I love this tiny home. It’s adorable. The built on cabinets in the bedroom save a lot of space. I would probably use loft for bed and bedroom for an office. Many options to set it up!
I would so love to have this home on a lot for my daughter when she goes to college so she would have her own place and privacy and for her to learn to be grateful of what she haves and to treasure it. With this home, I know she’d learn to adult. This is so perfect I would definitely love this for a college student

Cute and very nicely made home. Love the built ins in the bedroom. No need to buy a dresser. I'd switch out the shower for a shower/tub combo though. Perfect home for a single person or couple with no kids. Love the loft too.
I could see myself living in this home by myself or with a spouse. The loft is perfect for a library and guest bedroom. And LOVE the built in closet in the bedroom and the whole kitchen. 😍
This is a nice tiny home, but I didn’t see a dish washer and I would need a frig with a water dispenser and an ice dispenser coz I am spoiled that way. Lol. Great “ little” video. Lol. Thanks for sharing it with us Chance. You are a sweet young man. God loves you. God bless.
Plenty for one or two people to live in full time. Only thing is there is no large wall without windows in the living room for fireplace and tv. Great job as usual, Chance. See you in the next video!
I really like this tiny home, Chance...one of the best I've seen. Wonderful use of the space. Lots & lots of storage in the kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. I also like that there is an actual staircase leading up to the loft. I agree Chance, that you could totally put a small rectangular table up against the kitchen bar...for an eating area (with a few chairs). I could totally see myself living in this home...feels spacious with the high ceilings & many windows.
Vacation and Air BNB style rentals for low cost/barrier to entry would be my choice for this ideally. That or to save money from renting, buy property and then save to reduce mortgage or build a custom main home paid in full.

Love this tiny with a big porch!!! The price is great with full size appliances, set up and delivery. If I was alone or had a vacation spot this would be nice. Really love the storage that can't be beat👍👍❤

I'm happy you started putting tiny homes on the channel, love the full sized appliances. My only issue is how the heating and cooling unit is set up there in the bedroom, it's hitting the closet space. It's def priced right and it's very clean. Great Video and Awesome Work Chance!
My brother is a bachelor so a tiny home would be perfect for him. A retirement home like this I would be interested in as I downsize. The features in this home are numerous too
I want 2! I in Texas where my youngest son lives and another one in New York where my oldest son lives. I could live in NY in the summer and Texas in the winter!
I would have NO problem living there! It's more than enough space for me! You could even put a day bed in the bedroom and have a sitting room as well! Perhaps have a bed upstairs? Hhhmm... yeah! That's more than doable. And I think the price is quite fair considering your getting appliances and all included. FANTASTIC starter home! 👍

I like it. A bit to small due to me needing a wheelchair at times. But for someone else it is a great looking home.
Most of these park homes can be modified to ADA standards.
