I have a hard time believing that a diesel knocked over just one port-a-potty in a like of them and then was able to drive off to the point of "it was nowhere to be seen" before the dude was able to get out of the toilet. I also have a hard time believing that a band would hang around for 2 hours after a show just to drink with this guy, over just partying on the road to their next gig. I don't know what exactly happened, maybe it's exactly what the guy said, but it's weird that just because he drew a picture of how he said the trucks were, the judge just believed him.
