I absolutely love the walk-in closet with the w/d, right where it should be, where you store and change clothes. The sunroom is a wonderful idea and I especially enjoyed seeing the homeowner discuss delivery and customizing. Well done, Mr. Tiny. As always, you are making it happen!
I absolutely love this model. It has the best floor plan I have seen yet. We retired three years ago and I am ready to sell our home and down size. This would be perfect!!!❤️❤️

I liked EVERYTHING about this house: the porch; the pantry; the spaciousness; that bathroom, the walk in closet with the washer/dryer, again, EVERYTHING!!!
I love how the customers get really creative with their homes. Very very nice!
I love the added porch indoor and outdoor idea. You can still go outside during rainy day or snow and enjoy the outdoors while indoors if that makes sense. Haha
If they had a fireplace in the enclosed area they could enjoy the snow and still stay warm. 🤗🖖

A Porche at the back of the home would be a blast also are wraparound ( that would be way awesome!). With the little garden center by the steps) for green onions, parsley, bell peppers, garlic,hot peppers,ect.that’s would set me for the rest of my life ( I am 60 right now)

I'm a grandma with a bad knee. I need this house. I have never seen porch windows like that. Having a space with wide open views is key to being happy in a small space. What a view!!!

Greetings and I agree that Mr. Tiny is the penultimate of customer service. I am not ready for retirement yet but in the next 3 to 5 years I would love to learn how I could prepare to live in a tiny house in a tiny house community or perhaps on land that is adjacent to where my son lives in the south. These videos provided by Mr. Tiny House are inspirational informative educational with a plethora of great design ideas.

What a beautiful home in a picturesque setting! Absolutely love the porch and all-season extension. So much added living space. The extra width of this model makes it very spacious. I like everything about this one is design so beautiful. I was impressed with that walk-in closet. That porch is just right with the screen windows. I'm from Georgia and the mosquito's are awful. Nashville Tn is beautiful with the mountains during the Autumn season. Sitting on that porch with a cup of coffee would be awesome.
Also one could use that front enclosed porch as a greenhouse/sunroom for growing veggie starts/orchids, etc..

My favorite feature is by far, the walk in closet! Being a girly girl, I have lots of clothes, shoes and handbags that need plenty of storage space.
I used to live in Tennessee and the natural beauty is a big selling point of the state. I love the upgrades made to the home and how the home was decorated. I think this is the best customer home shown so far. I think the 15ft wide models look much better and feel larger than the 11ft wide models. Thanks for sharing this one Mr Tiny.
TN IS EXACTLY WHERE I PRAY I CAN GO. I LOST MY SISTER TO CANCER IN JULY & WOULDN'T LEAVE WITHOUT HER & THEN ALL OUR PLANS CHANGED. Absolutely beautiful additions that they added to this home. I love how they added the screens to the porch and then added an additional porch to the home. If I had one of these homes, I would probably copy this idea. Brilliant!

What a wonderful story and beautiful little home! I love the wraparound deck and the 3-season sunroom and the storage room. I'd definitely choose those modifications. The sunroom windows are fantastic! Who makes those? It's also great to see a dishwasher in a tiny home.
What's beautiful is that she created exactly the home that she wanted to help her mother feel comfortable and close yet independent. She put incredible thought into including the things that she knew were important to her mother. And she made beautiful design decisions on the placement of the home with a view and wonderful deck and sunroom so that her mom could enjoy the outdoors and ample space to entertain family. The home was a beautiful labor of love.
It's great to know there are options to work with RRC out of state. They offer unique well-built beautiful small homes at reasonable prices. I'd love to see a video on what that process is and what considerations need to be made including insurance for placement after delivery. It would also be great to hear what the approximate costs are including long distance shipping and third party placement and insurance and such. And how warranties are handled. Maybe another video with Mrs. Haxton would help. She became an expert!

I love that there is a pantry and a walk-in closet and also the bedroom is downstairs. I am 67 and disabled,but I really think I could live in this model. I love it !

This is another nice cottage. I Love that walk in closet. It is nice to see the homes with all of the furniture in it, to give people a perspective on how they can decorate their own home.
