👀 dedicated fries video in-the-making - what’s your favourite way to enjoy fries - any requests? 🍟
Yum..with some good dipping sauces
imo japanese sweet potatos (purple/brown exterior, yellow/beige interior) make the best fries! i even love slicing them into thin rounds with a mandolin to make chips. these potatos are the best for baking crispy things- so dense, sweet and not watery at all!
3.53 or 3.54 you say when 'bruschetta' has reduced largely in volume???? Hehehe. Nonetheless I like all the videos.
I love all fries but I've really been craving some good chili cheese fries!
How to make them crunchy without too much oil
Is it just me or is her voice extremely therapeutic? 🤷♀️
it is all her followers :-)))
Ikr can't get over her vibe
I definitely agree with you
It really is
O i absolutely agree
I feel like a stalker hiding behind your plants with these camera angles lol
Anyone else who searches ‘pick up limes’ and refreshes a couple of times thinking that a new video will pop up ?? - Sadia I have never been so loyal in following any channel ❤️
Me too! I used to follow her a few years ago and now I'm back at it :)
As if her videos weren’t tantalizing enough, I think they got a new camera. The resolution is even sharper and clearer and I am literally mesmerized. 😍😂
Soooo coool. I am a beginner vegetarian and the sweet potato / avocado combo is one of my favorite. Now I can do it properly :)
4:51 Don't throw out the water! The nutrients can be saved by adding the water to broths or soups.
Great idea!!!
Nutrients get into the water from it sitting in the hot water for a few minutes?
@@youmakemehappy7 Water-soluble nutrients, such as vitamin C and certain B vitamins, can leach out into the water. The hotter the water, the faster the rate of degradation and leaching out.
Also, the thinner or smaller the food product(s), the higher the surface area that comes in contact with water, and the higher the rate of oxidation and nutrient loss.
Nevertheless, you can normally tell that nutrients have been lost because the water tastes, looks, or smells different.
Great point! So many nutrients!
ooh great tip!
your food always looks amazing!
The orange chocolate oat bars are DELICIOUS. I've made them several times. I keep mine in the freezer so they hold together a bit better. I like having them with a cup of tea 😊
Love the orange bars yum 😋
I tried them today, Amazing!!!
I’m really into healthy cooking and I learned a lot from your recipes!! Especially for me as a Japanese, Edamame snack blew my mind!!
Thank you for sharing the beautiful video✨
Wow you look great in a sari:)
N I Thank you🙏🏻
Yes! That edamame recipe is a must try. Yum!
I am transitioning into vegan lifestyle. It's one of the best things we can do for the planet.
Keep going! I am also transitioning into a vegan and almost there. Just a few more stuff to swap 👏
Tanbir Sohail It truly is the best thing we can do for the Earth! Congratulations!👊🏻🌱❤️
And for the health as well:)
@Nicky J Haha #VeganEthics
@Nicky J Ja, man! ;)
All of that looks gorgeous... I never thought of the edamame beans... I'm going to try them in an air fryer with no oil so they should be super crispy 😊 thanks so much for your videos 🖤💜
You inspired me to turn vegan. And your videos are super amazing I love them. I recommend them to each and everybody I meet. I love your tea time Tuesday videos I miss them. Can you please do more tea time Tuesday videos? ❤❤❤❤
All of them are just, awsome! How did you learn to talk so fast without sounding rushed... And i would love to listen to longer speaches or classes of you, because your voice is a gift.
The amount of work that's put in these videos. Sadia's voice is so relaxing and calming, and i love that in every video, even if i don't recreate the whole thing, there's tips and tricks i can use along my journey in becoming a better cook!
I love snacks and I love this channel and how it makes me feel
EXCITED FOR THIS VIDEO
Perfection in every single footage, high quality for the belly and the heart 🌱
im always so amazed by your personality, beauty and calming voice. AHHHHHH
"It is definitely going to keep you full and satisfied to keep you powering through your day" - It will, especially because you can bet your money that I will not only have one piece of these delicious oat bars.
