The layout is pretty amazing. The front porch is a huge asset. For a smaller house, the living room is huge. The way the entry is located, I’m reminded of a beach house.
These smaller homes are fantastic, spacious and have all the full sized appliances and the price is actually amazing. I watch a lot of those tiny homes and they are ridiculously too small and end up usually costing way more than this type of home. Bet a lot of tiny home owners are wishing they had a home like this. Love the front porch!
This one goes to show you that layout is SOoooooo important. Some of the other homes you've shown were nice but they kinda slacked on the layout and function of the homes. This one nailed it. It looks like it was a easy walk through and the stackable washer and dryer area outside the bathroom area I LOVE that space right there for it.

Needed to help my family out so I purchased a Mobile Home. It had 3 bedrooms often had family stay with me at the weekend. Most importantly you get to spend time with your son and family. Wow! I've seen a LOT of tiny homes but this is very well appointed. Generous living area plus plenty of cabinetry too. Love the spa like colors and great size bathroom. ❤
This by far is my favorite. I think it's the flow and definitely all the light coming in. The only thing I would change is put a ceiling fan on that nice front porch.
Chance, the stove and the sink are right where they are supposed to be-right next to each other-will help keep children, pets and feet from getting burned with accidentally spilled boiling water. Like this kitchen.

Nice tiny home. The kitchen is amazing I really liked this home and I am a butterfly collector and the butterfly artwork in the bathroom, liked it a lot. Great tour Chance you're the best.
One thing I really like about your videos over the past few months of that you give a good overview before getting into details! I like seeing the whole outside because it lets you know if there are extensions or pop-outs that extend beyond the main body structure. You are the best of any channel at showing a clear, clean path through the structure making it easy to see how rooms relate! And keep showing those cabinets!! I like to see the depth of cabinets in relation to counters. Storage space is pretty limited in many of these homes and a few extra inches of depth in a kitchen cabinet means more groceries!! So cabinets are important to see! You do an awesome job and are the only mobile home channel I have seen worth subscribing!!!
For a tiny home this is pretty big. Perfect for one person.
