Let us know if are you going to get LG C2 OLED?
Getting the 77" c2 in a couple days .
Is 48" better for viewing from 8 foot distance?
@@thewanderer673 they actually recommend 65" for that distance
I haven't found the part that nobody is telling us. None of the information in this video is new. Clickbait for an average review.
Maybe he should have talked about the pink tint that hardly no one mentions
And that makes me give a thumbs down and ignoring this channel forever. Made easy! Prefect
@@Chikolad if there was a persistent pink tint it'd show on white balance and color accuracy measurements.
Hahahaha
Not only that, but this video is made with clips clearly stolen from OTHER CZcams video channels! Did anyone see Vincent from HDTVTest in there? Amazing. (Facepalm)
Haha C2 is not the lower tier tv, it goes G,C,B and then A.
A is the entry model
B is the mid teir
C is the top teir
G is the so-called flagship model (which is basically C model with very little differences in specs)
The C model is not low tier, its there second highest tier after the G models. A is the lowest, then B, C and G. Lowest to highest.
Bought the C2 2 weeks ago and love it
Bought 7 weeks ago. LG C2 65inch OLED in early Jan 2023. Best tv ever. Perfect for movies & high quality tv series. I come from a television production background so I was looking for perfect reproduction of what the creatives intended and LG C2 does this!!! Works well in a moderately bright room. Coupled with a good surround sound system (5.1 AV receiver) and you don’t get a better experience. I couldn’t be happier.
Dont get a better experiance is a million miles off try atmos setup 9.4 with the g2 the g2 swallows this crap whole i went through 4 c2s all with a slight pink tint on the left or bittom half of the screen they all have it too look for it on pure white backgrounds this tvs junk can not even produce a full white accurate screen even after calibaration yet you come from a television production background but yet dont notice the bad pink tint on every single model now go google c2 pink tint and tell me im wrong 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭😭😭
I bought my C1 a year ago today and absolutely love it! Best monitor I ever owned.
Thank you for mentioning the lack of ATSC 3.0 tuner. I forgot about that and it's actually kind of important to me.
Saving up right now for the LG C2 48", it's on sale right now for $950, getting it for my PS5, and for watching 4K ultra HD rays and streaming on Netflix and prime and Disney and what not, this is the ultimate TV for gaming on ps5, right guys?
I'm planning to order it tommorow it's around 843€ on sale. Did you had any problems on PS5 or is it perfect?
Bought the 42 inch c2 to go with the series x. It's been really fun for the games that support 120 hz. Got the settings figured out pretty quick.. changing the brightness and contrast has helped clarity alot its fantastic for gaming.
You made the wrong choice anything under 55 inch is a 2021 panel which isn’t evo
I ordered one for my PS5. It's 42 inch and it says Evo.
@Flocke Locke yeah it says Evo right on the box. It's been phenomenal. Playing hogwarts feels like the first real next gen game
@@boomchow420 it says 😂 but is not 😉
Hello i wanted to ask you is there any diffrence between these 3 models ? LG OledC22LB vs LG OLED55C2PUA vs LG OLED55C21LA? Thank you in advance!
It was a toss up between this in 42” size or 43 Samsung QN90B. I went with the Samsung , I just didn’t want to be babying the tv with concerns of static image residue, especially if I do decide to use it as a monitor for PC in the future. It was a hard decision but I feel good about my decision, especially playing games with static HUDS something that would have made me worry with an OLED and thought about it too much instead of enjoying the game.
LG has 3 years warranty + you can extend that to 5 years anytime.. I think 5 years is good enough
I like your KEF speakers...how much difference does the Evo make in terms of picture quality and brightness?
I have the B2 and completely satisfied just an awesome picture for reasonable price
In reviews on C2 (65"), noticed that the panel on this TV has a pink tint. And this is only for the 65" panel. Did you notice it? If yes, how to fix it?
You called the C2 a low tier TV? 😆 🤣 You want low tier, take a look at the A2 and B2. C2 is LG'S mid to high end oled and even they say that.
Very informative, can you explain the reasoning why LG installed both Alexa & Google Assistant on the C1? Thank you.
Got a 77” C1 I’ve had 2 yrs and to this day I’m still in love! I ended up calibrating it myself from this CZcamsr, got the quality of it pretty close to the G2 hard to believe but you’ll be amazed how far you can push the c1 not upgrading anytime soon was tempted to buy the A95K till I seen the price of the 65” yikes
The C1 is a beast. I have a sony a80J 77” oled as well. Ended up getting the sony for that XR processor. Many people still don’t know about OLED tech and when I have a friend over they get struck by the picture quality, contrast and motion handling
Hi Jesus, can you share the link to the youtuber, I would like to calibrate mine. Thanks.
I bought a 85” Sony 900H…
& 3 months later…..😶
Cracked across screen broken
& been sitting there staring at me for over a year🤦♂️ idk what to do🤦♂️no insurance, can’t find a screen, screens cost almost the price of tv, most technicians don’t want replace huge screens etc etc etc…
I bought it for the PS5 that was coming out… which… I ain’t even get till like a year & half AFTER my tv broke😶🤦♂️
Now I’m reduced to playing on a 50” 1080p Insignia older style thick flat screen….
