Lotta people are involved and upset it's a crime that's gonna eventually be resolved. We shed light on it, and we keep riders knowing what they're are dealing with at our nation's airports.
State troopers caught a driver with no license. So now they are coming into both lots looking.
Knew they were on the apps doing shady shit. No license and probably no documentation at all. Thank Uber for that shady shit and allowing it. Talking about safety but ain't none of it safe

@@jamiecary The sad part is that we gotta clean it up. It wasn't this bad until maybe started 2yrs ago, and I've been driving for 5yrs. I haven't really done airport in 2yrs, so the shock of me going up there and seeing that shit was like, "...wow...". Looked like a huge lot of homeless people that bought cars. People sleeping in em. Whole damn contraptions built on the property. Bathrooms worst than porta potties at the concert. i was like DAMN!
And then I started noticing the queue was all jacked up like a few weeks ago. Nobody really mentioned it, but a Black SUV driver came up to me and told me why the queue was never moving. I was PISSED!!!

I saw that state trooper truck at west lot 24th st today around 1030am. Trooper was writing something and making driver of large white coach bus sign it and then the bus left. The trooper picked up what looked like some type of duffle bag and what looked like a mini folding stretcher and loaded them in his bed. I’ll admit I was weary the entire hour I was sitting there because yesterday when I got caught at terminal attempting a conversion. Thought he may be checking plates but he never came by me. Whew! I guess Im no better than the roaches! lol And yes Jeff, based on your recommendation, I have since been watching the videos. I was careless and overconfident and now will be more productive and not convert at the airport again. Only on the way in. Thank you.

I always concert at clubs, restaurants and houses. I steer clear of airport conversions unless they get in my car first. Close the door so the attendant can't see/hear you. They are trained to chase down contractors who are doing rideshare pickups - not drop offs - for cash.
When you're doing a drop, someone giving you a tip in cash or on an app is possible. Therefore, they can't say much about drops. But pick-ups in the rideshare area is their spot to patrol.

Yes. Immigrants never studied American business law, so they don't know the level of consequences they face with Immigration courts and deportation rules. To come to America and to violate the laws willfully can lead up to deportation AS WELL ALL denial of citizenship or green card status. All the courts needs is proof of the crimes.

Yep. I fell for the queue on Saturday morning. Said 1-5 cars for black SUV so I went over there and when I got there it went up to 35 Black SUV. I counted 4 black SUVs in the lot.
Oh, I know. I saw it bouncing from 1-5 and then up to 16-20 instantly. No surge or nothing. I live by the airport, so I always refresh my screen. I ended up with a $50 Black SUV, a $30 Black SUV, and a $94 Black SUV - all from hotels by my house. I just leave the app running. I always look at the airport and it literally spikes INSTANTLY, like a parade of Black SUVs just pulled into the lot.
All telephones. That's all it is. These scammers, I'm telling ya.

Same. A few of us are in Tempe. I used to do the Westin near Mill all the time. I used to do the dorms to the airport...and then the prices TANKED! Now, I have to convert those just for them to make sense. $7 XL rides to the airport???? $9 Comfort rides to the airport with 4 girls with all luggage? Yet, they're paying almost $30 for these rides!!
Convert, or they're gonna have to wait for a new driver. Fair is fair, and I charge them LESS and I make what it's worth to me.

As a suggestion yall may want to take a picture of how many cars are physically in the lot compared to how many are in the que. Uber and Lyft gotta do something about this.

Here in Texas, ride share is REGULATED by the State of Texas. When I'm not working I take my Uber/Lyft signs down that way no State troopers doesn't have a reason to pull me over. I also carry a fire extinguisher because, ALL VEHICLES FOR HIRE , must have one. At the airports, airport inspectors check out drivers and make sure that they are on the App.
Smart!! Take the signs down if you're not working. I use my BMW for rideshare as well, but today I'm doing private riding and doing errands. I'm not on the apps at all, so no need for them to bother me if they're looking for rideshare drivers. I'm a citizen that's just owns a car today! 🤣😅
I was at Sky Harbor at 10:30 am this morning. I saw maybe 30 cars in the west lot, but it was so freaking slow there. I left after 45m to go wash my car and grab some lunch. I didn’t know state troopers are chasing these guys out now?
Who knows why he was there. Somebody said an unlicensed driver, but ya never know.

So many are against us trying to make competition and making money FAIR in this industry, and it's clear who the "criminals" in our industry are. People who are walking around saying we shouldn't be concerned and we should allow these folks to block us from making money are the PROBLEM with contracting for work. These are employee-minded people who have gone their whole lives stepping on people at work just to get a promotion or to get a raise. Now they are involved in contract work and don't understand what it is. They think all of this is just hustling each other out of work so they can enjoy greed and selfishness.
This is why people can't unite: because we are surrounded with stupid people who don't see the bigger picture. They think THEIR FAMILY is the only family that deserves to eat. I believe ALL families who are willing to work hard - and fair - deserve a chance to eat. That's why most of those drivers aren't welcome with that bullshit energy on my channel. I'm not like them.

Think something happened at Detroit Metropolitan airport. All of the sudden there are NOT 100-150 cars. Saturday night and only 60 right now.
They know the whole driving community is aware of the crimes and were all recording and taking pics for evidence of the crimes.

I did a private ride to the AP yesterday and there were over 100+ uberX/ 60 comfort in th queue. I think Those guys are still working it but some of it is the extreme drop in volume and drivers dumb enough to wait around. All the surge is in Glendale and the SE valley during rush hour. Go get jobs guys. Driving won’t pay the bills this summer. There wont be enough rides to convert to cash or HUM. Business is about to fall off of a cliff in 2 days.

