- Airport queue scammers are out there. Uber knows it. Lyft knows it. Yet, they do nothing about it. But what WE can do as contractors is pull as many riders into the world of private rides, where you set your own rates and negotiate as a true contractor. With that money, you can afford to build your business the RIGHT WAY versus staying in poverty on these plantation-level apps that willingly allow scammers to operate around riders and drivers, both.

You were right, before I would see 100+ drivers at sky harbor. After your bids dropped a couple days later sure enough it went back to around 20.
We are having drivers record and photograph all of the crime scenes for future investigations.

If you listen to the video, you'll hear me say I never gave a price. So, if I said I never gave a price - and I said it like 3 times in this video - then you'll know that not every ride needs a price tag added. Some people offer you.
Just like in the LAST video I made (I think it's in my membership group) one guy handed me $20 from the back seat for a stop. I never gave a price. A guy BEFORE that gave me $25 via Venmo to take him around the block, and I never gave a price. And on the ride with the $25 Venmo, THAT whole group gave me $40 just to take them down maybe 2 miles to Pomeroy's bar. I got $65 off that group - and I never gave a price the whole time. I just said OK because they were walking out of a bar when I was dropping off. I said I could take them. They were older, so when I get people from my era, we just have an understanding. It's weird, but I don't give prices in many cases.
Even when I pick up my bartender every night, I never tell her a price. Ever. She always gives me more than what the trip is even worth. I'm gonna have her on a livestream, as she agreed to do it. I'll talk about how I never give her a price and she always just hands me money or puts it in my cupholder.
Crazy concept, huh? I'll let the clients that do that to me talk about it on a livestream so you can hear it from their mouths. It's all about energy.

I noticed at the LGB (Long Beach airport) there is less drivers there and it surges more often. My very 1st private client used me four days straight and drop me $350 cash for maybe a total of 50 miles. You take care of your clients and they will take care of you.

Yup. People want that trust and security and they are willing to pay you for your time. They want to see you succeed and want to see you do well in life. That's important to be around clients like that. The apps are sending some weird clients, tho. People lying for free rides and forcing drivers to get cameras. People running hacks to get drivers in trouble by saying things didn't get delivered or that the driver was drunk. Those people want to see drivers fail, and that's why it's better to have a private base versus all these randoms day in and day out.

I've always said that CZcams only pays us like $30/day. I can make more than that by driving and doing what I do. I love interacting on CZcams and having connections, but we all know that if I'm not getting paid to cover my life on CZcams, I gotta be out that door and making money! That's how we all are!

I just lost 2 $35+ rides in fort lauderdale airport ! I literally picked them in less than 1 second and the queue is full yet there aren’t that many cars ! The authorities in the airport should really stop this. I see black SUVs with people just looking at their phones and swiping. So sad and unfortunate for hardworking Americans .
That happens to my girl Ms Tee!!! She will have the ride on her phone and it will disappear!!! We think there are inside players that are getting kickbacks on these rides. They have people who are friends and are probably setting up drivers with rides, all to get a small cut of the money. This is why we're going private rides. This is the only country we have. This is where we call HOME and many of us and our ancestors built this place. For someone to come along and just GIVE OUR HOME AWAY is disgusting. They all have homes, and they should focus on building theirs versus destroying ours. I tried contacting the airport police non-emergency line. They told me they can’t really do anything, and said to call Uber. I guess nothing will get done with this if that’s the solution. Sounds like we need to take this to the state level.
Let riders know the apps are allowing undocumented, no ID drivers to do airport pickups. I bet that will let people know about the lack of airport security

That sky harbor video is crazy, everything going on there never made sense and now it does. So many comments made by riders in the past make sense now too. People saying, they kept getting cancelled on, or the last driver never moved toward them, the last driver wasn’t the right person or car, or my favorite is when they say, “you’re the first English speaking driver I’ve had out of the AP in a while.”
I had to stop looking at the smaller SUVs and just trust the 3.5 turbo would work out in this Expedition. Gas ain't no more than my BMW, actually. It super smooth riding like an airplane. 🤣😅🤣 I re-did my rear suspension already to more aggressive struts and it's less floaty back there.

