    I swear… this is the most most tremendous workout ever.. I can’t believe it .. I m doing it for every single day for almost 7 days & when I look myself into the mirror, I can see greatest & drastic results !! I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

      Today is my first day following this vid.
      I divide it as 2 sets.
      I followed the 10 min first, take some rest due to hard breathing and continue the rest 18 mins after I feel okay.
      Rest is very important guys. You know what's best for your body, how much your body can take. Please do pay attention to that. 💖 And thanks alot for remind us too, Rocelli.

    I took 2 breaks in between to finish this.. It looks so easy but after 10 min one can understand that It's not that easy. I stopped not bcz of tiredness, bcz I was feeling pain on my belly and sides

    When I watch this I become interested and now I’ve been doing it for many weeks now and it really helps me in my work out. But not only doing work out everyday but a proper diet as well well help you physically healthy and spiritually.     I can't believe within 8 days i lost 3lbs well with eating a balance diet as well that is but I am grateful for this workout thank you. Today is my 13th days of workout, sugar level drop a bit including some stitches in my side anytime i do the workout but i continue until its gone and its honestly worth it, just finish and drinking some water

    I have never done one of these before but decided to give it a chance this was definitely a workout that made by blood pump I assume I wouldn't feel much since I work out daily but I felt every moment of it this was an amazing workout!     Current weight 68kg target 52kg
    Day 01:🔋 did it in 10 minute intervals but completed it..
    Day 02: Went on a walking tiresome trip so couldn’t do it 🪫
    Day 03: first 10 mins and a break and rest of the 17 mins done. 🔋
    Day 04: did the whole 27 mins in a stretch. Didn’t take any rest in between. Feels like an achievement. Towards the end of the Zumba i felt weak but it’s fine🔋.
    Day 05: did 14 mins in the morning. Later in the evening did the whole 27 minutes.🔋
    Day 06: did the whole 27 min… so tired…🔋
    Day 07: Did it 🔋
    Day 08: First day of my period. Even though, I did it gurl. Can see me getting those curves back.🔋
    Day 09: I got fever. But didn’t stop myself from doing this. my arm fat has burnt a lot. thanks emma.. 🔋