Haven't developed much clientele with my private rides yet. Only been in the private rides business for about a month and a half, but last night i made it clear i was taking orders for rides via text message as well as calls and i jumped at least 100% with private ride orders this morning. The young generations are poisoned by uber and lyft. So many of them are to timid to call and talk to person. Just something that might help the community. Jeff, i know you don't care for text. I don't care for text either, 🤷 but it does appear to produce positive results. This is results i see from Uber X though since there is no Uber Black in my market
The only reason I don't text is because I have something I wanna show them before they make a choice: my clean car and cool demeanor. If they see me in person and say no, they can't be my client. Over text, it's easy to say no. But to my face? I'll maybe lose 1 out of 6 or 7. Lately, I've been on a hot streak tho! ASU is out and all adults are loving the upgrade to Black SUV! Hahaha
@@MicDropBBQ I only convert high dollar rides on the spot. My area is smaller so the smaller rides I just hand them a card and tell them I do private rides. So, at the point they're calling/texting they've already ridden in my car under the Uber 🏖️ and they're making a choice based off performance they've already experienced
Hello everyone. Just want to say we're finally out of the game.
The great state of AZ suspended the car registration because the insurance policy is from MA. Apparently, there is a rule that the insurance for a car registered in AZ must have an insurance policy generated in AZ.
We were traveling EAST to STL when suddenly, the KS state troopers pulled us over for speeding. That was fine, but then the reg was suspended unbeknownst to us. (1 of 2).
What the hell????? Arizona never sent a letter to you about it? I get letters all the time (because I have cars left and right] and they want money all the time! If they can't prove they sent you a letter about the insurance issue - but they allowed you to register the car using MA insurance - that could be fraud in the inception or fraud in the inducement...one or the other. An agent should have never allowed you to register a vehicle in AZ if you weren't allowed to, leading to a suspended registration. You have to be notified at the time of registration OR at the time of suspension. It's your right to know and to be informed.
You might be about to get it all covered by AZ thru a claim.

Car is currently impounded. AZ wants a new insurance policy (although car is currently insured) AND payments are due.

The key to converting “app riders” to your riders is simple: keep it 💯let them know how much you’re getting paid for this app ride. They are always shocked when you tell them that. State your price and that it. It’s easy and you keep 100% of the fare 🤔🤔
That's it! Be open to what you're getting. Tell em. Shock em! It's all fees they are paying to use an app. It's not our money for the ride! They hate to hear that!!!

I've been busy, rocking my usual spots, so I haven't sat at the airport, but imm go and take vids. This is ridiculous. 150 cars? And I only do lyft
I tell all drivers to shoot a recording of the lot and then look at the UberX queue numbers. Always seeing a huge difference in what's in front of you versus what the apps say. Even our largest lot in Phoenix doesn't have as many cars as these apps will say. Not even close. Our two baby lots never have that many cars.

These apps are pushing Americans out if we accept these low offers. Convert or go broke. That's our only option at this point, brotha.

How do they get around identity issues of driver and vehicle? I would think this would be a major issue with riders when they check out vehicle tags.
Because Uber is less strict with their accounts, perhaps. Uber is worldwide and have a lot of countries who use the tech and probably have hacks already figured out. They wouldn't hack Lyft in other countries because Lyft isn't in other countries. They could be less familiar with how the system works.
...and Lyft pulls drivers from any region and will apply surge to the airport ride. You don't have to be in the queue for Lyft to give you a good airport ride. That's hard to control.

TCP is no joke. Every state has a public utilities commission. Here in California the TCP is given out by the California public utilities commission. The TCP stands for transportation charter permit. You bet Highway Patrol gets involved. And some a lot of you don’t know. You get your TCP and you’re not even aware of the rules. Here’s a rule. How many of you are carrying your preventative maintenance paperwork in your vehicle. Here’s the second one. Y’all have your Way bill with you. And copies blank copies. Those highway patrols have every right just to ask for it and you have to give it up otherwise ticket, and they could tow it. I wonder how many of you out there think your private drivers and you don’t even know the rules to it. Comment down below.

CHP is not going to be on your ass on matiance unless: 1. they see you driving a shit box. 2. they need to meet quotas. 3. Your a 18 wheeler or box truck
@@9nightmaster not true. I found out about this through a driver sitting at the Waldorf . Wilshire and Santa Monica. 2CHP on motorbikes. Pulled over and started checking all the black suburban TCP‘s. If you were a black car service parked on Wilshire that day. In the turnout for the hotel. You were asked for this stuff. Just a random check.now down the street at the peninsula. A private driver pulled out of the hotel got pulled over. Had no way bill on him and they gave him a $2500 ticket. And his customer had to order an Uber. Just over a Way bill.
Damn. So no waybill is enough for a $2,500 ticket??? The hell!!!
@@theczar6171 like I said all this info and documents are on your app. No different from an airport official asking you for a wayfair bill to pick up someone, they can also ask for maintenance records (annual inspection) , proof of ownership of vehicle as well as insurance to drive it.

@@9nightmaster the only thing you got correct was when you’re using a rideshare app. When you’re doing a private ride what app do you use to show the Wayfair bill. Second every black TCP driver I have talked to this about does not have the binder with the last oil change with the last brake inspection, none of it is in their vehicle. So how do you show a PM record of your vehicle? If you don’t have the documents with the vehicle. Pay attention to this conversation is about. This is about private rides not rideshare. And being a TCP vehicle.