I'm italian and i love bruschetta!♡ reminds me my country! Try also oregano with the tomato mix for bruschetta! I love how the tomato and the oregano tastes combine! I also cut cherry tomatoes in half, add olive oil, salt and oregano, mix a bit and bake in the oven for 20 minutes 200°C.. if you try to make this way, try to eat as a bruschetta too with classic hummus, baked tomatoes and on top fresh basil or some seeds that are always good! Sending love from South Korea!
I miss the Tea time Tuesdays Sadia 😍
Me also!!
Yes me too
Yeahhh me too
Me too
me too!
Your channel is so warm. Your voice your videos are filled with positivity and I feel so warm. 🥰
3:51 "When the bruschetta has reduced largely in volume" 😂
I truly appreciate the sweet potato fries tips as I’ve never been great at making them. These all look amazing!
This is making me hungry at 3am in the Philippines!🤤❤️
I’ve been making these orange oat bars for a few years now and they never fail to satisfy! I love that it’s a sweet treat that leaves me feeling satisfied, refreshed, and nourished 😊
I love how you included the original sounds...love cooking noises!
Fighting with food addiction and weight loss, I find a lot of your recipes being helpful!
These edamame chips are genius! I usually eat them boiled, but I'm definitely trying this version today. Thank you!
Hey on food addiction, then you should definitely check out this whole food plant based free online summit happening now 8 till 16Feb 2020 feat nutritionist, medical doctors n hosted by vegan chef who lost 60 pounds thetruthaboutweightloss.org
I reversed my crippling spinal arthritis with a whole food plant based diet, and I feel and look better than ever! Now I post content on my own channel documenting my experiences. Your recipes always look awesome! Great production. #plantpower 😄👍🏼🥦🍎
Arthritis to Athlete Just amazing! I’m already a subscriber and love your content 👍🏼😁
Arthritis to Athlete I just subscribed! I love to support vegan creators😊❤️🌱
Aditi You da real MVP 😎🔥🙏🏼
That is amazing to hear!
These all look so good! You’ve really changed my life, I struggled with bulimia for the longest time and restricted eating (which led to binging) and now I eat way less fast food, I eat way more whole foods and most importantly, I eat enough between meals and snacks that I’m not ravenous and only thinking about food all day. I didn’t realize how much better my eating habits were until my coworkers were talking about eating habits and they said I ate the healthiest! Gonna make all these this week 🤤 keep up the amazing work ❤️
Just made the mushroom spinach tomato fussili cream sauce pasta recipe yesterday for my vegan doubting family, but they loved it, just as I did! Absolutely amazing!!!
i made your mushroom, spinach and coconut curry yesterday and omg it was amazing 😍😍
Been so inspired from you lately! Can you do more productivity related videos maybe? Whatever works for you! Have a great day❤
Yes pleaaaasseee
Besides the stunning aesthetics, I love that you keep the sounds of cooking in your videos!
Your videos have inspired me to break routines and try new "fear foods". As you said in an older video about binge, I'm going to say that I used to be a person that only stuck to safe foods and routines. Love you channel
I feel like I eat pretty well already, but your videos ACTUALLY make me want to eat better
I love her voice.. Soothing.. ❤️
The presentation of the food makes it so much more delicious 😍 absolutely love the utensils used too. It just gives a very earthly vibe to the viewers.
Suggestion: you could try using silicone baking sheets instead of using parchment paper. It does the same job and it is reusable.. but of course some dishes require parchment paper instead of silicone sheets.
Found your channel yesterday and I’m obsessed! easy, uncomplicated, healthy and yummy recipes!!! Being plant based doesn’t have to be boring or make you feel like you‘re missing on alot! The only thing I struggle with is giving up eggs 😂 also you‘re incredibly pretty!! So happy I found you!! 🥰
Take a shot every time she says "crispen up" 😂 Seriously though, all of these look amazing, but I'm very into those bars! I recently made overnight oats thanks to your other (older) video, and after a few attempts I feel like I nailed it. Love this channel so much!
