  • Hi guys! This is your new 5 min warm up routine - it's quick, it's effective, and it's just what you need to prepare your body for action. Whether you're gearing up for a full workout session or simply looking to shake off some muscle stiffness, this standing warm-up has got you covered.
    The best part about this warm up routine? No jumping, no equipment - just simple, flowing movements to get your blood pumping. Moreover, we have amazing music!
    We have 25 seconds of exercise and 5 seconds of rest so we can change the exercise.