Why am I saying all this??
Idk…
Just had to get it off my chest I guess😶🤦♂️
Which CZcamsr did you use to calibrate yours?
On the box my 48" says its an OLED Evo. Are you sure it's not just the 42" that is not Evo?
How would you compare C3 vs G2
If a $1700 C2 is considered low end? Then what are the $500 tv's considered low end...the abyss???
Any burn-in logo issue after one year of usage?
Got a 55" B2 during Black Friday and in love with it. I'm upgrading from a 42" 4K TCL that I bought 4 years ago so the difference has been massive. We are considering moving the B2 to the bedroom and getting a 65" C2 for the living room but still considering options.
Buys new TV every year but probably is broke as shit!
@@BigStank5483 project much ?
@@BigStank5483 lol damn bro that’s one of the most jealous comments I seen
Go for the 77" and you'll never look back.
Just ordered my 55 inch c2 and it will arrive in two days.
My primary use for it will be gaming on ps5.
Streaming movies on Disney+, Netflix and AmazonPrime.
Upgrading from a 2018 Samsung 49inch curved ks8500.
Your C2 will be perfect for that! IMO sports are too dark on the C2 but for your use it will be hard to beat!
Best tv I ever had
you will be very pleased with your purchase
Haven't streamed any shows yet. But ragnarok, dead space remake and horizon forbidden west look amazing!!
I’m just wondering about burn in cause most of the television stations have their name in the top left or right corner. 🤦🏻♂️🙄
Thanks for the ad. But in general C1 held better value in its own year C2 is great, but its just 98% of a C1. Finally changed the stand, but one of my friend still couldnt place a soundbar front of it. It just sits too low. Turns out its 2-3 cm lover than S95B stand...
Bought a C2 48" .great picture. Hate the Web OS operating system, not very user friendly to me. Had the Google system on my Sony, which was great. Also on the C2 , when switching to Netflix , the volume decreases significantly. But still more pluses than minus .
I opted for the 48” UltraGear, I hated that Web OS that's full of junk I really careless about
I bought the C2 like a month ago and I like it! I was just wondering about the settings.... When i play something on Disney + (which supports Dolby vision) then the settings gets boosted to max level, does it happen because of DV? Right now im trying "standard" picture mode. And when i try to change "auto dynamic contrast" then you can barely see the difference.... the same with "super resolution" like nothing happens between off and high....cant see any difference?? Is that normal? Or is that something strange with my TV lol
Is brightness is good at night watch
Super resolution does nothing to 4k content it says so in the menu
You are doing it wrong. Yes Dolby Vision gives 1000 nits as compared to the actual nits on the tv which is 800 nits. It doesn’t mean the tv is displaying 1000 nits it’s still 800 nits but the video pq index is boosted which dynamic metadata
There is a great tech calibrations video you can easily find on CZcams
I have lg c2 55 it’s amazing
Got a C2 42 in and it has been amazing for console gaming
It's awesome hard to turn it off
What about now that the C3 is out?
I am planning too get the the c2 83 tv
The c series might as well be the flagship. I don't think there's a big enough difference between their flagship g series to c other than the looks. Same panel except g`s gets slightly brighter. Imo there should be a solid gap in performance if you're going to have a midrange and flagship model.
him saying this was lower tier made me question the purchase but I love it
Got a C2 65 a couple months ago and the PQ on my C1 is definitely better and more realistic. Colors on C1 are better too. Also blacks look deeper and motion is better.
for me the C2 and G2 have too cool color temperature and i’ve seen some blowing out highlights
Has anyone noticed in blurryness of the players watching basketball on the C2?
They are not saying also that can not disable Bluetooth on C2 series
Title "what no one is telling you" is nothing but click bait. Offered nothing of the sorts/ nothing insider or new that hasn't already been mentioned hundreds of times in any of the hundreds of online reviews of this tv. Be honest about the content you are offering and please stop using clickbait.
Got the c2 65 inch
42C2 for PC display is great. best display on market for pc gaming
I have an older OLED which I love, but have some burn-in from gaming. How are the newer models with burn-in due to long gaming?
From what I have read. Any oled made after 2019 is very rare to have burn in issues. 95% of the users shouldn't have any problems with it .
@@MrJjburgess11 not true. my CX has COD MW2 HUD burn in after 2 months of playing it.
@C G that's why I got a warranty for mine just incase .
@@MrJjburgess11 same. I got the BB technician coming on Wednesday. ill be recieving a brand new set more than likely. probably a C2.
@C G yeah I got the C2 right now. Hopefully no issues. Never had any issues with my Samsungs . One is 9 years old now.
need help have the LG C2 and and Xbox series x whenever I watch Hulu, HBO, Netflix whatever it says invalid format after 10-30 min seriously have no idea what is wrong need help asap thank you in advance
Does this have Bluetooth
Sounds great....kinda hard to pass up🙀😁Huh!!