Hahaha, "crisp" up, not "crispen" up.
I was gonna say the same thing! I wouldn't point out that it isn't a word, except that she said it at least a dozen times. lol bomb snack idead tho. I'm definitely going to make these
Same!!! The oat bars taste amazing 👍
Hey sadia,
I've been cooking with your recipes for a while now and it has helped a lot to eat more vegan and also make my family accept it 😊
I would love it if you could do a recipe for some French style desserts and also some waffles! Thank you, you are the best! Love ❤️
Ooooh yes to both! We just got our first ever waffles maker, so hopefully we'll be sharing something soon :P
Your voice, your dishes and the overall video- they are all so therapeutic!
Love it!
Watching you in the kitchen is so therapeutic 🥰❤️
the only youtuber i look forward to watching after a long day ❤️
Lavanya S thank you ! will try it out
I love that her kitchen is literally a forest lol
Hi Sadia, I've discovered your channel just a couple of days ago and I can't stop watching. Your videos are so mouthwatering and recipes really inspiring. Overnight oats are already my favorite 😍 can't wait trying out these snacks!
I was watching your old videos when you uploaded this one. Thank you!!!!
Oh wow. This recipe is really interesting. 👏😊
Hi Sadia!😊 It was really a useful video.....I'm from India 🇮🇳 Love the way you describes the things for a healthy , truly happy and focused life☺️ wish that may your all the beautiful ❤️ content you make will reach to everyone's life👍 *Love from India*
My favorite part of CZcams is your channel. Thanks for all the videos xx
Thank you for making this video! These recipes are easy and truly wholesome. Look forward to seeing more of these on your channel 😁
Please come to India for your travel memory, it's such a adorable country filled with culture and colours.... you'll definitely find peace there😊 It's my humble request to you 🙂
let me tell my story, i always felt very insecure about my weight and body ever since i was a young teen, i had anorexia for almost a year and i was depressed, anxious, schizophrenic, and i had ptsd (i still have these things) after years of treatment going in and out of mental hospitals and residentials, i still couldn’t figure out the problem, one thing that was contributing to my drop in mental health was the food i was eating, hot chips with high levels of sodium, processed meat, candy, dairy, greasy foods with tons of fat and cholesterol, all of it was a hig factor in my mental health, and i had no clue, i soon got on birth control as my periods were getting out of hand and i gained tons of unwanted weight, then i came to my 3rd residential (where i am now) and i met 2 people who were vegans they showed me all about their lifestyle (mind you they looked and felt great in their bodies!) and i wanted to be just like them, so i started as a vegetarian strictly cutting out meat, poultry, and fish and i started to do healthy workouts, i’ve never felt better in my life, this is to inspire other people that with enough self motivation and persistence you can reach the goals you want to.
I love the little touch of saying the side-notes live in the actual video instead of in the voiceover! Just a small thing that makes the video more interesting to watch :)
Perfect timing this is exactly what I needed!!! More snack videos in the future would be great!!! 👍👍👍😉
Hi PUL...love the channel. Thank you!
I train really hard so need more protein and lower carbs. Please please please can you do a video for this.
I could take vegan protein supplements but i really don't want to. Hope you and this awesome community can help x
We deserve more of those blooper reels like the one in the end .. haha
I absolutely ADORE all of your videos. I honestly cannot stop watching them!
Also, they are such high quality, full of creativity and so beautifully made, even more people get involved into plant based diet!
Lots of love!
Video quality is amazing and the kitchen is a dream area. Thank you so much from Jamaica
fyi the ch in Italian is k so it's like ""brusketta""
Thanks for letting me know 🤓
Also, you say that the bruschetta is resting, but the bruschetta is the roasted bread! It’s the tomato mixture that is resting :)
We missed you!!♥️
Oh Sadia, thrilled with these new recipes. Love your videos. Cant wait to try them. My mouth is watering just thinking about the flavours from those seasonings and ingredients. Well done on your success. Thanks Paudie.
