Chec contracted Smith Asphalting Company to do asphalt paving only. Chec is responsible for everything else. Including their left over materials at the side of the road.
Big Super bless up I'm very disappointed after the rain I see a lot of the portion of the road that they say is complete was saturated with water and I know you asked about the angle of the road to make sure this would not happen and yet it did. Ask Mr White head about it again please

The side walk and banking is another issue these are not finish all the left over materials just left on the sides
