Hi sir I love your videos and an a huge fan I am 13 and my top teeth are perfect except for one teeth sticking out and is on top of another it is my main tooth the one in the front how can I fix it and make it straight without braces Invisalign or retainers
Hello! Thank you so much for watching our video and following our channel. It means a lot to us.
Your best bet would be to consider working on some of the myofunctional therapy exercises that you can find online and work on the underlying causes of crooked teeth. It's really hard to guage whether or not these exercises will actually work for you or any sort of timeframe.
Here is a video on some of them and we would suggest you do, but be weary that we usually recommend people work on these exercises while doing orthodontic treatment like braces and Invisalign. It's very hard to guage whether this will actually help so that's why we always like to combine it with treatment

Doctor i have anterior open bite & i was told to do 4 tooth extraction, is it necessary.
Hello! It's hard to give you information without seeing you or seeing your case, but just so you're aware we have a NO EXTRACTION policy at our office which means that we try everything we can before having to remove your teeth. We believe that it's really important for you to always keep all of your teeth because this will result in you having the best long term oral health.
We would suggest that you visit a few other dentists and orthodontists around your area to get a second opinion. We always recommend doing this for all orthodontic treatment anways, but ESPECIALLY for extraction treatment. It's best to get assessment from people with different certifications as well as treatment experience so that you can get the best opinion.
Hopefully this helps you on your journey. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns, we would be more than happy to help! We would so really appreciate you subscribing to our channel. It would mean a lot to us ☺️
