Gordon Coughlin I really appreciate your comment. We have been taking care of the ball field and someone started mowing it and just quit. We will get it back in shape and looking good. SunRise Services yeah we seem to get into a lot of these kind of lawns lol. It turned out better than I thought it would. We will mow it every week until the end of the season and keep dropping the deck each time till we get it back to where it needs to be. They are not playing ball on it now so that will help. how high can you set cut ? I want a zero turn, and will be mowing grass this high regularly, please advise, thanks
I had a job like this once. The club over the ball fields agreed to 100 dollars per cut on 3 fields. It was a cheap price for good cause. They paid once and never paid again. I can understand why someone wouldn't finnish what they start. Every story has 2 sides.

Linda May we were mowing it the first part of the year, we didn’t even charge them. Someone started mowing it and we thought they were going to keep it up and they stopped mowing it and I noticed it hadn’t been mowed in about a month or longer so I went up there this evening and done it. I am not going to let it get like that again.
Well, that was nice of you to do that for them.

Did you sharpen blades before cutting that grass. No problem for sharp blades. Obviously double cuts going to be needed