I guess I'll also add to this random pop up discussion of OLED owners discussing thought provoking topics such as the screen size they have and how many years they had it rather than this useless, late video about a March 22 product. My OLED is 102" and I've had it for 10 years, no burn in
I had the C2 and while I loved the OLED screen, especially for movies, it was too dark to enjoy sports. I went with the QN90A and could not be happier as there was a huge difference in contrast and making sports more visibly clear. If I was only gaming and watching media, I would have went with the C2.
In the gaming mode setting there's a "sports" setting. It's for games but does the trick for real sports. It's a more bright and colorful setting that is for fast action.
Did you turn off the power saving feature?
@@FarginhoodMcBastage Yes I tried this. The C2 with a 100% window for HDR brightness is 150 nits and 250 nits for a 50% window. Meanwhile the QN90A with 100% window is 750 nits and at 50% is 1200 nits. The QN90A is literally 5 times brighter. I only set the brightness at 60% which is is still about 3x brighter than the C2.
What I like with the Oled is when you’re watching a movie with dark scenes the tv just blends in, no lcd tv can do that!!!! 😊
The C2 is amazing!!!!
@@Ballagun Yeah it's a good TV. OLED excels at black levels. Mini-LED in the QN90A though comes very close.
I got y 77” coming Thursday. Been going back and forth for a while over that and the Sony a80k. Hope I made the right choice! This made me feel a little better lmao
Sony a95k is better l guess

You turned off energy savings mode ?
I also wish you would go over some of these features like Dolby vision, IQ for example, I actually wish you would make some videos separately on some of the things like the game features too and want to turn off and on etc. Then just one whole base video saying how great the TV is. How do you even enable Dolby vision IQ? I've had this TV for a week and I've never even seen that option. How do I turn that on?
Never heard of a tv with an MSRP of $2500 as a “lower tiered” tv 🤣😂🤣
Click-bait headline. Nothing you can't get anywhere else.
Watching this on my LG B2… Most slept on OLED TV… Save yourself some money and go with the B2. I had the C2 and there is not much of a difference to me in gaming. Only bad thing is on 2 hdmi 2.1 ports. Not a big deal tho. Just gotta get up to switch between my PS5 and my XBOX series X… Honestly I just keep the XBOX in a 2.0 port and can’t tell much of a difference. Cheers, From Illinois!!
LG B2 costs the same in 65 inch configuration as the 55 inch C2. I wanted a bigger tv 📺 over “quality”… Both are high quality, B2 looks GREAT FOR HQ MOVIES AND GAMES!!!
With hdmi 2.0 u only get 4k@60hz if you use 2.1 you have 4k@120hz, I have an offer for 650 for the 42" c2 1month of use and i will take it, if noone bids more...
Edit: c2 has 4x hdmi 2.1
@@Jeenias1993 My point was For the same price you can pick between the less powerful B2 at a bigger size or get the smaller C2… I went bigger and don’t regret it. I spent 3 weeks with a C2. It definitely was amazing, my B2 is amazing as well and I don’t feel like I’m missing anything. Games and movies still show amazing.
How well does it run higher end PC games? Does it have the inputs for higher level graphics cards?
@@justinlee6655 I’m not sure about High end PC gaming. I know it has 2 hdmi 2.1 ports so it should handle them fine.
@@justinlee6655 Yes. A TV is a TV. There's no display ports so HDMI 2.1 is going to be your only option by default on any TV.
Where is the "what no one is telling you"-part?
The WebOS software on LG tvs suck….ruins everything else about the picture quality
This guy says, "Lower Tier," when most reviewers call the C2 High Tier.
1700 is considered lower tier TVs? TVS just like phones are old as soon as newer ones release. People paying that much for tvs with technology thats been on the market for 10 years is just nuts..Imagine buying a PS5 and then finding out you need to buy a 2000$ tv just to play it at its potential. @120hz Refresh rate. The average person has no idea what that really is.
Have a buddy that bought a PS5 and when I found out, I asked him if he got a new TV for the PS5. Replied why, I just bought this TV 2 years ago!
THe man didn't understand or even know that he would need a New TV to get the gaming experience that it was designed for.
LG, SAMSUNG, SONY all keep raising their prices for Little to no Improvements on Tvs or future proofing them. Which they can!
Just look at the TV? is there anything you dont like?? lol
VRR Flickering aka gsync/freesync is OLED’s biggest drawback
And that's why we need dislikes back...
To anyone who still don't have it, install the "return dislike button" extension
When he said lower tier TV, I stopped watching lol. What nonsense!
The motion clarity is ass at 60hz though. Which makes 60fps gaming not at the level I would expect. My old plasma 2010 has better motion clarity. And the C2 got rid of BFI at 120hz, a downgrade from the C1.
Has anyone had any luck with the native CZcams tv app? Is it me or does the upscaling just look like shit? Is Sony really that much better?
Sony the only TV always last long
Why so fkn expensive
so about 'What NO ONE is telling you' ?
So much talking without saying anything
"Lower Tier TV" wtf. Stopped watching right there
Can you help me out? I have 4K enabled but when I go into my picture settings I don't even see dynamic map.toning do you know why this is?
He said lower c2 lower tier tv lmao 😂 this guys a clown
