As the owner of a park model, there are many positives about this model. But there’s two things I would strongly encourage y’all to change. What is the vertical plastic strips you use to cover the vertical seams between the plastic while units that you are using. It makes it look like a mobile home. The second thing is sliding glass doors don’t feel like front doors. If you just replace the sliding glass doors with inexpensive French doors that opened out you would get a LOT more interest.
Yes, the mobile home walls definitely made me lose any interest in this model.
@@BlackCloverTattooCollective One way to tell it's a mobile home is....seams. The second.....built-ins. I don't think they used this space to their best ability. They show a loft for small kids but there is only a shower. Kids that age don't take showers. I didn't see a washer/dryer or even a combo. I actually thought i was watching this on black and white film until i saw the blue paper stuck on the appliances. I usually find at least one thing i like in each one of these tiny homes....i didn't find anything i liked in this one. Not trying to be negative...I just really didn't see a positive to it... and these days, these tiny homes cost what an older house use to cost. So if you are going to spend that type of money, make sure it is something you really like. These "tiny homes" will not appreciate like a house does. They will depreciate. So like it enough to live in it for a long long time.
@Chris Nguyen It is a mobile home. They just make them smaller and try to get away with calling them tiny homes.....
To be honest, this thing just looks cheap from the beginning. For one thing it "looks" like a camper inside. For two, spend a buck and hook up the lights. You want to make the best impression possible when filming.
@@peacefulwife5199 LOL I guess that is why i thought it was being filmed in black and white. But you are right. They should always put their best foot forward when trying to sell something.... Especially something expensive. I've seen many of these tiny homes and trailers being passed off as tiny homes and this was probably my least favorite. it has a bar for eating, but as soon as you put in a couch, that bar is gone! The filming was bad but so was the layout....
Not a huge fan of the distressed look, but the layout is amazing. Fitting two full bedrooms while not making the tiny house cramped is impressive.

I said the exact same thing when I saw that, especially the kitchen cabinets. Honestly, they look horrible. Sorry guys but that is what they look like.

The distressed cabinets are distressing to look at. Ugly as can be. It just looks like a crackhead went in there and started swinging a blade around everywhere. It makes it look really cheap.

The kitchen has an open space for a washer dryer, check the video when he walks down the stairs heading to the kitchen
It should be placed right under the stairs. Makes the most sense. If anything they should get rid of the loft, it will open up more space for the washroom and bedroom. Could easily fit a washer and dryer in an extended washroom.

The tiny house feels spacious. I love the storage and layout. If anyone has doubts about living in a tiny home this home will change your mind.

The best tint house I’ve ever seen. It’s hard to find a tiny house for a family. Love the option to have TWO beds in the loft. And I love the master bedroom. Wonderful layout.
I really like the layout, the dishwasher, the counter space♡, the barstool counter, the fireplace, the large enclosed♡ loft with dropped floor.
It does need a tub and washer/dryer combo in the bathroom, a loft skylight (roof patio?), 2 mini split systems, more of a gradual incline on stairs for my dog (I'd use the storage underneath for my pets so I'd need a bigger door), a more secure front door (french doors?), a pocket door next to the TV for the option to close off that side of the house, storage cabinet next to the TV instead of open shelving, higher/larger top cabinets in the kitchen, water/ice dispenser in fridge with bottom freezer & extra large storage cabinet next to it (big enough for a optional large kennel/dog bed in the bottom & instead of a window there), no bedroom end tables (for the option to put a full size bed against the wall, daybed style, for more room), blinds inside the window casings & USB outlets EVERYWHERE. Obviously, I've been thinking/dreaming too much about this LOL
Love the enclosed loft. Was almost disappointed when I thought that was the master and then you walked around the corner and I was OH SNAP! I love the homes with a downstairs master. The only thing I dont like is the distressed wood look.
Very modern! I love this floor plan. AS a minimalist this is the perfect interior, as it further encourages on to downsize more belongings. Thank you for showcasing. For me no tv in bedroom. Sleep only space! 😊🧡💕

@bluewaterpines8323 I agree totally. For me personally no TV anywhere would be just fine. A small projector with a pull down screen could be installed for watching movies when desired. To me bedrooms are for sleeping and living rooms are for relaxing with a good book(old school REAL books preferred over electronic) or a nice conversation. Both of which are becoming lost arts in this overly digitized age, IMHO. Just saying.
Love the drop flooring! I could use the loft as my bedroom and the downstairs as my office. Love love love this model!

Yes the price may vary but what’s wrong with saying this model STARTS at X amount then people know at least where they can go from there. If my budget is 80k and they say this one starts at 90k then I don’t waste my time OR theirs
I like the fact you can be in the kitchen and still watch TV.. absolutely hate the “distressing”.. dislike the dark trim.. and no washer/dryer? Love the dishwasher and flooring.

I absolutely love this layout. It's perfect for me. The kitchen is wonderful, the kitchen bar is perfect. The perfect amount of space for the living area. I like the the electric fireplace a lot. The fact that the bathroom and kitchen is in separate ends of the trailer is exactly how I have wanted it. I love the bedroom. It's perfect. And the loft is really great. I am going to safe this one. If ever I get to realize my dream - this is the model I want. The only complaint I have is that I am not sure about the distressed wood look.. but that is really a side note.

Almost perfect, in my opinion! There are a few areas where you could maximize your space, but, the base layout is great!
It reminds me of a modern caravan and not the usual rather quirky but lovely tiny houses that you often see on these features.
Layout is good but I dislike the finishes.
Wood throughout looks like the last owner went on a knife rampage.... ( I do know it is new, just how it looks)...... Other than that 👀😮💜
Yeah, not a fan of the distressed look, but that can be changed. Other than that, it is quite nice. I like that the loft is enclosed. It is more private.

