    Brilliant job well done.
    Not many gardeners look around for things till after it's been damaged.
    Very smart and the house clean after so sweet.
    That's a big job and I so enjoyed watching it.
    I would of love to see how much grass that accumulated in one pile.

    Yep, got a client who did the same, catch mowed everything & put the cuttings all along the fenceline of his home, it's now a big fungus pile & grows huge weeds out of it & yep he had no lawn growing until i said don't catch it anymore as you've just got bare soil, let it grow 1st then later when it's winter you can catch mow it if you like...sheesh people...you made a swamp into a dream palace..good work boys.

    Sweet single cab Ram. I also prefer to tow my trailer with single cab trucks. Usually just me and my helper so no need for extra added length. Especially when already pulling a long trailer. Keep up good work!

    My cousin and I had our own lawn service last summer and I was on the weed eater while he was on the ridding mower, little did we know a hive of killer bees lived next door... Long story short we got attacked and ran a good 300 yards and had to go to the hospital... Stay safe guys and keep a look out for bees.

      I once ran over a nest of bees while on a riding mower I never new they can live underground only got stung once but dam did it hurt.

    What I do to disperse the clippings is after cutting I raise the mowing deck up just enough that it’s not cutting but will still mulch and disperse the clippings.
    I also do this if I don’t need to cut but have leaves. I mulch and disperse the leaves this way. I call it “brushing the grasses hair”. 🙂

      When it's so bad that will take hours.I went over it many many times.mowers still blow in a single direction so a leaf blower is faster.Just didnt have my back packs that day sadly

      eXterminator your in a business that could be so profitable, sell what you can..maybe people want their hills dealt with, platforms with retaining walls,maybe, maybe they want to use more yard but don't want to break their butts like you guys when you cut it wet..maybe you could make a couple bucks during the slow season..

      First time I ever heard that one.I may draw out my vowels but I am very clear.Its not southern it's old english.our dialect is true than most as we had less interaction with other accents once established in these remote mountains.You can read about it.

    What's your opinion on the trimmer mowers? My back can't take swinging a weed Wacker now days. As to the clippings, a few days in the sun and some breeze they be gone😀

      Better visibility.string goes out further.Increased production.Less weight so more balance and less fatigue.Able to get in tight spots.Many other reasons.Commercial trimmers also have to much power for such short line.

    Hate to say it but should have exmark turf tracers with a velkie but your scaggs did a great job too. I have used turf tracers and walker mowers for going on 13 years so i stand behind them

    I got a Good Ol' boy just like you, named Gary and He Hres on some High School Seniors to learn the Trade and make some good $ serving our Rich Resort town mostly of Summer Homes.. I am a Retired guy who Moved up here in Wi. and am here 6 mos yr and Am also like the neighborhood Welcome wagon for the SummerHome Owners and give them a couple of pages of Information for them about their yards, Water Wells and Best Sfotners and Uner cabine RO Units to maintain and Who are the List of better Businesses to do business around here include Gary and a Buddy of his that runs his landscaping business . both for over 25 yrs now and While my Small Home only has a Small 35x50 front yard, I trim it myself, but Gary and his Boys come over to Trim my 15 Bushes and pwr clean my gutters out every couple of yrs ( they installed Gutter covers abut 8 yrs ago )
    and He referres contrators to do things to me and I do to the others.. Ever since I came here some 15 yrs ago, he says his Business has Doubled and so has his Profit and Income.. and has added 2 more boys to his team.. and so has David and his Co... Glad to help others grow.. I had my own Business for 40 yrs and had some seniors do the same for me.. ;-)

    You lucky, You weekwacker starts fine, idles fine and runs fine. Mine just doesnt start, if it does it idles rough, and doesnt even accelerate when throttle is added. Oh and the bump head is broke lmao

      You need a good one lol. Remember,buy stihl,echo/shin,husqvarna or redmax. Never buy MTD brands like troy bilt,cub cadet etc. You literallly get what you pay for.So No trimmer under 200$ as well.

    Always trim in a counter-clockwise direction so the debris is thrown out, not in. Keeps it out of the flowerbeds and off the house, etc.

      For safety always trim forward.Faster too.if yo do the drag technique you can even walk forward doing mulch.

      Apologies.We don't disclose people's payment amounts.A rule of pricing has MANY factors.How far you have to drive.wear and tear on equipment.fuel and supplies.Then most important,your time.Every business has different overhead so none will or needs to charge the same.Say you have a neighbor already.then you could charge a lower rate.In the case of overgrown,take your weekly price and times it by 4 or more times(depending how long its been since last cut).thanks for watching!

    People in Elmira NY mow their grass every 3 days. They believe if they wait 7 to 9 days between mowings their grass will be butt high. Grass won't be butt high in 7 to 9 days it is total exaggeration. Sincerely Robert Gildea

      commercial grade trimmer line is better for grass,more efficient and safer. :) never use a metal blade near a home.Plastic blades are a gimmick

    Might as well just blow the clippings into one side/corner of the site, right? Most of it will be left behind, but then you wouldn’t have to do “figure-8s” all over the place and you probably wouldn’t have to bag as much as you think. Thoughts?

    Question? When you mow a lawn does the grass you mow transfer to other yards? I heard this can happen if you don’t wash your mower out between yards. I have heard it does and others say no it doesn’t .

    Next time after you mow, lift your deck height right up and ride over the lawn. It blows all the clipping into the grass. Saves blowing it off with a blower. And far quicker