You have such a calming, peaceful demeanor. Just lovely! And everything you prepare is just awesome!👍😁✌🏼
I am now a whole different person because of you...you have changed my food habits my life style... I am so in love with you and so grateful for this....❤💖💞
All YUM recipes, Thank you for these! I am GFDF, Soy/Nut/Legume Free tho, so
My amendments:
1) Orange Oat Bars: I cannot do almonds. pecans, walnuts or peanuts. So gonna sub cashews or pumpkin seeds vs Pecans.
Also gonna use cashew vs almonds.Incorporating pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, too.
Don't have any dried aprocots. But I do have a bag of dried berry blends so will use that. Using Sunbutter, Cashew butter or Tahini vs PB.
Gotta be GF and soy-free too. So gonna sub soy and the edamame with something else, Chickpeas chips vs edamame chips.
Will sub Coconut Secret brand of Coconut Aminos vs Soy Sauce.
Love the first one. If you like the idea: I would love to see a spring cleaning video from you. 😍 By the way: I really like your receipts, but I miss the minimalism videos as well. Those got me so inspired. ❤️
I made the Orange Nut Bars today 🍊 and I must say they are absolutely delicious 👌 Love the recipe, so easy to make, bars are so nutritional and yummy. Also prepared a one pot creamy mushrooms pasta for today's dinner and was blown away with the flavors. Thank you Sadia!! ✨
Please post a healthy bread recipe 🙏🙏🙏
Such a beautiful channel. So, a colleague was telling us her experience of becoming vegan. She and her partner lives with her parents. She used to have constant colds and malaise and her partner inflammations around his spine. She became vegan and she hasn’t been sick since she began 15 mths ago - not even a sniffle. Her partner was going to see a chiro for his back but he has no pain now. And the whole family has followed suit and they’ve all lost significant weight so she’s inspired a few of us to give veganism a go!
Tried the orange zest almond bars. Turned out soo yum!! The zest of orange adds such a wonderful taste. Loved it! Must try.
Your videos make my days more fun and interesting! Rewatching all of your content and again really amazed and inspired. Take care ❤️
Go deep in your heart in search of "1"
enlight yourself and everything will be done.
Can anyone plz tell me who wrote this poem? Plzzz😭😭😭
The first one looks so good but when I saw the maple syrup It hurt my pockets, maple syrup here is so expensive I cannot afford it .
Hi Sadia - thank you so much for your content! I just want to send my thoughtful love and thankfulness your way. I have been following you about since you started (2 years ago-ish?) and have always loved the healthy/wholesome/flavorful recipes you have shared. I can tell so much work goes into what you do, so thank you! More story if you have time: I started vegan earlier this month and it was hard! I was targeting a month but stopped after 4 days. But watching your content is inspiring me to prepare better, and try again. Love you, thanks!
Really yummy recipes again, looks accessible and delicious. Thanks for the mentioned options as well during the cooking. It helps! Thanks for all videos :)
Great video and recipes! ;) Since bruschetta is an Italian word, it's pronounced "Brusketta"
Who else is in quarantine and wants to stay škïńëë

Kisses form Portugal!
Can't wait to try these. I started HIIT training, with the weight loss that followed, I'm looking for tasty and healthy snacks. Thank you.
Sadia I love you and your videos BUT it’s pronounced “brusKetta” 🥴
Not in most European countries...
Thank you! It always drives me crazy when people butcher Italian words! 😜 loved the video regardless 😋
I think in english it is the way she pronounces it
black25 in the US I hear it being pronounced both ways but only BrusKetta is correct.. ✅
@@elenaAGN In merriam-webster it's bru·schet·ta. I would say both is correct.
Tried the African peanut soup the other night and yummo sums it up. Keep up the great job love all that you share with us.
*Just, have no words... such a joy to watch you and what you do, already said it, pure perfection... take care!
