🤬 Airport Uber Gangs In Action | Holding Airport Queue Hostage

  • We are going to bring pressure to this issue until someone with authority does something about DRIVER GANGS holding up the queue. Airport authorities and/or Uber/Lyft need to realize that we have contractors on their property violating contractor/business law. If it not against the law, then we need to be instructed as to what IS THE LAW so that we may all adjust accordingly.

Individuals can't directly enforce the Sherman Antitrust Act by filing lawsuits on behalf of the government. However, individuals who have been harmed by anticompetitive practices can file private lawsuits under the Act to seek compensation for their damages. They can also file complaints with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ) or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which are the federal agencies responsible for enforcing antitrust laws. Let’s get’em.

The thing is, they should have a NO LOITERING sign at the airport queues. If you ain't there to work, you gotta go. If you're there to just HANG OUT all damn day, then you up to something. It ain't a park. It's not a spot where there's activities and all that. They're up there conducting illicit business in the wide open, and the apps know it. They do ZERO about it, yet talk about "safety on the apps". How the hell you talking about SAFETY on the apps but you got algorithms showing 200 cars in areas where it's normally 35 cars, historically? You know some shit going on.

If these 'immigrants' are giving airport rides in a car not listed in their app, then they should be deactivated. That would be a way to combat this, because for ridesharing they need to have the car that's also passed inspection. Now if Uber is allowing the same car to be listed in multiple phones with different drivers(in the same queue!), then they should be prosecuted RICO violations because this proves they're in on this scheme. Also if the car is in an airport queue for four or more hours and not taking a ride then it needs to be banned from taking airport rides or deactivated.(because it's likely a phone used to just clog up the queue.)

    • @MicDropBBQ
      @MicDropBBQ  Před 3 měsíci +3

I've seen that happen a few times, as they'll send a request for the hotels just north of the airport for like $9 or whatever. I'd be thinking it's someone trying to get to the airport, and when I pull past Washington, the rider cancels. Thing is, I was never in the queue. I was just passing the airport because I live by the airport. They were hoping the queue number would change, not banking on the fact that someone outside the queue might get the request too. I don't mind doing the quick hotel hops and I even talk about it in my ride alongs, showing exactly where I am and which hotels are being used.

They’re runnin scams at LAX too. I never wait in the queue at LAX anymore. I used to bring someone in and get someone going out. Now if I bring someone in, I just deadhead back because waiting there is useless, or they try to give you some trash ride.
Someone said some drivers have paid thousands to get on this App that gives puts them at the head of the queue for the highest paying rides. It’s all screwed up.

Yup. It's all scamming, brotha. Imagine going to Walmart and grocery shopping all day...then standing in line. But each time you get in line, someone comes and cuts you off and the cashier tells you that you have to let this person cut in. Then another cuts in...then another. Next think you know, you're an hour DEEP from the cash register with all people in the front who paid a scheme to get in front of you.
You'd leave that store so fast and report that shit to somebody! You'd be telling folks you shopped and you're ready to pay, but somebody in front of you with an empty basket is getting money from people in line to let them SKIP YOU. They just holding the place in line and asking anyone who wants to check out to pay them, then they can get ahead of the empty cart.
You'd be pissed at the person with the empty cart, asking if it's even LEGAL for someone to just hold up the lines all down the storefront and letting folks that don't pay stand there for hours.

The Austin airport has multiple groups like this. Guys chilling in lawn chairs and card tables all day and night never moving. I'm waiting to see BBQ grills.
Over 200 Uber drivers all day long. Lyft, 50.

They all know the Uber scams on the system they use. That's why they do it. Worldwide app, trading tech glitches and hacks all overseas. Then they come here and do it.

Why not record them saying they run the airport and give the recording to the airport authority and the local news? 🤷🏽‍♂️

It would take drivers at nearly every airport to do it, but not a bad idea

If Uber knows and Uber is doing nothing to prevent it, then they are technically complicit in the crime as well.

On the real this has been happening for over 9 years, and it is a come up for Lyft and Uber because someone is taking the rides. It happens in Detroit Michigan as well. These people have hurt our bottom line for all legit Uber and Lyft drivers. The airports don't have control or Lyft don't. They need to get rid of this people, I have complained countless times. Please, please get rid of them. NOthing but foreigners that do not have a right to be on Lyft and Uber, and it has tripled.

I honestly think anything that exposes Uber and helps Google's driverless car project is gonna do well in the algorithm. That's just my opinion. LOL!

@@MicDropBBQ no doubt. I just want you to get as many eyes as possible. This "owning" the airport is bs. Need to nip that shiz in the bud.