Love the layout of the house, a lot of privacy and storage in plenty, I would probably avoid the distressed look, and would go white with the trim as well...the dark trims make the house a cramped. But its one of the beat tiny houses I have seen that I would actually live in! And I have seen a lot of homes.
The overhead cabinets in the bedroom and nightstands that are built in make me think of an RV. Other than that, love it!
I would never want to have smth hanging above my head while sleeping! Why don't they make those over the foot of the bed?! (bed sideways for instance)

The cabinets look damaged not distressed. Better choice of materials for built-ins in bedroom needed. Looks like RV cabinets instead of tiny house.

I am obsessed with tiny homes and have always dreamed of owning one someday. This by far is one of the best layouts I have seen, especially kitchen and lounge area.

I actually like this better than I thought I would. I would suggest a true front door rather than a sliding glass door for security reasons. You mentioned a the feature in front to be able to add an awning or something, double French doors would be a great look with a deck there. The other things I felt were missing is a washer/dryer and a standard tub/shower. Otherwise very nice concept! How do I find out she cost?
You are correct about the door. I would also suggest that the door be moved to the bottom of the stairs, in that small corridor. More efficient use of space, and it would allow for much more seating in the living room with another full wall to be utilized.

I love the front kitchen on this one. In the hundreds of thousands of tiny homes I watched over the last 3-4yrs I have never seen one with the kitchen in front. What I would change there is the location of the sink, so that you could then have a rolling island unit with storage you might lose from moving the sink. I also would have only a drawer type dishwasher, and an oven but do a two burner induction stove instead that could be stored in a drawer when not in use freeing up counter space. On the rolling island, I would have one side be counter height and the other bar height. Installing double Dutch doors or double French doors that open to a deck or screened porch would solve the front door issue that so many are commenting about on this model. If a screened porch was chosen you could have a "front" door coming on to the porch.

Loved it! ❤️😍 would change the distressed wood, add in the extra storage for the kitchen by the fridge, turn the storage under the stairs into a bed place for the pets, and paint the walls. Love the natural light, the electric fire place, the enclosed loft, and the bedroom storage. Would love to know the price! ❤️

This looks like the inside of an rv. They took the "house" out of what should be a tiny house.
I think that Tiny Home was absolutely fantastic and my tall husband sure would like how much head space he'd have. I would put my bed up in the loft and have the "bedroom" as our office / work space. Very Nice 💗

I’m disabled and this is my Dream to have a tiny home!
He makes homes for the disabled also. He made his mother's house w/a walk in shower so she can take her walker in w/her. It's like a covered wagon. But he will build ANYTHING you want @ A lower price tag.
That’s awesome that he does that but I can’t even afford a low price.
I to am disabled. I want a 24' so I can have the bedroom on the main floor. I have a camper that size & have a queen size bed in the back of it. I think that's a good size. Can clean it in 20 mins & I'm not worn out... lol...
Keep your head up & just picture yourself in a tiny. It can happen. I keep praying it will happen one day. Keep the faith hun. God does do miracles. I know this 1st hand. I might be able to tell you the story one day.

If you want to have freedom from paying rent for the rest of your life. You will find away. If you always tell yourself that, then you'll never get it. So buck up & @ least try to save something. Then you'll be that much closer.
My husband & I don't ever go out to eat or to movies. The last time we went anywhere on a so called vacation was 2006 when we took are 2 kids to Disneyland in Florida. And that was there presents. Since we've been married, 28 yrs in Dec.2019, that was the only vacation we have ever taken.
We both are disabled & both take over $300.00 in medications. And we get no help from anyone or the government. No food, medical, & so on.
We just buckle up & just do it.
I know you can do it. Theres a difference between needs & wants. You need a roof over your head. You don't need a 2nd home on the lake. You don't need 250 channels on a TV. I've got 3 Channels. NBC, CBS, FOX. I can't watch them all @ the same time anyways... lol...

I was impressed with the use of space. At a distance the finishes looked nice, but every time he got close to that “distressed” look I cringed a bit more each time. On the plus side, you could rent to Freddy Crouger and not have much noticeable damage. Lol 😂

PARK MODEL HOMES no, however; I do appreciate the thinking out of the box. And I am SURE the camera does not feature it as it looks in life. Hope you don’t mind, I was having fun. It really is a home to be proud of. I do like the suggestion of a french door style. But suspect the screen on a slider is much appreciated in the areas it is most likely to be placed.

Yeah I thought the same thing. Who thought it was a good idea to do 2 tone cabinet and it didn’t look very movable with the low back.

There’s so much wasted space in this home. Tiny houses usually use every inch for storage or living space etc. just seems odd and not cozy like tiny homes should feel

I love the look. No dishwasher for me though. I love the farmhouse sink with sprayer. I would ask for barn doors in the bedroom I would ask for lift top for the stairs and add place for stackable washer and dryer

Couldn’t agree more. My niece bought a pair of jeans about twice as expensive as any jeans I’ve ever bought..... and yet they look just like the jeans I wear right before I throw them away (IE about 5 years old, well worn and with some rips and tears). I’m passed it, fashion wise. 😉

Love this home except for the whole distressed look. Have never been a fan of that design. To me everything just looks like it’s dirty. I would be constantly trying to clean it. I also would prefer enclosed shelves as I would need them for books and yarn baskets. All in all I really think you did an amazing job with this home. 💜💜💜💜

It's absolutely gorgeous! It's been so beautifully and cleverly designed. Though I don't like lofts, this design is incredible, without having to crawl as we see in most tiny houses... I would have also preferred some more storage in the kitchen area as opposed to all those windows - perhaps a skylight could have been built instead.
