just consider this even if you go by the letter of the word communication is based off of mutual understanding who said your wish is interpreted in your language
the best example of this are demon contracts where if you truly want to not be fucked over you have to argue and define what every word means in the contract (and of course never use his paper on account of clauses written in invisible inks or in Braille or microscopic text
