Exactly a lot of them are going on strictly for clout and a social media platform. We’re gonna see more and more ppl getting called out for it as the seasons progress. Just like with the bachelor lol

Morally speaking yes . If there was an age limit as such I believe a lot more couples would end up being serious . But let’s be real sis, this is a tv show. We both know that this probably will never gonna happen because what the producer$ want, is first thing first : profit$ . Less mature contestants, brings more drama , more drama brings more curiosity among the audience , more curiosity brings more viewerships , more viewerships bring more money . Unfortunately.

So the chick he was dating for 6months didn’t want to leave his house after they started arguing because she said she was too drunk to leave. He grabbed her and pushed her against the wall where she felt she blacked out a second and realized he was hitting and pushing her!!!! Ugh, imagine going thru all this while you’re drunk?
I don't watch the show anymore, but I love hearing people smarter than me talk about it. And if Vanessa loves babies so much, she should make one herself.

I think a person has to be confident in their looks to go on reality tv, specifically a popular tv show. I think many people believe they can handle it, but after being beaten down and manipulated by production, they realize they cannot.
It amazes me how many people under 30 are desperate to get married! Jackie had never had a formal partner before this show. It's crazy how they take marriage and relationships lightly without having a minimum of affective responsibility. I am almost 30 years old and I have lived with my boyfriend for 4 years, we are not thinking about marriage yet but we take this relationship totally seriously, it is something that needs time and a lot of effort. You have no idea how many times they ask me when we will have children, neither of us want it and it is uncomfortable to see how they pressure us with "ahh you are going to want it"
If you're in a relationship living together for 4 years and are not thinking or talking about marriage, you're not better than any of these contestants. You or your bf have commitment issues/one foot out the door waiting for next best thing bc you don't really think yout partner is end game. I'm just saying it's not the flex u think it is. I know a lot of women and men who have been blindsided when their partner of 4, 5, 6 etc years leaves them and gets married the next year to someone new

@@cassidycasimirisme I don't think it's that weird. I live in Finland where it's really common to not get married. I know multiple couples who have children but aren't married and don't plan on (yes, both sides think this way, it's not that the other just has commitment issues or something), including my sister. my bf and I on the other hand are planning to get married in 2 years time, but don't want kids. couples are different.

First season was really exciting to watch. The second started to go downhill and I haven't even watched it until the end. I stopped watching the last ones. I think it ended up being all about being famous and gaining more Instagram followers, so it lost its liability.
The same production company for Love Is Blind produces Married At First Sight. I don't know if anyone really seriously looking for someone goes on these or any dating shows.

My thing is that the marriage aspect is way too soon, it’s easy to have chemistry in the beginning but then realize you’re not as compatible as you thought (ie Zack and Irene). Asking the lady to be your girlfriend and then possibly proposing after four weeks is still rushed but has a better chance of survival IMO

or Julissa Bermudez! she was the host for jersey shore reunions and she wouldn’t stand for their bs. she called out ronnie for being a hypocrite and called out sam for displacing her anger at the girls in the house. Ron was fuming but it was so nice to see these reality stars have to own up to their shit for once! she asked the questions we all wanted answers to which is rare with reunions.

I for one love this show I don’t think it needs to be canceled are there going to be people looking for clout of course a lot of dating shows are gonna have people looking for fame and not love of course season 1 of love is blind is the best and I will say season 4 was really great compared to the seasons that followed after season 1 but it does need new hosts for the reunion and they need to treat the contestants like humans someone could get alcohol poisoning they need at least 7 hours of sleep 3 meals a day with snacks provided in between and water!!
It's low key like these people come from last century 😅 since the celebrity of the first big brother contestants, I thought it was a given that people had to endure a few months of hell for the perks on the other side. Not saying it's right but generally thought that all sides knew the deal

The show needs to be reformed not canceled. They need a diversity rep, psychologist on set and free sessions for the contestants after for at least 6 months, they need a union for cast mates AND HR working hand in hand and they need to make sure their is an abundance of food and water at all times.

Disagree completely. Just because someone is 30+ and single doesn’t mean they’re desperate enough to marry so soon. A reasonable 30+ year old with common sense wouldn’t marry someone so soon, but these people are obviously there for clout and fame and that goes for them young 20 something year olds too. It’s more likely in your 20’s you move faster into relationships without thinking about things such as compatibility etc.
Girl watch the show and you will understand what she means.😊

I do agree with the other comments that having a wider age range of 30+ can make the how have more variety and not make them feel like they are too old.

I thought LIB s4 was great, loved the cast the stories and everything, i didnt really mind the reunion either except for the baby questions because i honestly dont really care for that. I think the hosts did fine, wouldve loved to see more drama at the reunion vut other than that i loved the show. Seadom 3 and 4 were great
