I had to make a few changes based on what I had on hand and used about a tbs of sugar for the banana blender muffins but they taste AMAZING and my toddler approves! Thanks for sharing 😊

Update: I made the banana blender muffins and they were great! Not too sweet and nice and fluffy. My 14m old liked them and my husband and I may or may not have eaten most of them in 24hrs... lol. I'm going to make the lemon ones next because I just LOVE lemon poppyseed muffins.

Lisa Kitahara I tried the lemon poppyseed muffins with hemp seeds instead of poppyseeds and used oat flour instead of almond (which made it more dense) but I really enjoyed it!!! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe! ❤️ Next one I’ll try is the carrot cake one! 😄

Can we skip the almond flour or replace it with oat flour?
Would coconut flour work instead of almond flour?

I made the lemon poppy seed ones with coconut flour (I had to add more liquid though) and they were the BOMB, however, not very fluffy but rather dense. If you don't like them like that I wouldn't recommend this substitution but I personally am obsessed with that thick decadent cake consistency, so I loved it.
I never baked with almond flour before, HOLY SHIT it's such a game changer!! These muffins are fluffy af! 🤩
question you’ve tryed? so i’m looking on you tube for a healthy yet sweet muffin for my pregnant daughter she got diagnosed with high glucose nd she’s not allowed now to have sweets but do these taste sweet as also fluffy like you said
