Love the backsplash in the kitchen. The heat pump systems are great for the tiny home and the separate door right into bedroom is a great addition. The porch with fan is super extra feature too. Thank you it helps us with deciding on what we may want in our retirement plans

Hi Chance. The curb appeal of this Tiny Home very unique!!. The porch is added living area and the ceiling fan on that outside porch is GREAT. Hot in AZ sit out under your fan and drink coffee!! I love the added storage up above the kitchen area Large window Barn doors add a Rustic look I love stackable W/D is great. I love that you can sit in shower I love two closets Compact heating and air !! This is a perfect Grandma House!! Be safe God bless you and your family :) Grandma in AZ :)

Liked the porch but I would be willing to sacrifice the side porch for a little more room in the living area and bedroom. A small electric fireplace w/corner mantel and overhead mounted TV in the living area would be great where that built in cabinet is located. Also, some type of door to conceal the washer/dryer when not in use. Liked very much the colors, especially all the wood and trim. Really masculine. Fantastic job...Thanks.

Better than usual tiny home in that it's all one level with high ceilings and those "upper" windows. I would give up some cabinet space to get an oven. Excellent choice of materials. Thank you.

I have always HATED gold but that kitchen backsplash? AMAZING! It was the very first thing my eyes locked onto. Loving that the island has rollers so if you wanted more space you could move it out of the way for the time being. I wish there was a oven and I HATE the microwave placed over the stove. I'd agree to no bedroom porch access and less porch if something else could be extended. Like a little more room in the living room OR kitchen. Heck.. even a small but PROPER laundry room. Chance got me thinking about things in the LONG LONG future when my kiddo is grown. :')

This is so cute. Love the drawer/shelf/closet setup in the bedroom, yet more storage could be added above what's already there. And kitchen is cute, but I see where storage could be increased there as well! My favorite thing in the kitchen is the backsplash. I'd want nicer countertops in kitchen, bath and bedroom between closets. Overall, this is quite adorable.
I am fascinated by Tiny Homes. I am in awe of how nice some are. This one is near perfect, except too much was left for porch space, in my humble opinion. I’d have to have more customization to get a dishwasher, regular stovetop/oven, maybe another closet, and some form of an outside storage area (closet or cabinet). I’d screen the porch. A Murphy bed in the living room for guests would be nice. Chance, you do a good job. Nothing pushy, just a casual informational walk-through...that’s all I expect. You make fun of yourself, which can be kind of endearing. At least you don’t have a huge ego. Keep up the good work. You’re just talking to friends, remember. Another good job.
This is probably the best kitchen I have seen for a tiny house, and I love its all one story no loft.

I like the ductless HVAC units. You don't have to worry about covering up a vent with furniture.
