- Join me on my solo biking adventure across Japan. In this episode, I pedal from Izumi to Kumamoto exploring the kindness of the countryside, the legendary Kumamoto Castle, and trying Basashi, a dish made with raw horse meat. A fun casual bike ride across southern Japan.

Thank you! Many more to come :)
These videos are great, keep them up!
I really liked your style of story-telling! You kept me super interested and it was interesting to hear about your motivations. youtube algorithm is on your side
Thank you! I'm happy you enjoyed :)
Looks like you had a more relaxed week this time lol! That horse meat looks especially interesting. Good luck with the rest of your journey!
scrumptious
Nice video. Thanks
Mate I see you are improving at every episode! Keep it up and I think using the first person makes the viewer feeling closer the the protagonist
Good luck, man!!! I came over here from Reddit. I went to Japan last autumn and it was great, I can't wait for the episodes showing the places I have traveled to :) Your plan is very ambitious and I wish you well, I hope you'll succeed in this journey! Great video!
It's nice seeing the rural Japan, and also stopping at cities and sightseeing a llittle. Next week I'm also going to Japan, so excited!
Those elevator signs lol
Like you, I became fascinated in Japanese culture because of anime. But I know there's a lot more to the Japanese culture than what we typically see in different animes.
Thank you for showing this side of Japan and their history and culture. Also, your interaction with the kids was just wholesome. 😄
This sounds tough, but it looks like it's so worth it in the long run. Always think of the bigger picture - I wish you the best on your travels. Im looking forward to seeing these videos ;)
Thanks! I will. It's going to be a long hard journey, but It will be worth it.
Which day were you in Kumamoto? I remember being last year around the same time and having rain in Kumamoto. It is so awesome to see someone travel to Japan the same dates as me and have a diferente adventure. It is soo cool
Be proud of the content you’re making because it’s entertaining and inspiring.
I was curious, what software/app do you use to edit your footage and add subtitles? Thank you!
Thanks Aaron!
I'm using Premier Pro for editing. It takes a little bit to learn, but it's worth it. I do the subtitles in there as well, it has a feature that makes a transaction of your dialogue and converts it into captions. It's not always perfect so I usually proofread it a few times before posting. Are you planning on making some videos?
@@zernoofficial I have a podcast I started a few months ago and so far have only uploaded the audio to podcast channels. I have the videos too but feel it would engage audiences more if I added subtitles. The podcast is called “Compelling Folk” and I essentially interview unique people I meet in my daily life and online. I feel like you would be a perfect guest if you have the interest/one hour to spare. Cheers
@@Bioshockerization Hey Aaron, pardon the late response. Sounds cool, I would love to!
