- Back by popular demand, we are showcasing to you the San Juan Reimagined. This is a popular floorplan that we have showcased on here before but we are bringing it back but with new features and designs. One of the first thing you will notice when you step inside is the ceiling height with 11ft. side walls running from the front of the home to the back. Let's not skip past the fact that we have placed a designated dining area in this Park Model, positioned with our new limited run RRC exclusive chandelier. Further down, we get to the galley style kitchen with plenty of cabinets on both side of the hallway, full size appliances, a farm house sink and even a dishwasher. Now we get to what the San Juan is known for, the first bedroom. In this set up we have done the room as a walk in closet with built-in cabinets and shoe racks but you can of course use this room to whatever purpose you like. The bathroom still has plenty of space with a decent sized step-in tile shower built with a half wall, splash glass. Then we have the master bedroom with bump outs for the bed as well as its own closet space. Then lastly we have the double lofts, the first being up front with open railings and the second in the back privacy style. So given both lofts, the master bedroom, the second bedroom and if you put a sleeper sofa in the living room, the San Juan can sleep up to 12 people!
The San Juan Reimagined is on sale today for $125,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

Absolutely LOVE the storage in the "dressing room" it make a fantastic craft room. I could see storing sewing machines in the above cabinets and paper for cards, crafts, and scrapbooking where the shoes go. Then a desk and tables along the wall. Clothing could go in the closed off loft. You could even make that a closet or dressing area. Then you could make the second (open) loft for a queen size bed. I also like the water heater.. Very nice!
I never thought about it that way, that is a great ideal. I was thinking having the small loft as a office, big loft as a craft room and leaving the dressing room as is. But I like your ideal better.

I love this model, love the dining room space, great touch with the light fixture there and I like the tiny wall separating from the kitchen. Well done.
The extra room (dressing room) is a great idea. In the first floor bedroom closet, put 4/5 shelves in there for shoe storage. Great entrance with dinning across from the livingroom space.I would take out one window from the first floor bedroom for more wallspace. I would put a wall bookshelf where the divide wall standing between the kitchen and livingroom.The San Juan is a great model for self or a small family. I really like it.
If I could use stairs I would get this one. I like the changing room, and the access closet for the water system also gives you a nice space for your vacuum, mop, broom, and other cleaning supplies. The open loft would be great for my cat to hang out in, she can see both out the window and the main floor, plenty of room to play, for her feeding station, litter box and bed. Back loft gives space for an overnight guest and places to store seasonal clothes, tools, and art supplies. Only thing I would change is where you turn the shower on/off. I have to have help bathing and my care worker would get wet with the water nob under the shower head. But if it were on the half wall under the glass splash then that would keep the care worker dry.
This home is amazing and would be even more so if it had a rear porch❣❣❣I love it
This is awesome. I think I'd rather have the bigger bedroom and put the bathroom where the dressing room was, though. Lofts are way cool. Kitty hangout!

I prefer the original San Juan flex room layout but this is nice for those who want a more closed off space. And the closed loft is perfect for those who need extra storage. Good to see this model back, always been one of my favourites!
Screen in the front porch, add a fireplace there too, and this is the perfect model! I love the dressing room and the two lofts.

I love the home but for me personally I don't need to sleep that many. It's all about me! I'd prefer one large walk in closet as I've seen in other models. Every home you showcase is pretty amazing!
Same! I would move the bathroom up front and use the current bathroom location as my walk in closet. Other than that, this house is awesome!!
One thing I would need is a closet to accommodate dresses; maybe one side in the dressing room can be for dresses and the other side for shirts😏. I imagine that may do away with one of the set of drawers 🙂
I have researched tiny homes for a few years and I feel your prices are quite ELEVATED! The size of your homes, the quality of your homes and the extra costs to set it up are huge. I have a two bedroom cape cod style tiny house drawn up, with all the extras I want and need (12x36,double lofts, full kit and bath, with a claw foot tub, two French doors, fireplace..etc.). I had this priced for build on my owned 2 acres and their price was $80,000! Oh by the way, 2x6 walls and a metal roof!! I think I’ll call them this week and have it built! 👍

Really love this reimagined model! The dressing room feature was absolute genius! Upstairs, in the front loft I'd put a track system. Hang up a heavy duty curtain that matches the decor colors of the living room (for a sound barrier just in case someone is asleep up there). Adding privacy to the front loft and being able to utilize it for sleep or since the back loft is a designated sleeping area, as storage. No one wants to see bins and bags from downstairs lol. This is a hit! 💯
I'm a clothes hound ... So I loved the vanity/dressing room. That was AWESOME! ALSO I love the half wall in the shower with the ...not one... but TWO shower heads. That's the dream right there for me.
I love everything abt this home but I would like to be able to have a queen bed in the main room. This has everything I would want!

This is BY FAR my favorite! I would change one thing….I would put the bar area back in with stools, and lose the dining area. Soooo much space to work with, and I have TONS of clothes and craft supplies. This home would work perfectly!

