The officer had an issue once his authority was being questioned which is not a crime. He came back to ask more questions and they arrested him. @@JLYT2024 Regardless of intoxication she was not in a state to be operating a motor vehicle, also there's a differnce between a DWI and a DUI, it doesn't have to be alcohol it could be you took some Nyquil or are on painkillers
