Thanks for your kind words! Yes, that was a good advice, 5 strings are usually bigger than 4 string basses and could not help playing a Double Bass concerto in an audition. On top of that, consider that "generally" a 5 string bass might have a dark/deep sound that doesn't cut through. So, no audition's material!! But it's great for orchestra or chamber music playing💪💪
