Love this one 🥰. Great size, not too big or too small. Love the porch 😍 & that it is set up for 2 fans. Layout is great. I, like others, do not like a closet in the bthrm or the water heater access in the closet. Wonder could it be possible to switch the toilet area with closet, keeping water heater access in toilet area, then close off switched closet area with door opening in bdrm instead? If so it would then be perfect! There are only 2 other changes for me. First would be that rain head 🚿 give me regular with wand & if possible move the turn on to half wall or opposite side so can turn on without getting soaked. Second would be kitchen faucet, would like the new ones with the pull down sprayer instead, I already prefer the double sink so that works for me. Other than that, you've done a beautiful job in this model Mr. Tiny! 👏 ❤
This home is stunning Mike. If possible, I would rather have the master closet in the bedroom and not the bathroom but otherwise The Purple Heart is beautiful.
This floor plan is perfect for a family.
I would add a bath tub in the master bedroom but the shower is nice.
A soaker tub would be nice.

followed you for years now. love the kitchen, no pantry but all those extra pantry, shelves and island makes up for it. i do a lot of cooking with almost every cooking gadgets so lots of storage is a must for me. love the back porch.

A sink would be great in the laundry room. It really needs a fireplace. And that's a lot of brown. The porch is awesome. Somehow I missed the location of the furnace and water heater. Definitely don't want a furnace next the master. Mr Tiny, your suit is very nice much better fit. Thank you for the great tour.

For a house this size you should have room for a deep freezer. I hate those cabinet and floor colors (hopefully they have a option to change?) Some can lights on that back porch would have been nice. It would be nice for a option of one sink in the master with more counter space as a option. A shower door as a option. Water heater in the master bathroom limits the options to customize the closet with more foldable clothes storage. Linen storage in general is severely lacking in this home. -- Its a nice home for someone just not me and thats ok. Just too many things I'd have to change to make it our forever home.

Master bathroom shower to turn on the water nicer to have it located on the half wall inside. Reason behind this don’t have to step into the shower turn it on to get wet for it to warm up second backup. Also build on shelves into the shower walls for your shampoo bottles been nice even a pull down seat.

Is it $15K discounted or $30K? Two different discounts given, verbal and written. And I'd have to get details on delivery, set up, foundation/crawl space enclosure (brick only!) and HVAC info. I see a faucet that's needs upgrading and maybe the counter tops, but other than that, I'd be very interested at a later date this year. Just right space/size and gotta have that porch. Thumbs up.

No tub in the master. And I can’t do a clothing closet in the bathroom. A lot of things about the floorplan just don’t make sense.

The house beautifull, but inside not impressed people because the living room , kitchen, and dining room all in one long hallway it didn’t look fancy and also the master bedroom right by the dining room have no privacy.thank you for sharing.
