiting to make it (didn't have hazel nuts - just got some yesterday) and how good it is indeed. Just put the chia seed pudding in the fridge, ready for grand assembly tomorrow...was never big on "milky" pudding but I'm being converted since I tasted my own home made soy milk (was very good indeed!) though I didn't make the almond milk (maybe I will next time). Really looking forward to eating the final assembled pudding, I can already taste how good it's going to be....I just baked krusty bread last night, so I can test out this nutella on it too...so loving this creative process. Food is meant to make us happy not pain. But some food causes me more problem than anything. At least when I make my own, I know none of that will happen because I know exactly what's in it. Thank you Fan. 😍🙏

    Very satisfying recipe.
    I did a carb count and I ended up with ~16g net carbs for a 200ml jar of the pudding, with the layers shown in the video. (I've subbed veg milk for 3% fat unsweetened yogurt, used cocoa powder and coconut oil and coconut milk instead of cream). Note to self: I will halve the amount of cocoa in the recipe and add 1Tbsp more erythritol, since the Nutella leaned towards dark chocolate - and I'm a milk choc type.
    Not an everyday snack, but even half a jar is quite a treat. Thanks, Heavenly!

    Wow that pudding with the nutella looks absolutely scrumptious. Thank you for that Idea and how to prepare it. I prefer to use Basel seeds in substitute of the chia seeds and coconut yogurt instead of the almond one. Still looking delicious and can't wait to try it.     So beautiful Fan, but I am having trouble finding coconut cream that has no sugar in it. The cost at WHOLE FOODS last week for a single can was $5.69 so I am going to have to use coconut milk in my recipes until I find a better price and no sugar added. Thank you so much for your video today!💕

      Aww, why would they add sugar in it? Coconut milk is just fineJoee, you can add yogurt later on to make it more cremy Xx

    there are actually a lot of nutrients in thee shell covering the nuts. Like in Brazil nuts it contains a lot of selenium

      Having more than two brazil nuts is enough to get a sort of “overdose” of selenium. That could cause brittle hair and nails.

    I think I have some random hazelnuts....let's do this lol. Glad I found a keto vegan, because the regular vegans are so carb heavy I gain weight - carbs are very inflammatory for everyone, even if your body can process it.

    I'm allergic to flax and coconut spikes my glucose badly. I'm not vegan so... can I substitute heavy cream, and just use chia? Can I sub in hemp for flax? Also allergic to eggs, rice, soy. Just wanted to double check if this would work. Thanks to you and your viewers.

    I wish I could make my own nut butters but my food processor heats up a lot after one minute and makes a burning smell. I once tried to make almond butter but after several repeats of blend for one minute, then wait five minutes, then blend for barely a minute, my mum yelled at me to finally stop. I was left with crumbly mix of nuts.

    Looks amazing, what brand of Almond yogurt did you use. Most of them I've seen have potato starch which I'm guessing isn't kito friendly? Thanks, Ian

      My almond yoghurt is from Nush. It contains tapioca but probably very small amount, as it's 3 carbs per 100g.

    I used powdered cacao as you suggested but the powder is dryer than the bar.. also the hazelnut butter doesn’t seem to supply enough moisture when using the powdered cacao, can you suggest in your recipe something to add moisture when using the powder? Thanks 🙏

    I did it with mixed nuts - leftovers of hazel nuts, brazil, almonds & macadamia - total as per recipe. I had no vanilla essence - so the maple essence was used… the effect is so delicious! If I store it in the fridge it will get hard I guess! I have never eat nutella before - please advise how to store the jar - is it safe to keep it in the room temperature?

      Nutella is ok to keep in room temperature for a week to ten days or so, but if you pre-make the pudding you’ll need to fridge it x

    I would say it's rather considered LOW-CARB and not really KETO.
