    This is the only workout I won't be bored to do.
    I started this today and will keep giving daily updates. I'm 60.5 kg

    (today I didn't get tired fast. Usually I get tired till the half song.)

    I’m doing this every day it’s see how much my weight decreases
    Current weight - 55
    Hieght - 5.5
    Age - 14 (I’m tall ☹️)
    Day 1 - ✅ (I almost died )
    Day 2 - ✅ - 2 times as I had eaten more today + stomach vacuum for 1 minute
    After this I didn’t do for 4 freaking days cuz I’m lazy
    I’ll update in a 3 days

    Edit: it was really good but for 2 day I danced instead of doing the workout
    And I am sure that the majority was like that

    It helped me to be more energetic

    Gonna do this 3 times a day and eat less carbs. I'll check weight every 2 weeks!

    Day 2: 🍰 *I did it twice cus when I was about to do my third part.. my period started TT*
    Day 3: 🍰 UFF WHY DOES MY PERIOD START WHEN IM DOING MY WORKOUT?! I CUD DO THIS ONLY ONCE TT
    🔻the thing is that.. when my period is over (it continues for 3 days) it starts randomly any time after the third day and stops.. so after the third day, I began doing this workout and my period hates me and starts again whenever I'm working out UGHHHH I hope this dosent happen tmrw..🔻

    Soo I was waiting for dis day *rubs away sweat* I LOST 2 KG YAYYYYYYYYYY I mean I never expected this much weight loss bcs it's only 3 times a day.. I used to do intenseeee cardio workout for 1 hr a couple of days before I started this and I didn't have that much weight loss.. i tried to avoid carbs as much as i can buttttt after a week or so of doing this exercise, my uncle got married and we had all this mini partying in quarentine where we were given sweets and some tasty carbs and i ate them (cus ever since lockdown my mom didn't buy me ANY SWEETS cus she says they might be infected. She only bought food that can be cooked). But a couple if days after eating sweets like crazy (cus I might not get to eat them for like.. months bcs of quarentine) I stopped and went back to NO CARBS diet.. I thought I gained a couple of pounds too so I was scared and didn't touch the weight machine. Today I saw this and was like WHAAT? DIS RLY ME? anyways heres the results! Imma keep doing this for 2 more weeks cus after that, my body gonna get used to it and I won't see much changes.
    Weight : 55.3 kg
    I'll update my weight 2 weeks later and the I'll stop and move to another workout!
    One week later: so I hope u all know this that on the first 2 weeks u lose weight and on the third week, u gain weight. But the weight is not FAT, instead, it is MUSCLE that builds up. But u lose that weight again on the 4th week. So this week I expected a bit weight gain but instead, experienced a lil weight loss. I'll let u guys know abt that later. So theres a bit problem with this workout (only for me). I'm not fit for it. After I began doing it, my feet got blisters but I ignored it, but since a few days back, I experienced some joint pain on my feet. I told that to my mom (a doctor) and she said that it is bcs of this workout. I guess jumping jacks is not for me tho.. this workout video is the first workout video which included jumping jacks and it still did it. I never did jumping jacks before. So I think I shud stop this workout and move to another one which my body DOES NOT REJECT. I wish I continued for another week tho... but this was a good journey. thank you for sticking with me:) bye

    day 1✅:(i did it 2 times today + another emi wong exercice and i felt hella tired and deshydrated,i guess thats what happens when you dont sports for over 2 months :))

    Hey, Emi! I’ve been doing this workout for about a week now along with your “Kill this love” workout (and a couple other cardio vids) I could BARELY get through this one workout for quite a while and thought you were insane for being able to do it 5 times?! After just a few days, I CHOSE to do this SEVEN times and was able to do it without absolutely dripping sweat and tears. These workouts (with a few others) and changes in my diet has helped me lose 4 lbs (~2 kilos) in a week! TYSM !!

    Hola:D! Lo haré por 20 dias este ejercicio 4 veces al día! Editare los días y DELEN un corazón para no olvidarme ;) día 1: lo hice estoy muy sudada pero bien! Dia 2: si lo hice tomé bastante agua y pude hacer los 4 veces. Día 3: dolor de espalda y de cuerpo pero aun así lo hice 🤓. Día 4: muy cansado pero noto un poco mi abdomen más plano día:5 baje 4 kilos y ese era mi meta y no hice una dite JAKSJ

    I'll be honest. This was actually easy and effective. plus, since it was done with music doing the workout was fun. I really love it!
