It was a few years ago that one and poor anticipation by myself expecting the van driver to stop. Lesson learned from that one and I am much more aware as I hope the van driver is as well
I have a philosophy that most incidents on the road can be avoided by both drivers and will hold my hands up to any responsibility I may have in any incident 👍

However, I was still accelerating when it wasn't immediately obvious the van driver was going to stop so if I had eased off slightly it wouldn't have been such a close call

I'm confused by number 4 actions. He said he was in the correct lane to use m6 north which he was, but then he carried straight one even though he was in a lane to turn right? Not quite sure why he thought others were in the wrong.
He would have moved over but he let the HGV go in front as it was indicating, the black car undertook him stopping him from moving over behind the HGV that he had let in. BTW, there is no lane to turn right, the right arrow on a roundabout means stay on the roundabout and the straight on arrow means leave at the next exit.

6:08 massive 🔔end. Approaching the crossing at speed when they're are people trying to cross, but hold back as can't trust cammer to stop. Then has a go at them because they weren't prepared to step out in front of someone who didn't look to be stopping. Guessing he thought if they crossed when he saw them they'd have time to make enough of it across he could squeeze behind them while they were still crossing without losing speed.
Last one #16 - when you witness something like that, you go capture the plate and offer a witness account + footage, instead of giggling like a little girl. Wouldn't be laughing if that happened to him.

All outside lanes are overtaker lanes - there is only one driving lane. Some of this stuff is awful - the cam driver was in the wrong as often as he was right.
Because the traffic in the outer lane would usually be the one that is moving the fastest. E.g. A truck overtaking another truck on the motorway would see me move into the third lane and I could quite easily still be under the speed limit whilst being there. I'm surprised that someone using a common term for the outside lane/lane 3/ right most/ starboard/located furthermost in the side to the east when facing north.

#7 - Just a small mention, the text said 'Porsche was in the fast lane' ... there is no fast lane, all lanes have the same speed limits, the lanes are for overtaking slower vehicles that is all.
To say a Porsche was in the 'fast lane' sensationalises things to exaggerate their speed, when in fact, they were driving within the speed limit for the road.

That's what I thought - but the truck is in the wrong lane right at the start of the clip at 1:10. Truck should really have taken the first slip road, allowing the cammer to move left into the correct lane.
He was at first the truck should have left the roundabout at the first exit.
I guess what the cam driver was trying to say was after the junction going up he/she should of then merged in behind the lorry for the M6 (N) but because of the BMW failed or couldn't do so.. but still, if you've missed your junction go round again and get in it early.. don't get why people don't do that and instead have to cut in last minute and blame someone else
HGV should have taken first exit and coach should then spiral out one lane but BMW blocked him.

Agree the car driver should have used his indicators. But the bus also had his hazards in so he pulled away dangerously as well. Both at fault.
Also car driver might be driving a BMW or Audi. So they may not have them installed 😂

Description says cammer saw bud moving forward with hazards on. It’s obvious they forgot to turn them off. Cammer should have just slowed down. Always best to be cautious when comes to buses.
There was zero reason the bus needed its hazards on. Its a redundant indicaton and does not need to be used. A right hand indicator though? Definitely. I don't think in this case a LH indicator who have helped from the dashcammer as I believe the bus would have moved off anyway mid overtake.
Bus was moving way before the car pulled in front though, the car driver would have seen that.
The car driver should be prosecuted for brake checking the bus. That was incredibly reckless, buses are full of unsecured passengers including the young and frail

In fairness the bus driver is supposed to turn the hazards off and indicate before starting to move. The cammer was already passing the bus before it started to move and he needed to use the very short turning lane. The professional driver should probably have a look at the highway code before her next shift.

No4, I know that junction very well, it was in fact you who were in the wrong lane at those traffic lights, that lane is only for the M65E traffic (& M6S), you should have been in the left lane. Before you get to those lights under the flyover, you should position to the left, once past the M65W Bamberbridge turnoff.
#4 HGV and the bmw should leave the 1st junction and head towards M65W as they've been in that lane, BUT !!! Right after that junction you suppose to move into left lane, which was going to M6N. Once you reached the traffic lights, even with you indicating left, you were indeed in wrong lane. After the HGV missed that junction exit and cut you off, you suppose to indicate left and wait for a gap or someone to let you go into left lane. Also because you indicating, it doesn't mean that you are god now and everyone will stop for you. Driving standards in this country are slipping very badly and police is mostly interested in speeding...
Driver in #9 for TOTW, slowed down and stopped instead of speeding up, got out and helped instead of holding his hand on the horn and shouting “KAMRA…” or “YOWCHUBE…!” like a deranged siren.

No.6. As you approached the roundabout, you didn't signal because you were going straight across. Did the van driver read your mind that was your intention? I always indicate to the right, until coming off. There is then no mistake on my part
I go through the roundabout in #12 on a regular basis and I have to say that the signage and road lines are shit at best. That said, the MINI should have committed, rather than teying to change lanes: not only is it safer, but there's also a junction (Alsager) where they could do a U-ee in 5 miles.

1:18 - regardless of how you ended up in the lane, you were in the wrong lane and pushed into the silver cars lane, regardless of if you indicated or not. You should have just gone back round again - thats the beauty of a roundabout - its a circle.

Yeah, that's a bit weird. Without seeing where the two cars are it's hard to make too much of a judgement I don't understand why the BMW was already out of the hatch markings, why the couch driver didn't start moving over or stop rather than trying to sit at the back of the lorry in the wrong lane. The silver car may not have seen any of what went on before. Indicators are usually pretty obvious on any coach I've been on - strange the camera didn't pick that up.
