I have tried them all, and Somnifex is BY FAR the BEST. You can take it off and put it back on several times before it is no longer useful. Lasts all night and it even has a very small hole over mouth.
I LOVE SOMNIFIX BUT PERSONALLY IT NEEDS TOO BE A LITTLE BIT WIDER THEN THE LIPS. THERE IS NO WAY TOO CAll THEM ONLY THROUGH E-MAIL.i use it because i have sleep apena with a nasal mask. And cpap machine.

I can't find a list of ingredients for adhesives in somnifix or next care mouth tape. Since it goes on our lips, some of the ingredients could get into our mouth. Can you provide a list and comment on it? Thanks so much!!

Hi doctor, can you recommend me a product for USA, somnifix is not available in USA.
I have started to tape my mouth but I always wake up and is not on my mouth anymore. I don't know what to do about it.
For what these type of expense take papper tap and use it on lips
I have a deviation in my nose deviated septum but I don’t have the money to have surgery plus I’ve heard a lot of negative things about it and how it don’t always work so I’m not doing that either way but is there a way to fix that without surgery to get more air
Have you visited an ENT? They'll usually tell you to try a nasal flush system, Flonase 2x daily, and for me most recently affrin max 3 times a week

How to buy this
Doctor. What causes grinding of teeth with heavy noises during sleep. My uncle is suffering with this problem. but he says he is totally unaware of this. he is having sound sleep but we are not sleeping due to the continuous noise. he is 70 yrs. some says worms in intestines is one of the causes for grinding. I seek your guidance and advice to stop grinding. thank you Doctor.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, ordered over 4 weeks ago and still has not shipped, emailed them multiple times with no reply.
We are so sorry to hear about your experience! We actually ended up placing our order on Amazon. So the shipping was pretty quick there wasn't any issues for us. We would highly suggest that you end up reaching out to the company. Is there maybe a phone hotline you can call?

I have braces now but I use to do mouth breathing at night. So, shall I use medical tape or not.

Somnifix does not cover a large enough area. After two hours my mouth is open at the sides drooling and wet. Somnifix needs a large and slightly stickier tape to work for me.
You can’t find a tape that sticks better than Somnifix
People say it does stay on very well,thats garbage ,clean the mouth good 1st with witch hazel or rubbing alcohol ,i never had any issues getting it too seal well for sleep.
well it really does not matter as I'm not allowed to use them anyway now. I will be using an ASV.
Dr i breath through nose as well as mouth. Is this correct. Will it not change facial structure??
you really need to make sure that you focus to primarily breathing through your nose as it can actually change your facial structure if you keep breathing through your mouth. thanks for watching!
