Look at how ridiculously high smallish houses are on the west coast and New England. Average home cost in Jackson Hole Wyoming is 2.5 million, and a tiny home community there is asking $600K for for a floor plan that doesn't even include a full kitchen.
In Florida, even the fixer-uppers in small towns are 160K, and have a LOT of hidden problems. Tiny homes are the only choice for some young couples and singles, and I wish banks would realize these are well-made and essential for the future. As for the size, we were always sent outside to play. What a novel idea.

You hit it out of the ball park. So love love this home. I wouldn't have the back porch so I could have a bigger bedroom with Barn doors with a 8 draw dresser . And a split loft.
This Tumbleweed is gorgeous. It does not look like 399 sq ft at all. The real stairs up to the loft are cute. The space up in the loft looks quite comfortable.
Was I the only one who noticed that the bench in the kitchen island will not work no matter how tall you are... over all beautiful tiny house thank you for sharing..

What I love is when the designer gives the home purchaser the soaker tub and 🚿 in the same bathroom. Shorten the porch to add space and choices for the bathroom.
The first time I've seen a decent *WIDTH* in a tiny home design. I think he said *15 Feet Wide ?* That makes the house more like a regular home and less like those long and narrow 8.5 to 10 feet maximum wide galley style tiny houses.
I like it too for the same reason. I also like the picture windows with the celestories above them and the view from the loft. They make the house seem so big and gorgeous and not like I'm living in a tunnel.
Yes, when you're inside it, the living space feels quite large although the kitchen and living are basically combined. That's definitely where the width comes in! And looking at the floor plan, the bedroom is actually larger than the living room. Of course the high ceilings make a huge difference, and like Edith I love the picture windows. I'd like more wall space for my artwork collection, but as I said elsewhere, everything is a tradeoff. The house is pretty close to perfect, though!

Love the pine pocket door... The wooden barn doors are always nice! The trapezoid window in the loft looks so lovely...can put a queen or king bed in the center as well!

A beautiful retractable awning would be the best of both worlds. Shade when you want it, direct sun when you want it. Awnings come in an array of colors and prints. Awnings may be sightless cheaper than having the builders to build a covered back porch.

One of my favorite homes! Has lots of character! Love all the shiplap & southern yellow pine .. throughout. Like the Barn Doors .. on the closet. The 2 porches. Large picture windows. Pocket door .. in the bathroom. And .. white cabinets .. are nice. Like the storage space .. in the steps! Just everything .. looks quality!

Love the design and creativity if this one. First floor is beautiful and so very practical with first floor bedroom, large shower and good storage. At 399SF, it appears spacious.

He does look great, doesn't he? He has always had a really nice build/frame & honestly doesn't have to work out as often as one would think. He works out maybe twice a week, give or take a day. Diet is key for him. I will say one thing: I absolutely hate my husband's skinny jeans & have begged him to stop wearing them! Anyhoo, he really is a great guy! ♥️

I was a body builder once upon a time and I struggled every single day to achieve a body similar to his and never got as well built. It has a lot to do with genetic make up as much as it does dieting and whatever supplements a person takes. And seriously...I would LOVE to see him as the next Terminator!!! He's perfect for the part!

I absolutely love this! I’m a fan of the downstairs bedrooms over lofts but the loft in this one is my favourite! It looks so nice and spacious. Everything about this tiny house was perfect 🙏🏻

It is indeed one of the most beautiful homes i've ever seen. I could certainly live in there very comfortably. I especially like the fact that the master bedroom is on the ground floor not to mention the large porches. Love it love it love it!!!

I love the blinds in glass idea. I live in an apartment and I can always tell which neighbors have pets or have kids because their blinds are a horrid eyesore. This tiny house has more space than my apartment 🤣🤣🤣
When watching this it occurred to me that they could put the washer and dryer inside the island so that it could be used as a laundry center/kitchen table.

Nice home. Do you have a video that explains what happens after a home is delivered to show what the installation process is like? Also, how well insulated are these homes? Will the heating system maintain warmth during snowy weather in northeast winters?
I've toured these homes on both hot and cold days, and the mini-split systems work very well. Not that I live in the northeast! I think some models have an option for extra insulation.
I think this is the best one I've seen from this company. Everything is really beautiful. I still wish there was a version of this tiny house with a 'landing' off of the stairs to stand at full height in the loft. That would make it an awesome, spacious kid's loft. The decks are great but you don't need both, the smaller back one could've been another standing- height bedroom in the back. For the layout, it's really well done.
