@@lisa.kitahara I love oats too! Especially overnight, (maple, nuts, raisins and cinnamon, yum) like them cold and it's one of the only things I'll eat out of the microwave if I want them warm. That being said, I'm excited to see all that all these recipes vary from the norm! Nice for a change!
I really wanted to try the onion bread, because onions are life! And I thought to myself, *sigh, better get transcribing the recipe only to discover that you already had done it for all us who dont use US measurements. Everytime I try to make the tofu yogurt bowl it turns out tasting just like tofu and not like pumpkin/ chocolate/ other flavors you recommend. Is this the way you like it because i feel like it should taste better 😂
Alicia Tivoli HMMM what protein are you using? Or what tofu? I use fresh tofu which seems to be less tofu-y.. Of course it’ll have a slight soy taste but it shouldn’t taste like tofu 😂
Creative ideas but so much food. I eat what you eat for breakfast in an entire day, minus all the bread. Vegan food is so filling that I get full stat. I cant have gluten cause that shit is processed like cocaine and fucks me up.

In the Scones: Can I just use oat flour and/or pumpkin seed meal or cashew meal vs almond meal?
Shipper yes! I’ve had testers say that that works but the texture is slightly more dense because of the nature of oat flour :)

Do you always eat kabocha with the skin? I got a kabocha, non-organic and the skin has weird spots