You're right my best tips come from people that I connected with, by just being Bighorn Kev, not just the uber, lyft, or HUM driver.
As a Veteran, it sickens me to see what our country has become, the sacrifices I & other Veterans have made including the ultimate sacrifice. So that people can object to certain government policies, but when I see them burning the Flag that allows them to do so without any repercussions makes me madder than hell.
If you look how far you & I have come in over a year, we went from taking short rides so we can stay in a surge & make all the money we could by staying in the surge. To now we're looking at marketing ourselves, using the apps as referrals, doing private rides and private clients, and not even using the apps at all, & always being at the forefront of every change that comes up in rideshare, that's why we're the 300!!!!!!
Exactly, brotha!! We used to rely on the scraps from the apps just to get by, and they even stopped tossing out scraps when they got Waymo involved. Now we battle for clients to not use the apps and to find a driver they can pay straight up. We play chess, not checkers out here!
We are slowly losing what America stood for and letting certain people give this country a new identity. When people can't measure up and do the job, they tend to lower the bar so they can claim they're doing well. We raise the bar. We the 300!

That's awesome to see you make that connection. That's the absolute best clients to have. When I get some of those for the weekend, it makes it so much fun. I ain't ever got that kind of pay, but it's usually something that gets me all my money and they still tip me a little extra.
There were just 45-50 Lyft drivers in the MSP queue when they were only doing 10 tirps/hr. I wonder if thats whats going on here too?
I saw yesterday there were 25 Black SUVs in the Sky Harbor queue with ZERO RIDES per hour! LOL! That does not make sense. Why sit up there in a Black SUV with no rides coming in? I take my SUV and plop it right by a hotel and talk to people as they walk out! I go to where the rides are.

Don't stop riding with us." People are gonna start using private transportation when they find out illegal immigrants are more likely to pick them up and CASE THEIR HOUSE. hahahaha!

Yup. I say drivers should all start recording and getting faces and cars involved. This will be important, especially if the cars can be linked to a group that's doing it. Maybe they have a legit business they're getting cars from, but doing illegal activities with the cars. It's like having a rental car, but using it for a bank robbery. You need the plates off the car to track it, so we need to track these cars as well. That's how we get to the bottom of it: give law enforcement all the evidence they need to create a case.

I drove around 44th and Washington and they filled the lot with all the scammers they are in the office room there and there are 3 or four guys in a car with multiple phone they leave and as one leave the other comes back ! 😮😮😮😮😮

Ive been off the apps for a couple of days now, Im happy joining a big real estate team in SC I hope my real estate career can take off. I am gonna get to a point to where Im not driving or exclusively driving off the apps.
Yup. If you can get to where you've got a business that's paying a lot more, then by all means choose to stack the profits from that. I would do the same. I always think if CZcams ever took off, would I stop driving. I don't know. I like moving these cars around town. I love listening to music. I love meeting interesting people and having real conversation and energy going, to where I turn the car off and we just stand outside and talk for a while. That's the stuff that gives me a passion for driving.

I like what your doing circumventing the apps, screw them charging big prices and giving the driver a pittance.
If riders are willing to pay $30 for a ride, then they're ok with paying $30 for a ride. The apps know this, yet, the apps keep about half that money and call it fees. That means the ride was really $15. The driver has the choice to say, "...I'll do it for $25 and no tip required" or they can take the $15 and hope for a tip (if the app doesn't steal it). Most riders are ok with paying a driver directly for the car they see right in front of them. That's why will talk when I get there. I've tried phone negotiations and it hardly works out the way it should. But when my car is there and they see my personality, LOCKED IN! I'm just gon keep it real and be myself. They like that I wont fake my energy and that I'll do the trip, but charge them fairly. They appreciate that.

It’s not a scheme, if you’ve been in that room. They all have their business phones connected to a charger since running the Uber app will drain the battery pretty quick. Meanwhile they’re using their second phone for personal use. They all run black/black suv and there is absolutely close to zero work on streets Mon-Thursday for Black Category. So about 1.5 to 2hrs to move up queue at Sky Harbor for Black/Black SUV
You avoiding the whole point of UberX having tons of cars on the app but ain't that many in the lot. You ain't paying attention, son. Clear as day, you missed the whole point. Explain how UberX has 150 cars but only 60 cars be in the lot? Explain how UberX drivers sit for 30mins when planes are landing and cars are leaving the lot but the queue ain't moving that fast.

Yeah, mfkas was complaining that taking pics of guys sitting in chairs wasn't enough. A lot of drivers were reading those comments. Therefore, drivers took that as a challenge and they're sending me ALL FOOTAGE of shit to show all people out there - rider and drivers, both - what's really going on at these airports. They asked for it, and drivers are out there getting exactly what they asked for.
The law should change where the app companies can only charge the rider a flat rate
No more sliding scale % where uber steals 50% to 80% of the money
no more cut from the DRIVER pay
uber should take $5 flat per ride, NEVER any more

What would be the best way to report this?
First, there has to be a report of a crime that you believe is happening filed with the police dept. The district attorney as to get filings from there to start the process. Once the DA's office gets it, they have to investigate whether or not the police were involved and who is responsible for the crimes. They gather suspects and statements and evidence. Uber and Lyft will both have to be involved because it's their tech/platform being used for the crime we allege is happening, which is the violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act AS WELL as violation the security protocols by selling accounts to drivers who are most likely not approved on the app to drive for the apps.
The 1st video I dropped a few days ago has a comment by Noble, who breaks down exactly who the cases have to go thru. I'll have to see if that comment is still pinned on that video.

