People are more apt to move on your product when they know the BALLPARK cost [range} they are dealing with. To attempt to make them call so you can give them spiel is less effective then you may think. Just something to ponder. Transparency evokes trust. People understand that price has adjustment according to location, time of sell, and ad-ons etc.

Tiny house Slay!! It's perfect the color scheme is awesome wouldn't change a thing maybe add a porch

I didn't like the sofa blocking the window. An "L" shaped sofa takes up too much space. I like the bathroom. Didn't care for the backsplash in the kitchen. I prefer a Queen bed to have more floor space. Cabinet in loft space is very nice for extra storage.

I love almost everything else about this model. I would opt for the storage in the entertainment center rather than the fireplace and I would replace that farmhouse sink. Also, those bracketing cabinets on top of the bathroom vanity countertop could go. I'm generally not a fan of the lofts, but this one would make a great office.

I guess there’s some regulation that prevents these RV style tiny homes from having a stand-up space in the loft? I’d just never want something where I couldn’t stand up in a big room.

I would have moved the stove to the hutch, I could do without that and slide the kitchen towards the fridge to close that gap, that way the living room wont feel so cramped

That's a beautiful floor plan and set up. That furniture is terrible though. In all honesty the floor looks more comfortable than that couch.

I can’t stand gas stove Electric or induction only Combine convention microwave too Add solar panels too All in one washer & dryer also Or backspace the floor plan To add the Washer Dryer So essentially this model needs. to be remodeled all over again It sucks ,,no sale

I agree with your assessment about closing off that end piece of shelves in the kitchen, but if you guys could find a way to get rid of that mobile home wall moulding, that would be great.

You might not believe in Chinese Feng Shui. It's bad having the faucet facing directly at the front door - it symbolizes money going out the door (losing money.) I like the front door being on the longer side of the house. Why not put the living room in the middle, the kitchen and bathroom on the left and rooms on the right. This layout is considered lucky in Chinese Feng Shui. The layout you have in this video is not good Feng Shui at all.
