Could it actually improve your smile more if you use Invisalign during and after pregnancy? The hormone restalin I thought helped relax the bones and then they fortify again after pregnancy with the stop of this hormone. Just curious.🤔

Hey, I know this video isn’t about this but since it is your latest video I thought you might answer here. I’m currently 16 and I’ve never worn orthodontics, my teeth are just fine but I have an overbite. My dentist is currently treating me with a Myobrace + Invisalign treatment, but I just started. I honestly feel a bit confused because I’m not used to this type of treatment, all my friends wore or are wearing braces so I was wondering if you could please help me with this.

      Hello Christopher,
Thank you so much for reaching out to us. Hopefully we are able to guide you in the right direction. Honestly, it sounds like you have a fairly well researched dentist that's completing your Invisalign treatment. (This is fantastic news)
Here at our office we also combine Myobrace and Invisalign as we've been able to see some tremendous success with both of these tools. I think the most important thing you need to know is that your dentist isn't just focussing on straightening your teeth, he's actually trying to help you work on some of the underlying causes that can result in to crooked teeth. For example, mouth breathing if not properly looked at can significantly impact not only your orthodontic condition but also your overall health. It seems like your dentist is trying to focus on helping you beyond just straightening your teeth. Which honestly is a really good thing! We've seen a lot of examples in which dentist and orthodontist just focus on straightening teeth, but they don't help focus on these underlying problems or telling their patients to wear retainers. Whenever this happens, a lot of the patients actually end up reverting back and their teeth go back to the original position they were in before!
Honestly, we used to do a lot of treatment at our office with braces. Over the years we've actually started doing more and more Invisalign cases because of how much better the technology was and it's certain times it could actually do the job quicker than braces. Typically Invisalign is actually more expensive than braces, and you also tend to get most advanced technology when you're using Invisalign instead of traditional braces.
I have to say, I don't know your personal condition but we follow a lot of the same treatment philosophies that your dentist is putting you in. it seems to me that you're in the right hands so you shouldn't really be worried about your condition. however if you do notice that things aren't going in the right direction, make sure that you tell your dentist about it and don't hesitate to be as picky as you want! It's not an easy process to get your teeth straightened, and if you're not happy you should always make sure that you become happy!
If you have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us at any time! We would be more than happy to help guide you in the right direction!
We would also really appreciate it if you could subscribe to our xhannel, as we are trying to reach and help as many people as we can! 🙏