I know some people are angels who have no idea of how much that means to us. We go thru some crazy times being drivers, and we have things that pop up and we're like, "...this is about to set me back." Then you meet a rider that just freely passes you some energy and it's like, "...that's my angel right there. Gotta be!"

Trust your gut. Been driving since I was 15yrs old and doing cash rides since then. Never been car jacked or robbed and I'm from St Louis and Memphis which are crime capitals. Trust your feelings and get away from situations that dont feel right.

Graduation is like line in the sand for me. Some people still ordering off the app and I still use the app to spread my presence, but the ones that already know of me and use the app are sol 😂. If they're close enough I'll drive to them just to cancel 🤣. I've been doing cards for about a month maybe 5 weeks and I'm starting to see fruit from it. Rider "couldn't get a ride on Uber" me " I heard that. Wish I didn't hear that. Could have picked you up in a flash all of that time"
We have to let riders know that the apps are only an OPTION and it's not the only option out there. When they see that drivers are not being paid a significant portion of what they're being charged, they'll realize why most riders and drivers are negotiating their own deals.

Hey man I’m a black driver here in PHX and I saw this video last year and I even know who recorded it. There only doing this on black. All those phones you See are a Black Account Lyft or Uber. What they do is get there early in the morning. Camp out until they get a ride and then leave the other phone in the queue on Black still. This is not affecting you regular drivers. This is only affecting people who do black.

Not at the degree of filling the queue up to over 100 cars/day, keeping people from getting rides. That's the point: show how they have now changed the game to keeping drivers locked out of the queue for hours, sitting there without the queue even moving. That's the part you keep leaving out when you comment. If you gon speak on it, speak on the whole truth of what's going on. They are keeping people locked out of the queue and every driver out there who's used to driving airports has seen it happening more and more with over 100 cars but not that many cars there...all phones jamming up the queue.
@@MicDropBBQ When they had the new lot done I would go to get in the que. I thought it was just strange that que would be high but hardly any cars in the lot. I also thought it was strange that there were guys just sitting at a table playing cards all night. I would get a ride then it would just disappear as I started to go to th epick up. Now I know why from wqatching your videos. This was 2019. I had been driving rideshare since 2017. 2018 I was away in another state. So in 2019 when I got back and started driving. I thought boy things have changed. But could never understand the que anymore of why I couldn't get a ride or why there were barely any cars in the lot.

I been doing that for the longest. LOL! I've had this Jeep for almost 5yrs and my riders have been on trails with me. My highest paying trail ride was $250 when I took 3 guys over the mountain (Four Peaks).

And it's not like I'm keeping "what I'm doing" a secret. I'm on CZcams. LOL! Im a contractor, not an app-employee. I can do whatever I want with logistics. I can stop driving for the apps TODAY and never turn them back on, if I wanted to. That's my choice, not the apps choice. When you're a contractor, you're in business. You control your business. The apps are in the same business we're in, but they're just tech...we're transportation.
how is there way more protection on U&L with a $2,500 deductible,then they steal tips, throttle the app, cap income & deactivate you when someone says they thought you were intoxicated 🙄
Right, Meghan. So many drivers have horror stories of dealing with U&L after accidents that they THOUGHT they were covered in. The apps tell you to go to YOUR insurance and talk to them, and YOUR insurance must deal with U&L, but only after you pay them $2,500 to start the process.

Good luck! Make sure you let them know how unfair business practices have pushed us to be this way. We want to stay in business and do rides for people, but we can't afford to if the apps are stealing half or MORE of the money the rider paid. They have to be willing to make it fair. If they're not, then there's another rider that will. You gotta cancel and move on.

We need legal immigrants who are doing great things in America to step up and be honest about what the illegals are doing. This is why drivers are more on the streets looking for rides and not being able to get the good airport bangers we used to get. I used to get $20 for 5 miles all the time...$15 for 3 miles up the road to the hotels. Now, the only trips you get are $0.50/mile to $1/mile trips in nothing but traffic jams. They're snagging all the decent ones and selling them to drivers.
