Majin Buu is simply built different, the rules of reality just don’t apply to him 🤣
Most villians in anime have reasons for being the antagonsit to the main heroes or want to fix things or whatever or even in reality like serial killers have other interests like say getting a mate or taking over the world in hitler extreme case or whatever actual motives plans but boo legit just exists to get rid of stuff and do what makes him feel good....he has no cares as a kid and destroys what he wants and has nothing or one he cares for which makes him scary and a sociopath you can't predict cause he knows he can't be killed so he enjoys pain and trolling but he's also wild...he's scary cause he has no reason he just is evil...you can't stop him with threats or try to distract him with anything besides hands...he doesn't care about stuff

Kid Buu is the worst because his personality is literally that of a psychopathic toddler. Not only does that mean he has no reasoning, but his fighting style is easily the most unpredictable because of it. Because kids have more natural imagination and creativity than adults do.
He was a menace to society...he loved to box which made him the perfect foil to goku...trolling vegeta

Well, to be fair, Chi-Chi was reacting poorly to her eldest son being (seemingly) killed by Buu earlier.
Unfortunately, Chi-Chi's comedic gag of cowing galaxy breaking beings with her temper had absolutely NO chance against Buu's no-nonsense approach.
And to be honest, EVERYONE warned Chi-Chi NOT to antagonize him, REGARDLESS of the fact he (seemingly) killed Gohan. She brought that one on her own head.

While Super Buu is more of a serial killer, Super Buu is still negotiable. He might not kill you right away if you get on his good side. As for Kid Buu, there is no negotiation. Either you fight him to the death or fly away to different planet hoping that he will never find you. 😃

Kid Buu is more of Chaos Fun, while Super Buu is a naive serial killer.

They are hybrids so that's why...they don't have potential to unlock either
Toriyama always has a memory to forget things that actually makes sense, with Goten & Trunks training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber for 6 hours definitely should have a lot of Zenkai Boost