I have looked at several tiny homes and I have three or four that are my favorite until I saw this one this 16:58 one is by far my favorite. Because I like that it has a dining area and it still has a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen and it has that good storage place in that little extra room. I guess I could afford to give up my king size bed to have everything else that's in this tiny house
I always loved the San juan, but this is fantastic!!! Could put the washer and dryer in there or turn it into another bathroom. The layout is the most functional. I love how RRC is starting to get even more creative. Love the storage upstairs. My husband and I have up our king for a full sized and it's more comfortable for us, so I could definitely do this model. I sleep in my room so I prefer a smaller bedroom with more space elsewhere.
Love the 1/2 wallin kitchen & bath ,2 lofts , porch & I would turn dressing room into a spa bathroom ✨

Mr. Tiny, we need a Tiny home with no loft but (for those of us with arthritis 🙄), high ceilings with an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms, and a front porch
Almost all of their loft models are available in a no loft version, including the San Juan. I think they just showcase the lofted models more since they're more popular.

There's a lot to like about this home. My favorite part of it is the tile shower with the half-wall splash glass. It adds a nice bit of luxuriousness to the home. I also like the idea of having a small dining area next to the living area. That's a smart addition. The dressing room is an interesting idea for people who have a lot of clothes and want a space dedicated to them, but I would definitely use it for something else.
Unfortunately, too much was sacrificed in the bedroom. I would have liked to see enough space for a queen-size bed in that bump-out. Full-size just isn't long enough for taller folks, and the width would be a little cramped for couples.
There's also the issue of the lack of ceiling height in the bedroom and dressing room, and I can only assume (since I see it all the time in these homes) that making the ceiling high enough for taller folks AND the loft tall enough for people to comfortably move around in on their knees must make the overall structure too tall for transport. I guess you have to choose one or the other, so the downstairs ceiling height is the one that's sacrificed.
He said this in the video at 12:00. He literally said "it's a domino effect, when you add more of something you get less of something else". You can also put carpet in the lofts for the knees.
Yes, I remember him saying that. I was just saying that I think too much was taken from the bedroom in this case. There really needs to be enough room for a queen-size bed. Maybe a little space could have been taken from the living area to compensate.
I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I wasn't talking about the loft being uncomfortable because you have to move around on your knees. I was saying that if you were to make the ceilings under the loft a decent height for taller folks, you probably wouldn't be able to move around on your knees in the loft as easily. You might have to crawl instead. It just seems to be an unfortunate reality of park model tiny homes with a loft. For whatever reason, you can't have both decent height in the loft and decent height in the rooms underneath it.

This is my favorite so far. I wouldnt want the built in dressing room cabinets. And make the bedroom room without those wall cutouts intended for the bed. Id be willing to forgo a closet to put in a side by side washer and dryer with me being a shorty. I think my favorite of that part was in the barn owl model.

Maybe the water heater should be in the dressing room and a Murphy Bed with built in storage. Other than that, I REALLY love the house!❤❤

I love the floorplan. However, I would tunnel through the main bottom suite closet under the stairs and then I would have an epic walk-in wardrobe closet and close off the door (no entrance to the walk-in closet from the hallway and create a wall there.

This model has everything!!! Dishwasher perfect! The cabinets across from the the stove perfect for pots ans pans, pantry for food the countertop for coffe pot etc. Just wow! The washer dryer area perfect! The extra room bedroom or wardrobe room, talk about wow factor!!!!! The bathroom that shows looked so spacious! The main bedroom is big enough. The lofts perfect I don't see how you could improve them! This san jaun is something I would love to own. The price you offer today only.... really does appear very reasonable, very worth it. Add solar maybe???? Your company really does produce the best looking quality homes! I appreciate your videos, you put the effort in to show all the fine details.

I'm OK with a double bed because I'm short and living alone. So the tiny master bedroom is OK with me. I would want a regular closet in the bedroom, however, and I'd use the "dressing room" as my office, although now that I think about it having the extra storage might be nice. All of the options are nice and I'm sure a single person could live here comfortably.
Very nice reimagined version. The only thing I question is the black roof here in the south. Hot, hot, hot.

Really love this model But I still want a Sundance with a loft lol also this model would be great with pocket doors and stackable already in. Fridge Black and put the entertainment center from Sundance back there. And I saw no split unit. Thanks Mike great video.
Prices have doubled in the last couple years...wow 125k, or $300 per square foot! Doesn't seem like such a good deal anymore, although it's beautiful and well done.

San Juan Reimagine, I would change the countertops to quartz. Remove the closet and make it the bathroom toilet, sink, and shower. The bathroom would combine to bedroom to enlarge it. Love the loft and the area for a dinette set. It would be nice if you could let us know the number of height for the loft.

I don't see any mini-split units and the only vent is the bathroom fan. How is the home heated and cooled? The description states AC/Heat system installed.

I love this!! I actually would have because it seems like the dressing room is bigger to me to make the cabinets from the dressing room and put them in the small bedroom and make the first room the bedroom option. Idk it’s just me
Yes, now that I looked at it again the cabinets in the dressing room go back pretty deep it looks like and the wall looks like the size to fit a queen on that wall so no need to have a closet in that space for clothes because I would make the small room a mini walk in / dressing room area .. or you can put at minimum a day bed in there
i would love to remove the back loft to make the bedroom appear larger. love everything else.❤
