The Heart of Algonquin Park - Canoe Lake - Tom Thomson Lake - Burnt Island Lake

My fellow Paddle Like A Girl alumni Morgan and I spent the weekend in Algonquin in the prime of July. The weather was perfect, and so was the company! We had tons of fun paddling and portaging our way through the Canoe - Tom Thomson - Burnt Island Lakes loop over 3 days.
I'm sure we will be on more adventures together again!

I follow paddle like a girl on Instagram and saw your featured post!! I used to work at the Portage Store in Algonquin. Done this route many times, a classic but always a great one!! 🤙🤙 Looks like y'all had an awesome time!!

We enjoyed the video, looked like a fun adventure. You really cant go wrong with a classic hot dog on a camping trip. That is one of our staple meals on most of our trips as well, although we prefer sweet with heat mustard over the plain yellow mustard.

Way to beat those two sissy guys to the island. There's plenty of sites on that lake anyway. When I canoe ,don't see any people usually
